I have started bleeding!!

After the inital shock of finding out I am pregnant again, I have started bleeding today. Phoned the emergancy gp and of course he said that it could be a miscarriage, so he tried to get me an appointment at the EPU but noone is there, so I have to phone my gp tomorrow.. I have a very slight pain on my right hand side, and the bleeding is light. I asked about ectopic pregnancy and he said I would be in serevre pain, which I am not.

good, so i probably won't have to come round and beat him up then?

i agree that you have had poor care, absolutely terrible this week Sparkly....and you are bearing up very well x

lol, @ beating up the doctor. I will make sure I have another blood test on monday. I really have to go, my kids need to go to bed and I am tired too.. lol

btw the bleeding has stopped now

well, not bleeding today and no pain. Going to have my second blood test soon. My left arm is really bruised so I am not letting them take blood from that one today. By tonight I will know if everything is ok..

Thanks for the post Lulumama-I know you have an interest in pregnancy. Have you ever heard of lots of back pain just being normal/ok and not meaning a mc?

not had the results yet but he did say thatI am to phone him at 8pm if I haven;t heard from him, as he might be in theatre

I feel tired today, I have a cold and feel drained. But the pain and bleeding has stopped. I am hoping that the HCG levels have risen to above 1000 as the doc said that as long as they have risen by at least 40% its a good sign..

Fingers crossed for good results. So glad the pain and bleeding has stopped.

edie...the sort of pain you are having is not something i have heard of in conjunction with miscarriage BUT am loathe to say either way IFYSWIM..sounds more likely to be a back injury or even a severe UTI....go to docs if not been yet and fingers crossed for you x

edie, the pian I had was in my right side but moved into my back, it was terrible, and the hospital think its an infection.
