Anyone else 39+ weeks?

I'm due on Sunday and thought it'd be nice to see if anyone else is due soon?

How are you all feeling? This will be my second and we've been told it's a girl. If anyone's around and fancies a moan chat about this last stretch, step forward!!

Nothing here either!went for walk with ds this morning and shopping with my mum,who made sure to drive over every pot hole in a 5mile radius.lots of tightening and pressure and feeling sick but that's it.another walk in a bit if the rain holds off i think.
COME on babies!

Nothing here either other than a ridiculously foul mood! My poor DS is bearing the brunt of it so lots of feelings of guilt to go with it. Can't wait until I can start being a better mam to him :(

And coney, I know it is easy forme to say but.... Try not to worry, being anxious might slow things down, and when it does start you will have lots of support and help from all the right people. Each contraction will be another step closer to meeting your little one :)

Thank you lostsouls it helps to hear those things off people that have done it before! I do know I need to try and relax. Going to go home and make a spicy thai curry and have a lavender bath!! My walk has done nothing but give me achy hips!

Dulcet I honestly thought after your update yesterday that you were coming back to let us know about your new arrival!

I've started ignoring my phone as the only messages i'm getting are 'is the baby here yet?'... Its starting to become a tad irritating!

Nothing.big fat nothing.just want to go back to bed and sob

Same here nothing!!!! Had quite a lot of cramping between 6-11 last night and again after getting into bed. THEY STOP!!!!

Haha. Sorry to disappoint! No idea what's going on. Every morning I wake up and it's like starting all over again. Seems pretty comfy in there!

Im debating going out today and buying something impractical, expensive and non-refundable... thats bound to make him get a move on, isnt it?

Absolutely nothing here either. One painful braxton hick (I think) early hours of this morning and then nothing. I had a mega cry last night haha

Ok ladies what have we not tried to get these babies moving?3days at 3cm is enough for me now.
I've tried:
Long (as I can manage)walk
bumpy car ride
dtd
curry
pineapple
Warm baths.
what have I missed?

I've tried all of those too and I can't think of any more! I'll scour the Internet now.

I wish I knew what condition my cervix was in! Haha

Nipple tweaking or breast pumping! That's one.

Also try bouncing on a gym/birthing ball, raspberry leaf tea/capsules, clary sage oil (?), reflexology/acupuncture...

I've been bouncing and taking raspberry leaf capsules. Actually more comfy to bounce than sit at the moment. I am do bored today it is un true

OH has just said "well, when we have another one..."

I'm struggling to move today just waddled round sainsbury with my poorly pelvis and humoungouso bump. I'm also wanting to cry.

Oh my DH has made those sorts of comments little, all easy to say now!

I have bounced all day pretty much, walked a bit, crab walked up and down the stairs. Will try some pineapple later!

I'm going for another walk in a mo - a long one! There will be no talk of baby #2!!

Then when we get back we're going to assemble the carrycot for the buggy, as we'll be using this for day time naps.

At our antenatal classes we were told when we get in the delivery room, get the baby clothes out and leave them where you can see them as they will help to keep you calm and focussed and keep those good hormones flowing... i'm applying this to the carrycot - keeping it where i can see it to get the hormones flowing (really scraping the barrel now!!)

I set up the crib for our bedroom and made the bed up ready and it made.me freak out a bit I must admit. But I'm going to follow that advice about the baby clothes!!

My OH just suggested another walk but I really cannot be bothered! Haha I should do though

little I really like that tip about the baby clothes, will be borrowing that!!
I've also been bouncing and walking today...sigh.
Hope you all have a good night's sleep (or actually...I hope we all wake up in the night ready for action!)

I want reports tomorrow of babies being born throughout the night and if not, tomorrow i'll be scrubbing the kitchen floor if anyone wants to come and help!

I'll be there littlemiss! Haha if ive not popped. The only thing I'll be popping tonight though is my ball! I'm like a woman possessed!
