I had a little bit of brown blood before I went to bed last night but just went to the toilet and there is quite a lot of bright red blood - I have a crampy tummy too. I am about 7 weeks pg. It is not looking good is it.

so sorry your having to go thru this.

schneebly · 18/08/2006 22:29

Am in tears at the response here - you guys are amazing. I just need to look at things in persepective - I have 2 healthy, beautiful boys and a loving husband. It could be a lot worse and there are many people on here going through a lot worse than me. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

The cramping is very sore this morning - am sat here wiith one of those wheat bags that you heat up. It is really helping the pain.

So sorry Schneebly - it's just not fair is it.

Mrsironknickers · 19/08/2006 08:02

Oh Schneebly, nothing I can say to help but I'm thinking of you. Waiting is torturous isn't it?

weewilliewinkie · 19/08/2006 08:02

so, so sorry you are having to go through this. I know the heartache you feel, and it must be made worse by having to wait till next week to see someone. There's not much anyone can say to make you feel better, but please know you're not alone in this. I'm thinking about you.

Take care of yourself..x

schneebly · 19/08/2006 08:15

I just feel like I am in limbo waiting for confirmation (but I know what the answer is). DH fell asleep on the sofa last night and I didn't want to sleep alone so I climbed in with DS1 (age 3) It is usually him climbing in with me.

weewilliewinkie · 19/08/2006 08:19

you just need to take comfort from wherever you can get it - climbing in with your ds sounds lovely! I know I could hardly let go of my ds following my m/c. In some ways it's harder having a m/c after having a child because you know what you're losing out on - that overwhelming love you have for your child.

How is your dh feeling?

schneebly · 19/08/2006 08:21

He is very upset - more so than I would have thought especially as this baby wasn't planned (althought we were both happy about it). He said last night that he feels like there is something missing now.

weewilliewinkie · 19/08/2006 08:24

It's so hard for both of you (but perhaps you more so as you have to deal with the physical loss too) - but try to remember that he needs comfort too. I'm sure you will. So many people will ask how you are doing but not ask your dh.

It's such a difficult time to go through for you both, I hope you can find strength in each other.

schneebly · 19/08/2006 08:29

Thank you for your kind words. I feel for DH because I know that he will not be offered the same support as me. I will just have to make sure I am there for him too. I tried to wake him last night but it is a near impossible task!

I'm always here if you need to chat. I really really feel for you. Wish I could do something to help.

Sending you {{{{hugs}}} and much love. Take care. x

You are doing something to help - thank you so much.

so sorry you are going through this, its really not fair, but please if the pain does get worse go along to the hospital, are you still bleeding ? I had a ectopic at this stage. Its hard not to scare anyone, but if you are in alot of pain please get this option ruled out. Thinking of you and hoping everything will be OK

schneebly · 19/08/2006 08:49

Thanks for posting - I don't think the pain is that bad really just worse than yesterday which was more just period type pain. If it gets really bad I will go in to the hospital I promise.

castlesintheair · 19/08/2006 09:39

So sorry to hear this Schneebly and that you have a wait. I hope you all feel better soon.

suejonez · 19/08/2006 09:47

Have been thinking about you Schneebly. MrsJC and I were talking about you yesterday in the car on the way home from Oxford, hoping you were OK and feeling so sad for you. Just wanted you to know that you impinge on our real life too and our thoughts for you are not resticted to the virtual world.

I will break the habit of many years and be sending up a little prayer for you today to wish that this weekend is at least bearable for you and your DH.

WigWamBam · 19/08/2006 12:07

I've been thinking about you a lot, schneebs, and hoping that the weekend isn't too uncomfortable for you. I just feel so sad for you both, and wish there was something I could do to help.

Look after yourself xx

schneebly · 19/08/2006 21:22

Thank you for all your lovely words and thoughts - I am overwhelmed by the love and support given by people who I don't even really know - you are wonderful.
