Thanks for remembering my scan Friday-I'm having them weekly. On the whole I'm positive but I do suffer flashes of pessimism every now and again. Just need them to see a yolk.

What I'm suffering from the most is a dull ache/tender feeling down below. I can't even cross my legs. It has been with me for ages and gets more everyday.

Yes I am starting to get ms aswell-I suppose I am eating less because of it but strangely I seem to be craving greasy foods, maybe that's my bodies way of trying to get some cals into me.

How are you?

Daisy - I had one mc back in May. But I think being 39 makes me even more paranoid about chances of mc'ing.

I think the headaches are being worsened because we're in the middle of buying a house and all the stress related to that (plus selling flats that DH owns to fund purchase). They are just a big fat pain coz you want to lie in a dark room ALL THE TIME!

I have defo had pains in my nether regions. Some in the fanjo zone but mostly groin. They don't half give you a shock when you get them!

Uki · 17/01/2007 21:19

HI All
Thaks for asking
I didn't have scan , but had Obstetrician appointment, and heard babies heart beat really well. {smile]

so now this in probably UNHEARD OF-I've cancelled friday's scan, it seems silly having it when all o.k, but I will have the nuchal in two more weeks, because i'll be able to see the baby better and more of her/him.

I've had indegestion pains quite bad, but dr. assured me they were not baby realted, so all good apart from the pain.
I'll have to catch up more later.

Hope everyone else is ok this morning! Was retching in the bathroom this morning but had nothing to come up!! I?m so glad to be having ms but its soooo horrible too! Still havent got appointment with doctor, which i need to do before i can book in with midwife. Will get myself sorted next week though. I carried a bag of wet washing upstairs to the tumble drier last night andi have done something to my lower back. Grrr. I keep feeling a lot of pressure above my bits, anyone else had this

I know he should have carried the bag, but it wasnt very heavy and sometimes its just easier to do it yourself! i will be more careful now. I have been really constipated yes, but this pressure is in the front, doesnt seem to be related. Its not pain as such, just feels sort of period painy

honey2theb · 19/01/2007 09:10

do you think i could have harmed the baby firstar????? by lifting i mean

oooh sounds nice to me!
MY problem is no one knows about the pregnancy except for DP so its difficult to avoid things when im out shopping with my mother for example. DP is doing a lot around the house. Hes completely looking after the dogs, doing my food etc. TBH when i come home from work i crash on the sette and dont move until bedtime

Uki · 19/01/2007 09:53

Firstar-do you mean BD as in-no bding like i think you mean? I have read in some books that if you have recurrent m/c's you should avoid doing it, but I don't really know why and i'm not sure for how long, as you can probably guess been too paranoid to do it so far, but maybee i am feeling better, and would like to try before August?

To avoid or not to avoid what have others done?

honey2theb · 19/01/2007 10:00

We havent done it as much, but havent been avoiding it really, just too tired
