Ooh it's getting exciting now as Kbaby said.
Well, I'm due today and I'm still here. Father in law sent dh a text message this morning at 8.30am asking if anything had happened yet, then mother in law phoned at 2pm to ask if anything had happened, then dh's friend phoned at 3.30pm to ask if anything had happened, AAGGHH I'm only due today and that's 3 phone calls already, I'm not happy. If I was overdue I'd understand them phoning but for the calls to have started already is a bit annoying.
I keep getting funny sensations and running to the loo to see if I've had a show but nothing yet
Did have back ache this morning and a few tightenings but it didn't come to anything sadly. Dd thinks baby is going to arrive on Saturday that is her prediction.
At dd's gymnastics class tonight the other mums were taking guesses. 2 of them predict a boy and the other 2 predict a girl. One of them even went as far as to predict a girl weighing 6lbs 11oz and born on the 19th. Well, we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Didn't tell them that I am having a girl of course that part is still the big secret.
Dh and I are going to have pasta and sauce for dinner tonight he's gone to Asda to get it and I told him to get a spicy sauce, lol
Good to hear that you're 2cms dialated Spots, when I had my first baby the dr said I'll just check to see if you're dialted and I was also at 2cms and then he said oh I did a sweep as well, didn't tell me he was going to do that! Anyway if you've read the archive thread you know the result. Hence the reason why I'm not keen to have another sweep but that's just because of my personal experience. Plenty of others swear by them.
Hoping that someone has some good news to share soon and that you've all managed to eat your last dinners as a family of two. Off to have my pasta with vine ripened tomatoes and Hot chilli for dinner, eek, wonder if it will work...
