doo i'm with you on the Holden front. Lovely news but it did make me dwell on the scarey stuff. Luckily yesterday HappyMeal was kicking away so that was quite reassuring. This doesn't help, but I am also with you on the no sleep front. 1.36am seems to be my witching hour and I am then compelled to lie there for at least an hour. Rubbish. Even Touche Eclat isn't helping today.

Cleaner... ooooooooo. We are finishing off the final phase of house DIY this weekend - floorboards down in the spare bedroom so that we can get the carpets in. I've basically become a sloven while all this has been going on as as fast as I was tidying, things were getting moved around and dusty. Will have to resolve this as it can't go on.

dachs all crossed for the scan and am giving Derek the fish the hairy eyeball.

Finally, went swimming last night. A small child walked past me as I was rinsing my hair and said to her mum "look at her massive tummy". Humiliated by a sub-6 year old. Also, we are in the 21st century - why do communal changing rooms still exist?

ps tummy was the least of the child's worries. If she'd looked harder she'd have been compelled to ask difficult questions about my 1970s bikini line.

For those that mentioned Aero, it's a well known fact that Aero is in fact diet chocolate as 50% of it is air . Scarily I'm right off chocolate!! Never, ever thought I'd say that.

Bigmac & Doo I'm also shattered! I wake up so many times in the night and it takes me ages to get back to sleep. Plus the rain on the Velux windows made such a racket, then I remembered dd had left her scooter out, contemplated getting up to bring it in, decided against it..... Wide awake!!!
Plus every time I turn over the Bug wakes up and wriggles himself into a comfy position. For him at least.

Am I the only one who cried at Amanda Holden's news?? Mind you I cried through fear and happiness when I got this bfp after the last went so wrong. I don't know how she's functioning.....much less in a musical in the public eye. I hate the way the press are concentrating on her loss, rather than the positives. Good luck to her!!

irene your pedicure sounds NAFF! I really want to get one but keep holding off because they are quite expensive, and I will definitely feel ripped off if it's like that! I need them to sort out my trotters heels too....

scooby I'm 35 weeks and I don't think I'd fancy it currently. I think the main things that would bother me are the journey given that I need to pee constantly, and being on a hen party where everyone else is drunk and all you really want to do is curl up in bed. Also I feel very clingy to DH at the moment and get worried if I'm more than an hour away which I know isn't very logical but I think it might be hormonal....

lara hope your dog is ok and the operation goes well. I think it is a good idea, I can't imagine how stressful a season with a new baby at the same time must be

Pardon the flying visit but I'm still in hospital.
Hoping to be released today but thought I needed to update you all so I could duly be bumped on the list.

We had a baby girl via sun roof on Tue morning (23rd) she is beautiful and we are completely besotted with her.

I'm in SUCH a bad mood today I should come with my own health warning. It's great to read good news and get a reality check. Anyone else find it weird that so many people stare at your bump - I've realised I've gotten away really lightly up to now and people really do stare now as all of a sudden I look like the size of a house!

Thanks for the comments re the hen pink - useful to know how poeple feel at 35 wks or so. I'm already really clingy with DH so I fear that may only get worse....Mmn, think I'll just pay the deposit and decide nearer the time.

I'm glad there are others on team blue - so far the only thing I can think about is how easy it will be to clean his pooey bum, and not having to worry about "front to back" for the next few years!! I've also finally gained enough courage to buy some clothes for him too!

harrassed I was very happy for her too - I can only imagine what she is probably feeling and going through right now. It must be 100x harder for her being the spotlight though. I hid this pregnancy for 20 weeks, even from family!

Yep, 'tis great news for Amanda Holden and like it's been said, how the hell she's managed to carry on with a musical is beyond me - what a wimp I am.
We just need happy new from Kelly Brook now! Lily Allen is already happily diffed again - in fact isn't she due November, which means she could be one of the Nov EDD ladies in disguise...(mummya, cep, Katherine, collie, wiw, larami, izzy or bigmac*...!).

Sorry for lack of personals, pretty tired lately, it's really beginning to take it out of me. I have felt full term for so many weeks now, am officially the size of a full termer so have many more weeks of the discomfort. The pelvis isn't holding up very well either the last few days. I just want him out now.

Over the moon pretty enjoy every second of those new born cuddles...they change so much so quickly..& make sure to get lots of photos in the 1-3 weeks while she is still a curled up new born!! So cute

Milky team blue here too, for the second time .

Anyone drinking alcohol or missing it this pregnancy? I've probably only had about 3 units this whole pregnancy (except for when I didn't know I was pregnant yet). I've tried all the no alcohol wine like Fre, but it is a bit sweet for me. I'm currently addicted to Becks Blue. It tastes just like proper beer, I'd consider drinking it even not being pregnant. So nice to have a drink that isn't too sweet like ginger beer or juice.
