When you log in mumsnetpics is the main folder, i have created four sub folders :
Due in November 20o5
Due in Decmeber 2005
Due in January 2006
Due in Febuary 2006

More sub folders maybe added for further months.
SOOOOO get posting those pics up....oh and keep them clean!

dq - in some ways it was good not having dh there as think I would have gone metal if someone had said 'u can do it' or anything equally patronising! He was shocked though when he walked in and realised that there was a baby on my chest!

youre one brave lady yingers!! I needed dh, i was total wreck without him telling me to breathe and that i could do it. I'm such a wuss!
how much did dh miss her by?
and how is she today btw? i keep thinking of you ladies with babies already.

for that awaited pic you'll need either digi photos or scanned in normal photos.....does your printer scan too? if neither, some photo places will now put your film photos on disc for pence so you could go that way too. I cant wait to see her!

Sorry i havent been about much - no need to tell you all what ive been up to!

Well Rebecca is absolutey gorgeous, even ifshe is a bit nocturnal at the moment. Up from 1.30am-6.30am last night and is awake now til i dont know when...... thing is she sleeps all day!!!

Will post more when i have a bit more energy - am so tired right now that just looking at this screen is hurting my eyes!

JandR: How dare you not post on this thread every hour. WHAT in the heck are you doing with your time? I am actually really impressed that you have found the time to post at all--never mind sharing all of the lovely pictures. Your daughters are very beautiful and you have every right to feel proud!

J&R - yes fine just busy bee at work - can only catch up on the slower threads! lol - promise will be back on form today!

Well we had a better night!

Rebecca went to sleep as soon as i posted last night, woke for feeds at 3am and 6am and again at 7.30am, and is now fast asleep!

Jess was fantastic last night too - only woke at 5.30am for her bottle and that was her til 7.30am. Very clever big sister!

DH is off for a shower, and then is running me a bath, try and get some normality back!

Good luck for the scan today Rom.... it will be well worth it!

Glad you had a better night JARM the first few weeks are always a bit mad. I remember them especially as I was expressing so it was up feed baby, top up with EBM, express from other boob for next feed. Luckily within a week she didn't need the EBM.

We are trying controlled crying this weekend to get DD to sleep in her own bed all night. She usually comes in to ours anywhere between 2 and 5am. Plan is to get her to sleep through on her own before DD2 is here.

George thanks for asking! ended up sleeping on a duvet next to dd, so dh could get some sleep, as she was crying out for me every few mins... she had temp of 102....so not a very good night, but appears ok ish at the mo, temp lurking in the 90's so on its way down (or is that just the calpol?) just waiting to see if she breaks out in pox, as one of her friends has just been diagnosed with it!! Happy Birthday if it is....

sorry! i couldnt get on a computer before now cause i've been out all day. thankyou for all thinking of me

had my scan - was soooooo nervous beforehand (and even throwing up as i left my house, i was in such a state) but am very very very happy to report that all was well, everything seemed fine....every time the sonographer went quiet for a few minutes i was having heart failure, but he quickly grasped i needed constant reassurance! anyway now for the news i'm sure you all want to know...

.....it is a beautiful baby.....

GIRL!!!! (told you so munz, lol - had to be with all my puking )

anyway i will come back later to catch up on all your news cause i'm off to show off my scan pics to some friends now

cad neither george or DQ know. its just weird for me because I knew wiht adam and it helped me to connect more so for this baby to have been stubborn its really getting to me...lol

I have never known with mine but I have always known in my heart and been correct. This one is a bit of a mystery. Too sick to be a boy. Not sick enough to be a girl. High heart-rate always in the 150s like my DD. Looks rather like my DD in scan pictures... Almost seems to perfect to have a family that goes boy, girl, boy, girl doesn't it? Mind you we have 4 in heaven already (3 boys and probably one girl) so I have certainly paid the price...
