Morning ladies.
Hope you are all well.
Just thought I would update the gang about DH's sperm test. Well looks like everything is normal apart from low mobility so I guess we have found our answer as to why its taking so long.
I must admit that I now feel quite relieved as feel that as much as I know it is a nasty shock for DH it now means that he is fully on board for doing everything possible for TTC.
We had a talk last night and have agreed that he will give up booze / caffeine for the next 3 months and I am also making sure he will eat majorly healthy etc. For a start I am now getting up half an hour early to make us both fruit smoothies.
Anyway just wanted to let you all know. Looks like its going to take a while longer but I am determined that we will get there now that both of us are putting in the hard work.
Love to all you ladies xxx

Frizbe · 19/10/2005 10:34

Great news Bella, at least you know what's causing the problem, lazy suckers! glad to see its all systems go, I shall recommend the legs in the air scenario to you after sex to help them on their way!

yingers74 · 19/10/2005 15:13

Bella - good luck. Fingers crossed for you.

romilly · 19/10/2005 16:59

Bella - good luck with the new regime! at least you now know, as you said, why its probably taking a little longer, but no reason why it won't happen again - and remember it can take 3 months to improve sperm quality, so thats great that your d/h is now fully on board
