I'm feeling really strange just incredibly nervous now actually. Almost scared. How silly is that? It's not like it was unplanned!
Now debating whether to tell anyone. Will probably tell MIL at least. GOt a lunch out today for SILs birthday, I won't be smoking OR drinking, so I'll have to make an excuse.
Anyone know about losing weight in pregnancy? Obviously I know you can't do any crash diet, but I'd like to maybe lose a bit.

Boots own tests. Definate BFN yesterday and today but 30 mins late on both a blue evaportaion line. AF due about now.

that should read 30 mins later

cc don't know much about evap line but know that you discard a test after 5/10 mins depending on which type you bought?? do u have a second one to try? hugs

Help! DH has just told me that he wants to enter the Channel 4 competition to win a walk on part in Glee!!! WTF?? Can you have a mid-life crisis at 31? He's also convinced that WHEN he wins, he can persuade the producers to allow him to be 'drunken Scottish janitor' rather than just a 'head in the crowd'! At least he'll be using the part as a way to rewrite the typical Scottish stereotype! Oh and they're going to let him snog Rachel in this part too...

Testing because I'm not sure, have a collection of symptoms that if I was ttc I'd be excited - funny taste in my mouth, none of the usual pre-AF bloating , keep feeling sick, but then I think I have a bit of a bug yesterday and today as I have wicked gut-rot too.

What got me worried was the blarb on internet which says evap lines are colourless or grey, mine have both been blue...will try to post pic later

dh knows nothing why worry him unnecessarily!

Thank you for all the lovely support (and QoD, sorry again for rather dampening your fabulous cliffhanger surprise, I am genuinely thrilled for you of course ). It must have reached me through the ether because last night I had a brilliant dream that we were all on a girls' jolly for the weekend (sans DC, obv) and having a whale of a time in a beautiful rented cottage. Captain sometimes the line's not really an evap line. When you tested did you hold it up to the light? Often in the early days the line is just too light to see that way so you hold it up to the light (light to the rear of the test strip) so you can properly see the lines. It might have been there all along only darkening in the MINUTES between your first look and your second.
