Thought we don't give a shit could cause issues for thems that don't like swearing.

Spring clean day today. Urgh. Freecycle and ebay galore.

I need iron am all wibbly.

Um, forgotten most of what I meant to say.

Frizbe - gonna send you a cheque. I typed in your bank details wrong and it bounced back

Strawberry not a well bunny. Hoping it is just a bug, but she has a suspiciously poxy looking spot too...

EPPM I hope you get some answers for dd soon then, business is going good now thanks, although we've had to assist it a bit recently due to a whole horde of stuff caused by the gov and the banks last year (I'll bother you with it over a meet up at some point this year! either Brum or CSWS's 'Oh is that another heavy hint'!)

We've moved sideways really! let's call it cross county! but now lots nearer the grandparents Grin

Ah right, got who you are now MrsDOH!

Grin for your loveley night out Flame, Meri was filling me in yest!

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2011 22:40

thought I'd better bump us up the list or some of you will never find the thread again .

Err, so you want another meetup? Umm. Can we maybe do one in the summer, with kids, and you can all camp in the garden?

Phoenix · 28/01/2011 23:53

With kids would be easier for me :o

Phoenix · 28/01/2011 23:55

Oh and I have an 8 man tent :o

Borisismyhousespider · 31/01/2011 21:17

There you go you see, I can now have my summer hols in CSWS's garden Grin didn't take much pushing!

Phoenix can I one up you with my 10 man!! Wink

EachPeachPearMum · 31/01/2011 23:33

Yowsers! We fit 4 of us in a 3-man tent... what do you put in the rest of the space?

Phoenix · 02/02/2011 22:18

Plenty of crap EPPM :o. We haven't even used it with 4 of us yet. We've only actually used it once. We so need to get back into camping. We've got all the stuff just sat in our spare room and shed.

Borisismyhousespider · 03/02/2011 21:46

we put plenty of crap in it too! we use the bedrooms for sleeping and the main area for eating and avoiding the rain, this being the UK Wink it's also useful for crew meeetings on larp events!

CantSleepWontSleep · 08/02/2011 12:10

Happy birthday dd, happy birthday dd, happy birthday dear dd, happy birthday to you!

Happy birthday month to all the babies, as I can't remember the exact dates any more!

Jas · 08/02/2011 14:29

Will come back tonight and read up. Sorry I haven't even looked on here for agesBlush

Happy birthday Pippa (and anyone else I
ve already missed.)

SoupDragon · 08/02/2011 14:33

WEnt through the hell that was BabyDragon's birthday on Saturday including the most horrendous pink dog from Build a Bear Workshop. I then had to go to BABW with her to stuff and dress the damn thing yesterday after school.

The party for 15 at the adventure play thing was a piece of cake by comparison - mainly because all I had to do was turn up with the birthday child and a cake.

Happy birthday all!

Jas · 08/02/2011 14:33

Summer meeting with kids sounds lovely. I have no tent.
Well, I do have a 2 man one somewhere...

Phoenix · 08/02/2011 18:39

Well I'd get up to 4 people in my other bedroom cos me and the boys will only use 1 bedroom.

Lewis' birthday is tomorrow. We're not having a party or anything this year, maybe next year Hmm!

EachPeachPearMum · 08/02/2011 23:39

at BABW... there is one hidden at the back of our understairs closet from last christmas that we managed to hide from DD... it is utterly hideous (has a pink dressing gown FFS!)

We survived the birthdays... no parties this year, just too tired. Goodness knows how we'll manage next year when they're both hankering after one!

I cleverly made a number 2 cake for DS and a number 5 cake for DD from the same tin [smug] ... but as they both demanded chocolate cake we have rather a glut now...

We are still eating MIL's christmas cake too Shock

Happy Birthday for Wednesday Lewis! Smile

Do you all realise that this thread is less than half full, but is almost a year old? (started mid-march) We haven't chatted much this year at all...

Borisismyhousespider · 10/02/2011 23:44

That's cause we're all too busy with RL Grin

Happy Birthday to everyones kids Smile, I managed to write out invites for dd2's party in a few weeks today! now to get them distributed....

Thanks for the BAB reminder, I have unused vouchers given to dd1 in Nov for her birthday to be used up Hmm

Borisismyhousespider · 10/02/2011 23:44

Wine how long has that been there then!

CantSleepWontSleep · 16/02/2011 09:49

I've never done BAB. I guess that makes me lucky!

Have my surgery date through and it's in 2 weeks, on 2nd March. Eek.

Borisismyhousespider · 16/02/2011 22:22

Ooooh just you wait CSWS Wink your time will come, mwah hahahahaha

Good luck for the op, I know it's two weeks away, but just in case I don't get on here again (yeah righty!) hope it fixes the problem for good!

Phoenix · 18/02/2011 22:10

We've never done it either surpisingly. Lewis loves soft toys (thousands on his bed, in toy boxes, on shelves) but we took him to build a bear in Meadowhall and he wasn't overly bothered so we didn't bother spending a fortune on one when he's happy with cheapo ones :o

Borisismyhousespider · 21/02/2011 23:18

Lucky you, dd1 spent her vouchers today, dd2 I treated in lieu of her birthday at begining of March, when we'll be mainly busy working Sad But she had fun today! we also did Gnoemio and Juilette, which wasn't half bad for a cheesy kids movie Wink

Happy Birthday to all the little ones out there, I'm sure I've missed all the birthdays, seeing as dd2 was about the last on this thread!
What's going on with the speech therapy place abandoning you then? werid? Wot's the job? (nosey)

CSWS hope you're getting better fast.

Jas · 03/03/2011 22:58

Also abandoned you all to face book, ever so slightly, so still keeping up (sort of).
Reading (instead of running ) Are you still running as well? Maybe we could get together in the Easter hols?

Ds is five and thinks being five makes him a faster runner, but is otherwise the same slightly nutty but lovable troublemaker (see the nail varnish on DD1s bed for evidence.)

I am filling my time with occasional work as a dinner lady, breast feeding support worker volunteering, and a computer course run my the school.

Hope you are well and being looked after at home csws.

Will try and post the duvet to you tomorrow Flame, but may have to wait til Saturday due to me being on here instead of packing it up now...

readinginsteadnow · 04/03/2011 07:39

Nope. I'm not. Yes, would love to get togehter. Am going to name change again soon permanaently and not come on this thread tho, so fb it is!

CantSleepWontSleep · 04/03/2011 11:58

Why not come on this thread?

Came home last night. It hurts to move. J gets v upset when he sees me but can't climb on me and cuddle so people are having to keep him away a lot :(.
