Thought we don't give a shit could cause issues for thems that don't like swearing.

Spring clean day today. Urgh. Freecycle and ebay galore.

I need iron am all wibbly.

Um, forgotten most of what I meant to say.

Frizbe - gonna send you a cheque. I typed in your bank details wrong and it bounced back

Strawberry not a well bunny. Hoping it is just a bug, but she has a suspiciously poxy looking spot too...

Urgh. Something is afoot here.

Either Boy is about to announce that he suddenly magically does have something with K, or there is jealousy going on with Carrot.

He's made mention of her missing me. Now today he is talking about helping me with moving and her babysitting.

Urgh. It is so bloody hard and confusing. I have no evidence of a relationship other than a too close friendship (believe me - I have rummaged through that flat far more than is reasonable). I sent her an email months ago asking her to explain why she never backed off etc, and she never replied (I've asked for a reply before I can think about babysitting). I added onto that reply "unless you're about to announce you're madly in love". I won't hear back until about 3 probably.

Assuming they aren't announcing anything - wtf?! Do I build bridges? I miss the friendship I thought I had with her until everyone became convinced she was trying to take my husband. The children miss her. I'm nuts aren't I?

Frizbe · 13/09/2010 20:39

Yes, you are nuts Grin to be honest I'd tell dh to look after the kids if he wants to help, as you don't need him to help you move into your new house, as it's YOUR OWN new house, not you as a couple IUSWIM and therefore him helping you move will not make your head any clearer....do you get me? I think what I'm trying to say is, this move is you wiping the 'you together' slate clean, and if he helps you move, then it won't do that? If he wanted to help you move, he could have stayed with you and you both could have moved to somewhere larger! (wants to grab Mr F and shake him)

Flamesparrow · 13/09/2010 20:58

I'm rolling with it tbh. No big announcement coming apparently. I'm most likely going to rope Carrot into painting with me that night anyway Wink.

I'm calmer and less overthinky again.

Phoenix · 15/09/2010 20:49

You've probably all read it on fb anyway but Lewis' op went fine. We had to be at the hospital for 8am and he didn't go down til 11.40ish. We had alot of tears throughout the morning and especially when they put the canula in but he was straight off to sleep and all fine. We were home for 2pm after getting himself into a huge state about having the sticky tape off his hand, having the canula out and having another plaster put on (for some unknown reason he hates plasters.) He was in more of a state for that bit than been put to sleep Hmm. We were worried he wouldn't eat but he didn't stop eating all day :o

We kept him off school today even though he's fine. We decided to go to Scarborough for the day as a bit of a treat for him. In the car on the way there he fell asleep and when he woke up he said his knee was hurting because of how he'd had it while he was sleeping then he starting crying about it and getting into a similar state as he'd been in with the plasters yesterday and then said his tongue was hurting and getting more worked up and then he was sick :(. He's been fine since so we think it was just to do with how worked up he'd got himself. He's going to school tomorrow hopefully. He keeps saying his tongue hurts a bit but not sure if its just so he'll get some calpol cos he loves it :o

So, no one posts for ages, then it drops off my list and you all start talking!

Flame, stop overthinking and just go with the flow Grin Poor B tho.

Jas, if you're bored you can drive here and back for a visit Grin My life is random.

Phoenix, yes, you do have the most bizarre settling in; I thought we were bad with a month!

Flamesparrow · 16/09/2010 16:10

I love the name!!!! :o

Yup, am trying to master going with the flow. Getting B a tutor. She is so behind with her writing skills she is struggling with homework :( Hopefully her assessment to check for anything like dyspraxia will be through soon.

Glad Lewis got through it ok :)

Packing for all I'm worth. My arms are killing me and I am nowhere near done.

readinginsteadnow · 17/09/2010 07:44

Pack in order of priority trhen leave the ras behing Grin I did that!!

Frizbe · 17/09/2010 21:46

Bloody hell looks like we got COD on the thread with that typing Wink

Phoenix, yay for the op going ok, I hope he's chilling out a bit now, dd1 tends to over work things in her head when she hurts too Hmm

Flame, I'm chilled Grin are you? how's the move going?

Meri rescued me at work tonight, as dd1 was dropped off by another mum having just fallen over, she was fine till she saw me, then she disolved Confused she wouldn't let me bandage her etc Hmm just screamed and sobbed at me, all whilst I was trying to jiggle customers....then the lovely Meri walked in, saw I was having a horrible juggling time and whisked both my kids away to her's till I finished work Smile She's a gem that one! she also persuaded dd1 to have bandages eventually too!! STAR!

Phoenix, this little girls story made me think of your little boy, can't believe how many times they miss this as a problem Hmm I'd never have known about dd2 having it, if a BF specialist hadn't spotted it at a nappy event, but luckily hers hasn't caused her any problems so far/has stretched on its own.

CantSleepWontSleep · 18/09/2010 12:26

just adding to list. no time to chat - getting ready for boys' christenings tomorrow.

Phoenix · 18/09/2010 18:53

Hope the boys' christening goes well :)

Jas · 19/09/2010 10:12

Ooh. Are they both together. I assumed it was ds2 and I'd forgotten ds1s.
I hope it goes well, and you have a lovely daySmile

CantSleepWontSleep · 19/09/2010 21:49

yes both together. We delayed ds1's after the fire trashed the outside space last spring. Was a lovely day. Had fish and chip van followed by ice cream van for catering, and a cheese table for those who still weren't completely stuffed!

Was well represented in mn terms too - hub2dee did photos, comeoveneer made cake, 50ftqueenie and her dh are godparents, and Hunker and family also present.

Phoenix · 20/09/2010 22:42

How'd it go csws?

Frizbe · 20/09/2010 23:16

Sounds lovely CSWS Smile glad hub was ok for photos, you never did tell me if Meri's dh got back to you? I did pester him lots.

I have a viewing on the house on Wed, squeeee Grin fingers x'd eh....am trying to get viewing moved to tomorrow actually, as forgot that I had swimming on wed for dd2 see what happens...

Frizbe · 21/09/2010 17:47

OMG have a viewing in 15 mins, people who are renting over the road, relocated in from South Africa, hope they love our street so much they decide to buy mine (fingers x'd)

PS: don't put anything on my facebook about it, as lots of real life people don't know we're moving/trying to move yet! not telling a few of them until I get to see them in person! (will cause all sorts of probs with some of them Hmm)

Frizbe · 21/09/2010 18:43

Well I got to meet my new neighbours if nothing else! they're having to rent their house out back home, so don't have a deposit for a mortgage at the moment....they're saving it up, but are very interested in our property should it be available in a few months time still...have to wait and see eh Smile

CCCchanges · 22/09/2010 22:29

Boo, name change, as new blog my attract real life stalkers, now I've advertised it on facebook (not that this will throw them, but you never know!)

Borisismyhousespider · 23/09/2010 22:14

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/09/2010 13:08
