Moose, I hardly ever post anywhere else but here and children's health on MN...especially AIBU...too scared of getting a cyber pasting [wimp emoticon] I think the politics of this site can get a bit much sometimes and there are some very judgy people...but love the post and ante natal threads...they have saved my sanity many a time.

Hi elki, how are you? Hope the boys are good and work is going ok. What did you do for C's birthday?
Hospital was fine this morninng, saw SALT who said there was no probs with the speech /lang/swallowing side of things apart from the obvious. Was quite cool, we fed DS and they xrayed as he swallowed, 20 frames a second, so could see his insides working and the liquid going down.
DD has been awful this evening, she is so knackered after a day at nursery that I don't know what to do with her between 4 and 7 without major meltdowns insuing. Might have to resort to tv. This time of year is rubbish, at least in the summer its light and they can be outside. Might have to try pasta jar tactics too...DD seems to suss out how to work reward systems to her advantage pretty quickly(I made th emistake of rewarding he rwith a smartie every time she sat on the potty...she sat on the potty a lot...without peeing in it), she's not a fan of stickers/charts, but maybe shes a bit young.
Got a ton of marking to do for tomorrow....now where did I put my motivation?
