I have to write a furious/seething/scathing well worded email to the Divisional commander this evening as she has decided to accuse us of using underhanded methods to get Hogmany off I think I'd better do it, reread it and edit it prior to sending - nothing worse than dizzy's angry typing

HP - he is wonderful and I love him dearly but is really stringing this one out and being a man he can only do one thing at a time - be ill or thing about what we need to get from the supermarket. Hopefully tomorrow he will be fine and then back to work on Monday.

Right well some big fireworks outside have not set DD off wailing so looks like the chloroform DH has worked his magic again, phew. Off to go and weep buckets at the loss of David Tennant

You know when you're so tired you can't manage to look after yourself properly? I ran a bath about an hour ago, I have been aimlessly pfaffing about online, making snacks and trying to drink one beer the whole time. Have completely lost it. Am also too cold to be enthusiastic about undressing. Probably my body craving a fag actually, keeping me fully-clothed as long as possible in the hope I might go out for one. Just got to get through this first 48hrs to expel the nicotine from my system.

I've just had an email re the scheduling and apparently the woman who can do it all isn't back in the office until the 5th Jan so I have to wait till then to have it all confirmed - am furious, how am I meant to arrange childcare for the dc when I don't know what fecking days I'm supposed to be working - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

maybe I should go to bed and stop firing off angry emails [meep] the Trust have had one too regards their cavalier attitude re the cafe, the divisional commander got one for picking on DH and now my line manager is getting it in the neck due to the incompetence of the control room administrator

gosh - anyone else got someone they need to be angry at? I seem to have a lot of anger to go round

my dd1 sleeping is driving me and dh around the bend... every single night she ends up in with us.. or else stands by my bed and sobs .. we cannot make head or tail of it.. its getting to the point now that i actually dread going to bed... getting so short with her aswell due to the lack of sleep...

typically dd2 ia being an absolute dream although seems to have dropped her one and only sleep in the day .. hopefully this is just a temporary thing...

think i may also be popping over to hot mamas for support.. too many mice pies this xmas!!!!

oh sazz.. bought the bunny clock.. dd1 loved it for about a week and now pays no attention to whether the feckin bunny is asleep or awake... thanks for the tip tho x

We had decent sleep from DD but DH was up and down like a yoyo.

DD hasn't BF this morning and hasn't asked I know it is her decision not me making it but I enjoyed our morning cuddles - I offered and she just said not now.

Dizzy - hope you managed to get all you e-mails sorted.

LOTI - is DD1 coming in at the same time every night? could she be having bad dreams? You may need to summon the strength and try the putting back to bed everytime she comes in, it may take 100 times the first night but she should soon get the hint.
