I am so blessed to be part of this group. We are starting another year together, our 3rd but who's counting. May you each have a happy and healthy one. I look forward to more meetups, more FBing, more Skyping, more Waving, more crazy tales, more laughter, more hand holding, and more support than is humanly possible! XOX

Sazz - I just hope my DD's are as well behaved as yours when they are older!

Miamla · 13/01/2010 21:07

lol oops bet you still look lovely though
If i were your DH I'd shag you
I haven't been on the scales since we last had a chat about weight on here (probably when the aug babies were just born) so have absolutely no idea how much heavier i am now!

i was a proper stepford wife tonight. DP came home to a tidy living room, sleeping baby and a home-made lasagne mostly cooked

oopsandbabycoconut · 13/01/2010 21:10

No Miamla - please don't encourage him! When I am PG I have to fight him off with a BIG stick on a daily basis. At least unPG it's not that often!

Miamla · 13/01/2010 21:11

you'd better watch out when you wear your tankini!!

Evening all

Miamla · 13/01/2010 21:36

sorry, i've really got my sarcastic hat on tonight!

evening hots

hotterpotter · 13/01/2010 21:38

So is it going to be a spring wedding then Miamla?

Miamla · 13/01/2010 21:41

i reckon it might be! its when we were thinking about before Pea showed her/his face so i guess we'll stick with original plan

hotterpotter · 13/01/2010 21:48

You had better get a shift on organising it then

Sometimes I would like to get married again now I have a smaller tummy and more friends. I will just have to vicariously enjoy your planning so don't forget to tell us all about it!

oopsandbabycoconut · 13/01/2010 21:51

Miamla - we got married giving everyone 2 weeks notice and they strangely all managed to turn up, dressed and presentable which is alot to ask of my mad old dad! When we had tried to organise it the previous year we had a whole load of ooh we can't do that weekend or ooh not that day it's aunty xxx's 987th birthday. etc.

hotterpotter · 13/01/2010 21:53

Hello Oops

Whereabouts are you off in Oz first? I saw on the news yesterday (or this morning) that Melbourne was sooo hot it was 30-odd degrees centigrade at night [sweltering]

Miamla · 13/01/2010 21:56

will do hots

night all, my carriage is about to turn into a pumpkin and i don't fancy walking home whilst having to carry a large heavy pumpkin

oopsandbabycoconut · 13/01/2010 21:57

Hi Hots - We are off to Sydney first then onto Melbourne both very lovely air conditioned hotels with pools then we leave to go exploring.

oopsandbabycoconut · 13/01/2010 21:58

I'm off to bed too, I fear it could be a long night!

pertelote · 13/01/2010 21:59

Ooo Miamla how lovely! I do like spring for a wedding, just feels nicer to me. You will look gorgeous, like the arnolfini wedding and not remotely elephantish!

Sambo thanks for the sympathy back there - glad it's not just me keeping lanisoh in business!

No1 so sorry (and a bit ) you're having this rough time. I agree with what everyone else has said, you are a fantastic mother and will get through this.

Red, 'book, knee' is also a favourite saying of DDs . She thinks 'knee' also means anyone sitting down generally, though, I think - sometimes she sits herself down on the bottom stair and says 'knee! Mara!' and I don't think she is inviting me to sit on her lap

I stayed in a backpacker hostel in Sydney, two bunk beds in one room sharing with three girls I didn't know while my boyfriend was in the boys' room. Yours sounds a lot more swishy (and !)

Night miamla although remember you will have to get used to carrying a large weight the shape of a pumpkin although hopefully not the same colour
