sorry long time since iv been on never seem to find the time, chloe is no where near potty training but they think she may be late wi it same as every thing else anyway update chloe still we have no answers and still as the episodes plus other problems she does not eat by mouth at all now ( i knew the feeding tube would do this) when she does it its what she gets hold of of jack what she shouldn't have with milk in or some thing she chocks on.

we now just starting the paper work for her to be statemented to start nursery been told its a long proses .

she now weights 22lb so putting little weight on, and still is my baby girl . we try to make the best of every day.

LatinDAISYcal · 22/09/2009 21:41

Aw trace that's shit about the RA on top of everything else. How you keep smiling I just don't know! Your whitebox photos are fantastic by the way; love love love the one with C looking through the balloon

We must do that meet up! I can drop DS1 at school and then head out to you so we have loads of time before having to be back for school pick up! Wednesday and Thursday are good for me

Sorry to hear about the bug T and fingers crossed you and T1 miss out! there is something doing the rounds at the minute (is it norovirus season already?) as my BIL and his family are all struck down at the minute.

fish and chips looking at the sea is more than ria. Did you not realise that the calories don't count if you are communing with where your meal came from in the first place

I have made my first nappy sale .....ok I've only made £15 after my costs, but even Sralan had to start somewhere!!!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 22/09/2009 22:04

Trace to hear about your RA. You really are having everything thrown at you! You amaze me how you keep so positive through it all. It's always good to hear from you.

Had a lovely curry out with 2 friends. And we kept largely off the topic of our DCs and discussed our student days, ex boyfriends and bizarre family histories instead No coconut rice though

RIAlityBites · 22/09/2009 22:19

Trace, take care. Your photos are gorgeous though.

it's profit daisy, well done you

your evening sounds lovely jammy.

I took the boys out for a walk, then visited the GPs (who didn't want us to cos DM had painted the hallway, but they let us in anyway) DH got called in to work. Have just had 20mins on the exercise bike watching Strictly on Iplayer, but have had to turn it off as the PC started playing random music over the top of it, all those thin girlies in fancy frocks kept me going!

kristinaRIAnoff · 22/09/2009 23:04

it's a gift

LatinDAISYcal · 22/09/2009 23:17

PMSL ria.....love it! you need to come and sashy on to the Strictly thread

kristinaRIAnoff · 22/09/2009 23:22

ooh, where daisy?

have to go for a bit. DH needs to harvest his pumpkins!

kristinaRIAnoff · 22/09/2009 23:23

I will be back... I have to stay up til late to do planting...

LatinDAISYcal · 22/09/2009 23:48

Ria, that's twice you have said that late at night!

Either he knows something I don't know about pumpkins needing to be harvested after dark, he is hooked on farmville on FB, or it's a euphemism for a bit of the other .

kristinaRIAnoff · 22/09/2009 23:52

he is obsessed. DS2 gets him up in the morning so they can do harvesting before school (that is quite amusing). I have only started playing as a case of "if you can't beat 'em...". So he does his planting to fit in with when DS2 will be here to harvest (I suppose it's a kind of father/son bonding)
No euphemisms here. Can't be arsed/no room in the bed for kids about covers it for that

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 23/09/2009 07:44

Not getting your name, Ria,but I gather it is Strictly related? Not into Strictly myself, it's allure is lost on me.

Toothache Going to the dentist on Friday so hope can last until then.

TALLULAHBELLEOFTHEBALLROOM · 23/09/2009 08:26

Love it Ria - the new name, I mean

LittleMissNorty · 23/09/2009 08:28

Fab name Ria .

kristinaRIAnoff · 23/09/2009 10:55

love yours Tbelle.

yup, strictly related jammy. sorry about your toothache

can anyone tell me why DH is so unmotivated at home (he has spent 2 days off doing sod all) yet he's had a call to go off to work this afternoon and he can't bloody wait to get there. I'm pissed off again, but there's not point saying anything cos it'll turn in to a row. He knows there's stuff I want him to do and he doesn't seem to give a stuff. And he obviously doesn't care that I feel like I am drowning in the state of the house and maybe a hand to help me get on top of it would be nice.

LatinDAISYcal · 23/09/2009 11:51

ouch jammy but you have reminded me I need to make us all an appointment sonce we have finally found an NHS dentist and I only have until the beginning of November to get free treatment!!

love your strictly name as well T

Nappies are taking up all my time at the minute, but first order in , including a new nappy for bumble (well I need to be able to say how good it is )

DD is challenging me by swearing at me today . She is saying things like "mummy, you know what?" and when I say "yes DD", she says, amongst others "fucking knickers", "bloody bumble", "DS1's a dickhead" . Most of them coming, but not all , straight from DS1's gob; I caught him prompting her to say bad words this morning and I'm but can't be too hard on him as I do curse a bit too much myself . I'm doing my best to ignore, but it's sooooooo hard.

He has got a course of steroids and a steroid inhaler for his asthma as it's really bad at the minute. I spoke to the school this morning about keeping him off pe and games and asked if they could keep him in at playtimes/lunchtime till the end of the week as running around is making him worse and I know he won't sit still if in the playground and their response was less than helpful; they said they would try, but couldn't promise anything and felt that if he was too ill to go out at lunchtime then he shouldn't be in school. He is only ill if he runs around like a loon though; he isn't actually ill and I thought I was doing the best for him by making sure he isn't missing any school I'm a bit peeved about it.

rant over; smelly bottoms and lunchtime are beckoning.

LittleMissNorty · 23/09/2009 11:56

bout school Daisy.

Sorry but had to over DD. My DD dropped a sticker on the floor yesterday and exclaimed "oh fuck" .....I can't blame it on an older sibling ....I dare not tell her father!

How are DH and DCs Tallulah?

I hate dentists for you Jammy

kristinaRIAnoff · 23/09/2009 13:41

daisy, was that the teacher or the office staff?

baggins is really hard work today. it's difficult to get anything done. DH has gone til 9pm - yeah right. bet it's nearer 11.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 23/09/2009 13:52

Thankfully toothache has subsided

That seems bad about your school Daisy, I wouldn't be best pleased.

Just had our last morning at Make & Play But tbh I don't know why I'm so about it as today hardly anyone spoke to us. I was really at lunchtime we sat at a table, a whole load of mums came and sat at the next table and when another mum and her DD (who we had sat next to at lunch last week and all chatted nicely together) sat with us, the other load where going "Here don't sit on your own, we can move up and you come sit with us."

However, we saw some friends on the way there this morning and they are coming out with us on Friday now, and we called at another friend's house on the way home and she is bringing her DD round to play later and we are going to do some painting at their house tomorrow

I got a letter through about counselling and there is a long wait - we will hear in a few months it said.

TALLULAHBELLEOFTHEBALLROOM · 23/09/2009 15:00

Hi all - what a shame about stay & play Jammy.

We are still pukey here. DH a bit better but DD's brekkie made a dramatic reappearance this morning and Thing 2 getting breastmilk only but still managed to spew on me once today. Called the doc this am, receptionist rang back 2 hrs later to ask me to bring DD in at 1pm. I said I couldn't manage as would have to bring her plus sicky baby plus other baby on the bus. She said doc would call me back but so far have heard nothing. Just wanted to speak to doc to make sure am doing the right things. There's no fever, nothing to see really so hardly worth dragging the whole lot to the surgery. DH probably well enough now to keep Thing 1 but still don't want to take the risk of DD throwing up on the bus. Oh am just rambling now.

LittleMissNorty · 23/09/2009 15:21

How odd Jammy.....I have to say I never go to these groups as I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Some people are so . Shame about the counselling.....its a similar story around here and then you only get 8 sessions....can you go private at all?

Blimey T.....3 littleun's on a bus with the possibility of puking.....I don't blame you. Has the doctors rung? NHS are very good as well.....do you have a service in Scotland?

DS cut his 2nd tooth today.....perhaps he won't be as miserable now! (btw made a complaint about the pharmacist who wouldn't sell me Bonjela teething gel and she got a bollocking and I got a formal apology)

LittleMissNorty · 23/09/2009 15:22

NHS direct I meant!

kristinaRIAnoff · 23/09/2009 15:45

Tbelle and jammy. I will have to brave the church group again soon I suppose, as baggins needs to be sociable. But I hate it, all that false smiling and cooing and pretending makes me want to puke.

kristinaRIAnoff · 23/09/2009 17:20
MakkaPakkasWilly · 23/09/2009 20:33

I am knackered!

Been doing some exercise, plus was up late sorting out my volunteer stuff, and still have to do the usual crap like making bread and doing laundry and cooking and running my website and washing bottles and all that crap!

The inlaws arrive on saturday for 6 weeks so trying to get the house in order. So Instead I go to Westfield and spend money

DS2 is being good and sleeping 10-5 ish most nights but then has feeding frenzies all day so it's hard to get much done. Having lots of problems with feeding him, cows milk formula makes him very ill and projectile vomiting all the time, goats milk makes him colicky. Still trying to find something that does neither but I reckon by the time I do he'll have grown out of it.

Speaking of which, he has just woken again for more food. He just had 5oz, he must be hungry.
