Everyone keeps suggesting I give formula at night too which I don't understand because the bf is working just fine now and if I didn't do it then why would I do it now? 'She'll sleep through the night' I'm told, but honestly I get 6-9hrs so I'm ok and I think this is really good.
I'm so disorganised that bottles would cause me a lot of stress I think.

Bleuravin · 02/07/2009 18:04

Juw how much does H weigh now? I know you're worried, but some babes do just grow a little slow at first then suddenly catch up. Don't stress yourself about it too much.

Well I tested negative, but I feel EXACTLY like I did last year this time... I'm out of tests now and I feel embarassed about going in and buying more with Meg attached to my hip...I was thinking it would explain why I've been feeling so poor...but we've taken precautions (doublely so during proper intercourse because my sisters have had 'surprises' after their first pregnancies...but when we were just messing around a bit we were relying on the pill -and I guess bf)

well I had what I thought was a period... It wasn't like I used to have...a little lighter but more constant. If so, then yes which is why I'm also nervous. But then my sister was over and having hers, and we(all of us sisters) are always sensitive to each other...

schulte - not sure if you sure my post to you at the end of the last thread, regarding the murmur? Hope you did

Juw - I also have been invited to a 'no-kids' wedding next weekend but we are taking E, the older two are just coming on the evening but we are taking E to the daytime, I can't possibly express enough to be happy to leave her. Maybe they wouldn't mind a baby? I suppose it depends on their reasons for the 'no children' rule.

Bleu - wow, possibly pregnant?!! Let us know, let us know!! I've not had a period yet either but E is only 9 weeks.

I noticed that on the jars of baby food it still says from 4 months - I think that should be changed as NHS are now advising 6 months.

surprisenumber3 · 02/07/2009 18:52

Sorry Bleu I can't answer that cos mine are erratic anyway, but I do think I remember them being lighter and shorter while BF.

Bleuravin · 02/07/2009 19:01

well i guess have two babies...or three?! or more!!!!
i.e. panic

Bleuravin · 02/07/2009 19:03

and never have sex again...

BoffinMum · 02/07/2009 19:06

Bleu, I have a spare Clearblue digital from last time I could post you if you really need it and don't fancy going into the chemists. I have had false negatives about half the times I have used them, mainly from using them on the early side. There have been many blue line debates in the Boffin household over the years. However this last time it seemed rather definite and final seeing the word 'pregnant' definitively on the stick display.

On another note, I am FUMING at DD as she has eaten all the food I got in for dinner without telling me. The boys have had to have an old packet of stuffed pasta from the back of the freezer, with a tin of chopped tomatoes on it (she also ate all three bottles of pasta sauce I had got in, and all the butter as well, for the record). I myself am having leftover jelly, freeze pops and fruit cake for my main meal which is not exactly what a bf mother needs, tbh, and certainly not one who weighs 14 stone 11 and needs to go on a swimming holiday in a few weeks' time.

Bleuravin · 02/07/2009 19:09

Dh says he's going to stop.

your Dd should be sent to the store...
