just saying hello! not meant to be spending too much time on computer (since I'm on holiday) ! But just wanted to say hello!

Juwesm · 18/05/2009 17:54

Hmmm - backache could possibly be sign of kidney infection, and the feeling of needing to go but having nothing when you get there does sound like a UTI. Think probably best to head to GP tomorrow, or MW if you haven't been discharged yet, so they can at the very least do a urine dipstick. Better to get it early rather than late!

Juwesm · 18/05/2009 17:54

Ooops, sorry, welcome GirlyLala!

Juwesm · 18/05/2009 17:56

Hey Rachel! How is Clement's heat rash?

LoobyLaBoobs · 18/05/2009 17:57

Got HV tomorrow morning so il ask her about it then defo go to doctors, thanks juw

hey rachel hope your having a good holiday! i could do with one, think we all could!!

dp cooking up a thai curry for tea, smells deliisshhhh mmmm =p

thebluefoxategreensocks · 18/05/2009 18:06

Juwesm: rash isn't any better! Spreading a bit to the back of his neck and on his chest - as well as higher up on his face/forehead. Doesn't look nice at all, but Clement doesn't seem to mind it too much - so just trying to keep him cool and hope it goes away soon. We have 6 week check with GP & HV next week, so maybe they'll give me some ideas - if it's not gone by then!

PuzzleRocks · 18/05/2009 18:17

mumblemumhome4lunch · 18/05/2009 19:29

knock knock can I come in

Juwesm · 18/05/2009 19:37

Mumble! Long time no see!

mumblemumhome4lunch · 18/05/2009 19:39

First things first
big apologies for seeming to suddenly fall off the planet - a mix of serious computing problems and adjusting to life with another little cog in the works

Today is the first time I have even been able to check my email for five weeks, how sloppy is that

Still, things are starting to settle down a bit. DS1 and DD love Orson to bits while he is generally just fitting in around everything that's already there, to a large degree.

Maybe that's why I can't find time to get on the computer....am spending all my free time ('cause there's soooo much of that !) counting my blessings. He slept from 4am til 6pm on the day he was born and he's carried on generally sleeping most of the time and going btw 2 to 4 hrs between feeds in the day and only waking once during the night as well. I can't quite believe my luck so far as I'm not sure how I'd cope with the other two as well if he wasn't being so helpful, bless him

Anyway, now I've found you want am going to go catch up a bit. Hopefully will get to post again before Orson wants his bedtime feed.

electra · 18/05/2009 19:56

Hi puzzlerocks - I'm ok thanks - just very tired and depressed about the feeding not going how I want. I have even been having nightmares about it but I have to move on...

Isabella is a sweetie - she doesn't cry unless she's hungry and her older sisters are loving her.

bronze · 18/05/2009 20:08

MUMBLE!!!! hiya

mumblemumhome4lunch · 18/05/2009 20:14

Hey bronze

how you getting on, fitting the new one in nicely or is it just manic !?

mumblemumhome4lunch · 18/05/2009 20:17

Orson has been asleep since about 4.......he usually has a feed whilst DS1 and DD are having tea, again whilst they have bedtime milk&story and again about now, then sleeps til about 4am.

Think I might be about to have my first really crap night

bronze · 18/05/2009 20:19

its been good but only because hes so easy

hope tonight goes ok

mumblemumhome4lunch · 18/05/2009 20:26

and there we are, he's just waking up - me thiks he's heard his dad come through the door just now and wants to say hi, at least that's what I'll say when I get downstairs....heard him fill his nappy about 5 mins ago 9a sound that can be heard at least two rooms away 0

best go

catch you again soon

PuzzleRocks · 18/05/2009 21:24

Mumble - Good to hear from you. Orson sounds a dream, how lovely.

Electra - I really feel for you, please don't let it get you down, you did the best you could. {{hugs}}
Girls are ace aren't they, I would quite like to have a third.

Don't pluck them - for each one you pluck, two will grow back!!

Perhaps you could colour the offenders pillarbox red?
