cheers sputnik/guys

I am looking after myself by self medicating with copious amounts of gin......but not that copious as I only had a 250ml bottle of fresh tonic and have no other suitable mixers...unless rose wine counts.

sorry Foxy didn't mean to offend

Have been getting abuse, wasn't thinking straight when I posted. Sorry

Sputnik · 02/04/2009 21:03

That's probably best avoided Daisy

Ohforfoxsake · 02/04/2009 21:04

I wasn't offended Fury Takes more than a post on MN to offend me these days

Who's been abusing you? Want them sorted?

Sputnik · 02/04/2009 21:05

She's still supermum though.

Sputnik · 02/04/2009 21:08

Ah, there you are!
I am up for sorting someone. I am in a beligerent mood since some total arsewipe of a fuckwitted dickhead sprayed me from head to toe with water this morning by driving at top speed through a puddle.

HellHathNoFury · 02/04/2009 21:08

ahh I'm on another thread. I need more hugs and un-MN stuff than these forums are prepared to give maybe.

Perhaps I should open a Bounty account for when I need nicey nicey ;)

Ohforfoxsake · 02/04/2009 21:12

We all have our neeeeeeeedy moments Fury. Will you link it?

That person was an arsewipe Sputnik. Karma will get them.

HellHathNoFury · 02/04/2009 21:13

here.

Sputnik · 02/04/2009 21:15

That's what I was thinking Foxy. If looks could kill they would already be wrapped round a tree.

Sputnik · 02/04/2009 21:23

Bugger Fury.
That's you told isn't it.
I am totally, totally of the hope it will all go away school, you are not alone.
But this has gone on too long, please get yourself seen by someone. Take a taxi or whatever.

TheNatty · 02/04/2009 21:30

hey fury i stuck up for ya!

HellHathNoFury · 02/04/2009 21:32

Thanks for support peeps...and Natty!! wow lol

You know what I mean though right, you hope it will go away?
At first I though...ahh you know perhaps it's just hormones, or discharge or something, I feel great so nothing to worry about, and it creeps up and before you know it you're a cripple and thinking 'hmmm something's not right here'

Riallytoofattoflounce · 02/04/2009 21:32

bloody hell Natty - say what you mean

Fury, you should have said - on here without the need for silliness from those who don't care about you like we do . Is your DH available to look after DS tomorrow? I would go straight to the hospital. I am also of the leave it and hope it goes away school of thought.

Ekka · 02/04/2009 21:34

Hello strangers.... Sorry I've not been around, its been difficult with ds recently as his eczema has been awful and also v little weight gain (I just posted on that thread Daisy) so I've lost track a bit. However we're now seeing a paediatrician for him and he's been much happier the last two days so things are settling back down again.

I don't think I'll manage to catch up with all the chat since I last posted but maybe someone could fill me in on anything major?

Dd has just started using the potty on odd occasions and now has yet another excuse not to stay in bed in the evenings! I hope they both stay asleep tonight as dh is working late and I'm grumpy mummy this evening (no idea why, I've just had enough of them ).

HellHathNoFury · 02/04/2009 21:35

Yes I'll go. I really didn't want to as the women in the antenatal side are generally NOT NICE. For lack of a better way of putting it. But I'll go.

I have a sneaking suspicion I am going to be told bedrest, as I am a virtual cripple. It took me 20 mins to walk to nursery last night. It's 3 minutes away.

I have just kept plodding on you know? work, nursery runs, cooking, cleaning, I haven't had a 'day off' in weeks as we keep having guests and stuff, and you know it just creeps up.
I was worried I had SPD yesterday but I felt a bit better today.

HellHathNoFury · 02/04/2009 21:36

I don't like to whinge!

Ekka · 02/04/2009 21:37

Fury, sorry, cross posts. Hope all is well....

Riallytoofattoflounce · 02/04/2009 21:38

it's something in the water Ekka Good to see you back again Is DS all better now?

I have had a cup of tea and it's made me feel less hungry

I am trying to find something for DS1s birthday. This week at school he has been described as "a legend" and "retro" - polite ways of saying he is weird! I have told him he is eccentric. He brought his report home today (he waited until after he'd been to his friends and while I was busy cooking tea to tell me). It is actually quite good - all As & Bs for effort (except maybe PE, but that's not a real subject). I just wish I understood the attainment grading. Of course there is a theme - listen more, piss about less and concentrate and he would go far.

Ohforfoxsake · 02/04/2009 21:40

Lovely to 'see' you Ekka Glad DS is getting better. You had us worried, we were thinking of you.

Yes Fury, you should have come to us first

It is relentless Fury, and you've moved, you are working fulltime as well as all the usual shit. If nothing else, this will tell you something. Two things actually: a) tell us about these things first and b) listen to your body. You are fucked and you need to rest a bit.

Ekka · 02/04/2009 21:44

Ds is feeling better, but his skin is still like an old man's. But it is much better than a few days ago when it was bright red, wet & weepy all over poor lad. His MRSA cleared up, but the eczema is still there....

Ria - isn't that the theme for most kids at school? It sounds really familiar to me!

I'm off to get some dinner and to try and track down some of the partners for the 9 unmatched socks that came out of the wash today .... Daisy - please pass me some gin

TheNatty · 02/04/2009 21:44

lol foxy! i agree, go hospital and tell us next time silly woman.
i get very annoyed with the way some people attack other obviously worried ppl.
if u feel bad u dont need to made to feel worse.. ffs

not one of my girls no way

Riallytoofattoflounce · 02/04/2009 21:49

I think it is quite standard Ekka, but he is particularly odd. He has just discovered "Goodnight Sweetheart" on ITV3. I think he loves it more than Dr Who

Ohforfoxsake · 02/04/2009 21:50

PMSL at your last post Natty MN is just full of arseholes at the mo.

Ekka, bin all the socks and buy 20 pairs of black/grey/white whichever. Problem solved! Or we have 'odd-sock day' every day.

TheNatty · 02/04/2009 21:53

yeah foxy i do that!
me and DH actually wear the SAME size and make of plain black sock, and share a sock drawer, cos its so much easier.
the kids also wear plain white same size socks...

i thought i was just lazy.. i have about 50 odd socks from when they were babies before i gave up!
