AliandHerScallywag · 16/02/2009 21:37

Me too Deb

On a different subject, Deb as our resident ski-ing expert could you cast your eye over this please?

pureeandpearls · 16/02/2009 21:42

Sponge- that really is the most fantastic news....I am so chuffed for you. Don't worry about me, take care of yourself....if I could wrap you in cotton wool for the next eight months, I would.

No offence taken poppy- sometimes a laugh is what you need

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 21:43

have replied to your thread Ali

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 21:45

Puree - love the idea of wrapping Sponge in cotton wool, maybe if we all collectively send positive vibes for the next 8 months !

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 21:48

My evening has improved so much in the last half hour. I am in by myself and had been reading my company's maternity policy, trying to work out what to do next. Thanks Sponge.

Virtual cotton wool has to be the way forward. I like the idea P&P.

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 21:52

thanks ali, will e-mail you

pureeandpearls · 16/02/2009 21:53

Ali beat me to it- virtual cotton wool for Sponge and off to bed to dream of more babies

spongebrainbigpants · 16/02/2009 21:56

Aw, thanks for my virtual cotton wool .

I am absolutely exhausted now, but too wired to sleep!

Will let you know how the doctor's goes tomorrow.

Thank for all your congrats - it's slowly beginning to sink in now. Ohmigod. No it's not - I still can't believe it!!

I just want someone to tell me it will all be fine. I don't think I could bear to lose another baby .

vivaGlasvegas · 16/02/2009 22:07

Sponge how wonderful. I'm so delighted for you! How utterly utterly amazing and fantastic and lots of other superlatives that I can't even think of. Give your tummy a little 'hello in there' pat from Glasgow.

essie woohoo go Iestyn, Charlotte is proud of him for lasting so long though! (she's all over bottles now, you'd never know there'd been an issue so hope that works for you too!)

whinegums how's things? are you lurking?

BDQ Struan is C's bday buddy and she too plummeted the centiles from 75th at birth to 5th now. I say Centiles Schmentiles!

YaySponge again.

vivaGlasvegas · 16/02/2009 22:09

oh, and here's a virtual footstool to put your feet up, and a virtual maid to carry heavy stuff!

Essie3 · 16/02/2009 22:11

It will be fine - course it will! This is beyond commonplace - the little one really wants to be here! Now, are you sure about this atheism of yours? Just, I've been praying for you, and you know, two miracles...come on now, someone is looking after you!

Essie3 · 16/02/2009 22:14

viva x-posted - we've got to hope that Iestyn never grows up to have big principles that need to be fought for. He could do hunger strike, survive torture, be imprisoned - he wouldn't crack!

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 22:16

lol Essie

bitofadramaqueen · 16/02/2009 22:18

amazing news sponge!

Hey viva interesting that C also dropping down centiles too. Am feeling much better about it.

Essie3 · 16/02/2009 22:20

Iestyn's at the bottom of the chart too. Somewhere between 0 and 1.
I focus on the fact that he looks amazingly advanced when he's crawling. (He only goes backwards, which I hope doesn't mean he's...backward! )

DebInAustria · 16/02/2009 22:37

night all, off to bed with a happy heart due to Sponge's news
