Well everyone - still no word and now his phone is switched off

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 22:34

Our Muslin was made by my mum - she found some muslin with duck, some with bunnies and some with monkeys and she cut it up and made them for me. This was of course only after I had bought heaps of my own

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 22:35

We have matching muzzies to Emma Ebay is great!

weetimerousdizzybeastie · 23/01/2009 22:38

ALBS and VG here are some LOVELY christening things

here

I LOVE this one and this one here

Ataraxis haven't forgotten about you but fear VG's need is more imminent!

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 22:44

Okay - I don't want the Robe I have now I want the long layered one!

TwilightSurfer · 23/01/2009 22:47

Ann the best advice I can give you is to just let it go. Let it go and never speak of it again. Don't try calling him. Don't try tracking him down in the pub (not a good scene, promise). Just do try and breath, focus on tomorrow with Seb and rest as best you can. You've done the talk it out route. You've probably done the yell it out route. Now's the time to just leave it alone. Don't waste your precious energy worrying over it.

Ignore this if you like. I'm only saying it from the heart having been there with DH. We are still together if that helps you any.

ataraxis · 23/01/2009 22:48

dizzy, completely agree

sazzles, Lana definitely has muslin envy where Emma is concerned (proven by her attempted theft )

ann very out of order if deliberate (not battery/reception etc)

really going now, hoping everyone gets some decent sleep.

ataraxis · 23/01/2009 22:49

ts, you are right ofcourse, but that is still very out of order!

ataraxis · 23/01/2009 22:50

am gone

rotterpotter · 23/01/2009 22:50

Oops I want that one too and I've

  • got a boy not a girl
  • am not getting him christened anyway

Don't think I can justify £150 just for the dressing up box

sambo303 · 23/01/2009 22:52

well, I've seen is all now check this out

sambo303 · 23/01/2009 22:53

it not is tis wine

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 22:55

Sambo - what exactly were you searching for when you found that???

sambo303 · 23/01/2009 22:56

ann I'm with ts, dont waste energy, look after yourself & Seb - hope his phone is dead cos he's on the underground

RotterMcPotter · 23/01/2009 22:57

Havde come over all Scottish from that wee kilt Sambo, how cute. DH mutters oh FFS from the lounge, he has no style!

RotterMcPotter · 23/01/2009 22:57

Have not havde, 'tis the wine here too

sambo303 · 23/01/2009 22:58

well I suggested to ataraxis that she dress her ds's in kilts for the upcoming occasion - she sensibly ignored that but I was just wondering what was out there for Burns Nite (on Sunday) - have you read the blurb, fantastic!

weetimerousdizzybeastie · 23/01/2009 22:58

sambo doesn't EVERY baby wear those???

AnnVan · 23/01/2009 22:59

Oh have already decided to do that anyway. Am going to stick on a dvd and switch off phone.
thanks all for putting up with me

sambo303 · 23/01/2009 23:00

sadly they do not do my family tartan

RotterMcPotter · 23/01/2009 23:01

Did you know (of course you didn't) that I lost my virginity to a Bruce many many years ago obviously not Robert the Bruce, I'm not that old

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 23:03

Ann that is what we are here for! Who else would know about Rotters virginity? Why would we all be searching for Chrstening outfits? - because that is what we do support each other!

weetimerousdizzybeastie · 23/01/2009 23:04

rofl - love the name, good effort!

oopsacoconut · 23/01/2009 23:06

Can you tell I'm not on the wine??? I am not nearly funny enough!
