My ds was born on the 30th Dec 07, and i have never seen this thread before, so well done :D

BouncingTurtle · 05/04/2009 17:24

Welcome! Stick it on your watched list!

BTW - was it you who did the AIBU about your neighbours' dgc using your garden?

claraquack · 05/04/2009 17:45

hello just contributing to getting the count to 1,000.
went to farm park with dd's today, was great. Saw a lamb being born! Sheep didn't seem to feel any pain and also didn't mind giving birth in front of about 50 people, with commentary.
Imagine!

Hey all. We had a fun day out today helping a friend who'd got concussed this morning ( DS and DD helped by rearranging all the nick naks in her house) followed by church where DD ran out into the road in front of a car. (still a bit shakey about that one) and then a long dog walk. Topped off with a trip to the local David Looyd Gym for the family fun day ( or family fun 45 moins) to go swimming. I'm beat now.

987 - and does any one know if Mount Grace priory Northallerton or beningbrough Hall in York allow dogs? Are dogs standard at National Trust places?

Arcadie · 05/04/2009 20:04

Sorry about random capitalisations there

So we're going to call the next thread "The one where they walk the walk and talk the talk" right?

Arcadie · 05/04/2009 20:08

And Prammy Mammy I don't know if you're new to Mumsnet or new to this thread - but the person who writes the last post will link to the next thread so you don't need to worry that you won't find us. Sorry if you're an old hand and that I've just taught my grandmother (RIP) to suck eggs.

Claraquack sounds like my ideal birth. Painfree. Check. Someone giving medical commentary. Check. Lots of people paying me lots of attention. Check. Downside of baring my fanjo to the world - but hey...
