for the break in.

for sickness EPPM - Flamechick has always been very good with saying before being sick and getting there in time, the dude on the other hand just goes for wherever he is. Thankfully it rarely happens with either (maybe living in grime is good for constitution ).

I am back from circuit training. So... daily yoga (not much but some), and weekly circuits. It has to help a bit right??

Frizbe · 05/01/2009 20:45

circuit training is great

Meridian just txt'd to say they've taken ds's lightsabre torch too

Flamespar · 05/01/2009 20:45

bastards

CantSleepWontSleep · 05/01/2009 21:46

Ya know I've just realised it's two months to free preschool places yay!

Flamespar · 05/01/2009 23:14

I realised I was the same weight I am at 8 months pregnant.... that is what has happened! Plus a mate setting up the circuit class and needing numbers

Flamespar · 05/01/2009 23:15

Tis more here - tis the term after they turn 3, so not til April/May

CantSleepWontSleep · 06/01/2009 07:56

ditto flame

mustrunmore · 06/01/2009 09:46

april here too

CantSleepWontSleep · 06/01/2009 10:16

I thought it was the same nationwide tbh. What makes you think it's earlier Friz?

Jas · 06/01/2009 10:46

Yay for good scan Phoenix

@ break in.
No free preschool til April here. Are you sure you've got that right Frizbe?

Juicer is yours, Frizbe. Sorry csws. No money though. I was given it. Not even a present. Just a mate of dps who had bought it, used it once and then given up A bit like me, really

Phoenix · 06/01/2009 10:50

Ds has started pre-school this morning . He tried to follow us out when we left but his key worker lady said shall we go find some toys and he ran off with her while we slipped out .

Flamespar · 06/01/2009 18:06

How was he when you picked him up?

I am completely wiped out atm I was fine and bouncy yesterday, today I would rip off my right arm for a nap.

Phoenix · 06/01/2009 19:52

Crying his eyes out .

His key worker (Mrs Tinkler ) said he'd had a few crying moments but she'd managed to distract him with toys/drawing/snack time. At the end of the session they all sit down and sing a song and she'd said to them all 'mummy's and daddy's will be here soon' and that was it he burst into tears again .

He did enjoy it though, he says he will go again and told us what he did/ate/played with. We'll see on Thursday

Aww poor little thing - saying mummy and daddy just reminds em you sodded off!

EachPeachPearMum · 06/01/2009 19:58

Well- it looks like it was a 24 hour thing thank goodness- if DD doesn't go to nursery tomorrow I am going to scream! She has had 2 weeks off, I can't get anything done when she os home, and I haven't even packed my hospital bag yet [grrrrr]

Whats with all the exercise fraeks on this thread? You can tell it's New Year!

Flame- I still weigh the same as when I was 8 months pg too, so don't worry

Friz- for break-in- which ikea do you/Meridian go to?

Our nursery grant also kicks in term after being 3.... so Easter.

mustrunmore · 06/01/2009 20:35

k, so this is how ill I was after xmas.... I actually ache from the class lsat night which means I'd been exercising at less than half effort for the last week or two, cos I never nevr ache from classes anymore. Even more important to get all 9 in this week

New trainers came... love them Shox in black&purple&silver!

Frizbe · 06/01/2009 20:49

ok so now I feel really stupid! I'd just assumed it was free from three, I guess I got that wrong (its ages since dd1 went right )

Jas, thank you so much, it will have a very good home where should I paypal the postage too? or would you prefer cheque/postal order?

MRM for new shoes.

EPPM yay for all being better. When I picked up the car today (I got it back yay! although it cost just under £300, boooo and they said oh its something you couldn't spot at mot.....but couldn't explain why it had shifted onto the wheel, which has got my dad saying Citroen should recall all the cars, but that's a whole other thread or story)the woman there on reception had it yest apparently, but she'd crawled into work today so hoping I don't get it......she didn't look good at all ....

Hi everyone else!

Ok, so whose child has done this then.....pulled off their nails until they bled not one, a whole foots worth she's been piggling them, they didn't need cutting and certainly do not now I'm starting to think she doesn't feel much pain and has something weird wrong with her....dd1 on the other hand is in tears at the slightest gust of wind

Frizbe · 06/01/2009 20:50

Oh and it was Nottingham Ikea

EachPeachPearMum · 06/01/2009 21:16

Phoenix- sorry- xpost. Hope his next session is better, poor darling. It is a huge thing being away from Mummy with strangers for first time, so it will take time to adjust. Mrs Tinkler is a great name

Friz- What kind of citroen? I am prob going to change to a Xsara picasso once DS is here....

And I used to do that with my nails
It was just compulsive....

Frizbe · 06/01/2009 21:33

Ah great a nail destroyer in the house

Its a Xsara Picasso, Could be cause its a Y reg though? Citroens don't age very well. I am also the only person who I know with a Picasso (know a few) whose had a problem with it! and they are great for space inside.

Phoenix, how did I miss his 1st day (sorry busy twittering about me ) Sounds like on the whole it went well, bar the small cry at the end, bless him, he'll soon get used to it, in two years you won't be able to keep him away!
