Morning all.
Have read through all your evening chat, but have propmtly forgotten half of it The jamlet has had a sore bot the past couple of days too - not got to bleeding (yet?) but redder than normal. I think it's because she's had plenty of noxious poos, possibly teething related?
And dinner was AMAZING!!! We decided to decline FIL's offer of a lift there and then a pick up later when we realised it was a 45 minute drive each way, which would condemn him to 3 hours of driving, so it did mean we weren't drinking other than I had a G&T on arrival (£5!), but it didn't spoil anything really. The food was fab, adn the waiters were so helpful. Really attentive but not getting in the way at all. (And one of them was rather attractive Mind I also found DH really attractive in his suit so that was good) Bearing the price in mind, it'd have to be a rare treat but we both said YES we would go again, even if we were paying. The high points were the risotto and the strawberry & rhubarb pudding which were absolutely fantastic, some of the best food we've ever eaten - and I'm not really a fan of rhubarb even. It was nearly midnight when we got in, which was ridiculously late for me (I'd sat yawning heavily while waiting for pudding, but the incredibly strong espresso at the end sorted me out) and then we sat have rather large drinks with the inlaws, and I was up at 5.45 with the jamlet, so exhausted now but well worth it
Anyway enough of my wittering on, the other big thing was that the Jamlet waved yesterday. She's been raising her hand for a couple of days and I've wondered if it was meant as a wave, but yesterday afternoon she gave a deliberate wave to my FIL
