Hiya Trace, nice to "see" you. Good news about Chloe sitting
We were like that with illnesses last year when I was pg, me and DD and DH just got one thing after another, DH ended up with pneumonia when I came out of hospital with the baby. Hope it passes for all of you soon.

Anyway, Baby Sputnik, still pretty bald too, can sit well and commando crawl a bit. Just bottom teeth so far, but I'm hoping the top 2 will be here soon, he woke up last night and screamed for 45 minutes solid, what else could it be?

hi trace . yay for chloe sitting, but that she isn't quite straight. It sounds like you are getting fantastic care woth her though. Is that at sheffield Childrens' hospital.

I think stress makes you more prone to illness and it's certainly been a stressful year for you. hopefully now that things are underway with getting Chloe a definate diagnosis, the pressure should ease off a bit and things will get better. Maybe a trip to Leeds will cheer you up?

baby due 7th November, basing it on my regular cycle, but as my cycle was still wonky that may change when i get my dating scan. I'm 10 weeks already (a quarter of the way there )

DD is cruising the furniture and climbing stairs and is finally crawling on her hands and knees rather than dragging herself around like a slug. she has too much hair and needs another haircut (although she kind of has this sixties beatnik look going on at the moment that is very cute). babbles constantly, usually baba, bebe, mama, dada, banananana and she screams Ca(m) at the top of her lungs when she sees DS! she said what sounded very much like See ya last night as we were leaving a friends house, but I think it was just noises. she understands lots though, especially "what's in your mouth" and obligingly opens up to show me

w htyday.

Hi trace, belated happy birthday. Glad Chloe is sitting. baggins has no hair, we are waiting for tooth number 6. He is a little monkey. And a daddys boy.

Right, my list (get coffee and biscuits, we could be here a while)

Lloyd Owen
David Tennant
Gordon Ramsey (although I practically live with him!)

Gary Linekar
What's the bloke off DIY SOS called? Nick Knowles!
Dhs chef mates (2 of)
John Nettles (and varying Midsomers sidekicks)
DH sometimes.

DH off to ring in chinese order, have hoovered as much as I care to. House not perfect but will have to do. Parents due in 20 mins.

Have a good time with your inlaws jammy.

nick knowles, i forgot about nick knowles .

lol ria, thought you'd gone a bit Cod on us there!

i'm in the middle of cooking tea (mexican chicken) and feel like I'm gonna throw up any minute. I remeber getting like this with DD. If I cooked something I couldn't eat it, and I went off meat until about 23 weeks.

here was i thining I'd got off lightly with morning sickness. It was just lulling me into a false sense of security!

trace2 · 09/04/2008 17:51

Ria, what happened to Jeremy Clarkson?

Baby Sputnik smiles at everyone too, no sign yet of stranger anxiety, unless someone looks really scary or if he's in a bad mood. People are always coming up to him an cooing, but maybe that's because Italians love babies so much.

Trace, it's so true what Daisy was saying about stress affecting your health, hope things calm down abit for you soon.

trace2 · 09/04/2008 18:37

motherhurdicure have you had biopsy? chloe going in on 12th may for hers they putting her to sleep as shes having a camra down, and one up her bum, and coming out with a tube in to test foe acid, but we think her bloods came back as she was but we have to carry on giving her things till after the tests, but she eats very litlle as she as problems eating and drinking

foxythesnowfox · 09/04/2008 19:43

poor chloe here's hoping it all brings some results and they can help her.

My lo is sitting, can't say she gets much opportunity to move though! She has two bottom teeth and one rather goofy looking top one. She says 'row, row' and rocks back and forth. Claps, and knows "if you're happy and you know it", does peepo, and puts her hands to her head on the cue "Oh my life!". Infact, she has quite a repetoire [sp?]. She's a performer, not a mover

She is very, very gorgeous. Aren't they all?

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 19:51

foxy, you need to add some recent photos of her to facebook.

DD loves row row row the boat as well, and we have added new verses involving the loch ness monster now

she is of the adventurous type.....doesn't want the bottom shelf and spends her days on tiptoe, reaching up and flailing at the second shelf for things out of her reach (but that she can see from the other side of the room). she is going to be a climber like her daddy i think!

she will also spend happy hours emptying things out of boxes. I've now got a box under the desk full of bits of paper and old bits of junk that keeps her quiet (and still) while I MN....well mostly!

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 19:55

trace, poor chloe. That's what happened to me when i had my tests....not nice at all, but at least she won't know anything about it.

I hope you can get her problems resolved though, whatever the outcome. I wouldn't wish coelaic disease on anyone, but at least if you have a diagnosis you can start to deal with it.

hugs to you and your family. xxx

foxythesnowfox · 09/04/2008 20:10

Bloody hell! Watch out for DKMAs funwall post! Pooed my pants.

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 20:27

foxythesnowfox · 09/04/2008 20:28

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 20:34

I feel very very sick indeed

DKMA · 09/04/2008 20:37

Oh shit - I didn't mean to send that! Don't you just hate it when you clic on something and think you've deleted it - and then realise you've sent it to EVERYONE! Bugger! Very sorry! That was sent to me by my lovely brother!

Had a quick catch up - Hi Trace (DKMA gives a big wave!) and to everyone else too.

Have posted a bit of a sob story on our fitness thread - but am determined not to mope about worrying!!

Also - I have been brave and started my own thread here if you have any thoughts!

foxythesnowfox · 09/04/2008 20:46

LOL DKMA! Shat myself, I did

Have given up with the slimming thread on the grounds that this is my virtual world and in my virtual world I am a perfect size 10 and can run 10k, I don't have any grey hairs and my boobs point forward.

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 20:47

pmsl foxy

DKMA · 09/04/2008 20:48

Right - I'm joining your world foxy - if that's ok?

lackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2008 20:54

DKMa can you link the slimming thread.....I'm going to do a reverse slim and add my pounds. It'll make you all feel better.

foxy, in your world, I'm all of that plus no wrinkles or sun spots, have flowing glossy locks and I'm 5 foot 8 and can buy normal length trousers wherever I like in whatever style I like
