Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
PillockOfTheCommunity · 01/04/2008 12:21

oh, and
but I am upbeat because there is a chance that me and M's dad might make it work as a couple again......

NorthernLurker · 01/04/2008 12:29

Ooooh - how exciting! Good Luck

Bramshott · 01/04/2008 12:52

Ooh Pillock, how exciting! From your posts, he has always come across as very sane and nice (esp compared to Justin!).

And forgot to say earlier to Mamiguay - yayyyyy on sorting the night feeds (or at least even if he goes backwards, at being a step on the way to sorting the night feeds)!!!!

mamiguay · 01/04/2008 13:37

thanks bramshott

POTC - wow that is great! I agree, he always comes across as a very nice and agreeable kind of person from your posts. I've often wondered why you aren't together as you seem to get on so well.. I really hope it works out

I've just put low energy lightbulbs in the overhead lights in the office. 20W which it says = 85w. Is it remotely possible they could be giving off heat or am I imagining it? Previous bulbs were normal 40w ones and I never noticed this glow of warmth Or maybe it's just you lot har har

POTC - I just went to Toysrus and was so excited that they have Tommee Tippee (newly arrived!) that I bought the cup I think you meant.. is it called Easi-something? With handles and a soft yellow (I think) spout? Non spill? It cost 10? but like I said I just got it in my excitement and then came back to see you said they were only 4quid for 2!!! [dumbass] Better work!

I wanted to get N a sheepskin, not so I can nick it at all you understand, and just saw them in ikea for 40? which is less than I've seen them for on UK websites.. a sheepskin is a sheepskin, right? Or do the more expensive ones come with bells and whistles sewn in?

NorthernLurker · 01/04/2008 13:48

don't know about sheepskins but that cup does sound like the one we have for B and I have found it to be the most eefective one by far!

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2008 14:37

hi everyone
rest of week off, am so relieved
Pillock, really hope that works out, I've always liked him from what you say]
Hope pooey babies are better soon xx

Sexonlegs · 01/04/2008 14:49

POTC, I agree with the others. M's dad seems much more responsible, thoughtful etc etc. What about sofa boy though???

SPB, glad you are able to relax and not worry about work.

B seems better in herself but tummy still not right. She asked me at 2.00 if she could go to school bless her

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2008 15:05

Oh sorrry SOL I read it was K with the tummy upset Very impressed that B was so desperate to go to school though - what's your secret?
Why do the wrong numbers all come out of the woodwork the minute I've got him to sleep??

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2008 15:07

Yes, I feel much lighter, plus didn't have much sleep last night - once we'd cleaned up the mess at 4.30 and re-settled him neither of us really felll back fully to sleep.
I'm hoping it seems more professional to do it this way and return on Monday ready for work rather than stressed etc and mind only half on the job. I had a nosebleed today which tends to happen when I'm stressed

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2008 15:17

oh they've just rang again and woken him up

Doobydoo · 01/04/2008 16:20

Sexonlegs · 01/04/2008 18:28

Dooby, I have never seen you so chatty!

I am taking 5 minutes while dh has taken the girls out for a walk to stuff my face with crisps!!!

I have been so bored being at home with B all day, although she has been as good as gold.

Runny, does your dh have a contract? Paying ssp only seems really mean anyway.

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2008 18:30
