Jammy you are bonkers

right... now for my whinge.

fucking cocksucking shitting tossing stupid bitch ARSE
oh FFS learn to read

I just sold my bugaboo. I said quite clearly - collection only. I said the dates I was at home, and the dates I was away (thus having 2 collection points)

Woman buys bugaboo.
Woman calls and says she is passing and can she pick it up.
On the WRONG DAY.

oh lordy I can see this being the start of another big expensive pram shambles

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 20:32

Yay! That's lovely daisy! Glad he is happy too and hope he gets the new job. CONGRATS TO FAMILY BOO!!

Fairy, we have an illness similarity! How was getting your tonsils out? Was it hideous? The abs haven't kicked in yet, but I'm hoping they will by tomorrow. TBH I'm fucking sick of it, it's one bout after another and I shall praise the day when I get the buggers out. I spoke to the dr today and she said they prob wouldn't do the op til I'd stopped bfing. I wanted to bf ds for at least another year, so I guess it won't be done for ages yet.

Jammy, that is disgusting. Not the poo thing, but the meat thing! I didn't realise people ate so much flesh, bleugh! Glad I don't !

milkyJammy · 27/02/2008 20:33

Fairy

I don't know that one, but I did get told through work that 2/3 of the milk produced in Ireland goes into the production of Baileys

Oh fury, I feel your pain! It is such a PITA when people fuck up on ebay. Hope it gets sorted. How much did you sell it for?

HellHathNoFury · 27/02/2008 20:34

£500

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 20:35

Really? Blimey! That's not much more than you bought it for surely! I've seen them go for £300 on ebay.

BumperliciousNeedsaGlassofWine · 27/02/2008 20:38

Holly could you stop for a week or something when DS is a bit older and doesn't need it so much to have the op.

HellHathNoFury · 27/02/2008 20:38

I figure you don't ask you don't get

I did it as BIN collection only

I know is was for a lot - but hey it's a nice pram ;-)
Plus I sold it with adaptors, parasol and footmuff. The woman is trying to get the car seat out of me as well, for free.
pah.

FairyFay · 27/02/2008 20:38

Holly, it was quite sore afterwards but not as bad as I had expected and as an added bonus I lost weight as I didn't fancy eating much for a few weeks. You would definitely need help with the DCs for at least a week though, imho. I had medical insurance but the doc did tell me that the waiting list was about 8 months - admittedly that is a fair few years ago now, but it's worth finding out so that you can have it done the day after you stop bf.

Great sale price Fury, but ARSE at stupid people who can't read!

Jammy, now that seems like a very sensible use for milk

BumperliciousNeedsaGlassofWine · 27/02/2008 20:39

My DH is watching....

...Coleen's real women!

HellHathNoFury · 27/02/2008 20:40

oh crap Bumper you reminded me
I told my boss at work that his idea was gay.
Then I remembered it was not politically correct to say that.
And that he is gay.

oops.

FairyFay · 27/02/2008 20:41

pmsl at that Fury

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 20:43

My dp is watching This is Britain on DVD. It is a horrible film.

Your dh is very much in touch with his feminine side isn't he bumper?

Thanks fairy, I think the waiting list is 6-8 months, but I have been waiting years to get it done, so I guess a couple more won't hurt!

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 20:45

ROFL fury! I say that all the time and I really need to stop!

Sputnik · 27/02/2008 20:45

What about Kerrygold butter and Irish cheddar? Which remins me, straying completely from the subject, I was totally gobstruck to find Stilton and Irish cheddar at our local grocers. The Irish cheddar had Union Jacks on the label . Now I realise they put all the milk in Baileys and had to outsource the cheddar (but anyway how can you have Irish cheddar in the first place if Cheddar is in the UK?). [Mind boggles and goes round in circles]

Sorry, that was completely incoherent wasn't it?

HellHathNoFury · 27/02/2008 20:48

luckily he has a very well developed sense of humour.

I just hope this woman buys the damn pram now. I have enough stress.

I am off to bed. DH will not doubt want the earth to move for him tonight but I shall remind him earthquakes come but every 10 years, and so will he if he's lucky.

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 20:49

Sputnik - huh?

BumperliciousNeedsaGlassofWine · 27/02/2008 20:50

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 20:51

But just for tonight.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 20:54
