Holly, it was quite sore afterwards but not as bad as I had expected and as an added bonus I lost weight as I didn't fancy eating much for a few weeks. You would definitely need help with the DCs for at least a week though, imho. I had medical insurance but the doc did tell me that the waiting list was about 8 months - admittedly that is a fair few years ago now, but it's worth finding out so that you can have it done the day after you stop bf.

What about Kerrygold butter and Irish cheddar? Which remins me, straying completely from the subject, I was totally gobstruck to find Stilton and Irish cheddar at our local grocers. The Irish cheddar had Union Jacks on the label . Now I realise they put all the milk in Baileys and had to outsource the cheddar (but anyway how can you have Irish cheddar in the first place if Cheddar is in the UK?).
