LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 27/02/2008 14:01

right off to do something about the state of this house to prove my domestic godessness to DH before he starts bleating about me not coping with two never mind three

Sputnik · 27/02/2008 14:01

Well he should've got down the vasectomy clinic a bit quicker then

milkyJammy · 27/02/2008 14:08

Before we had the jamlet we had planned to be getting pregnant again about now. But have decided a little more spaced out might be better now.

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 14:09

So you haven't actually told him then?

You told us first?

heee heee

Hands up if you are doing a little dance and clapping your hands for Daisy? I know I am

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 14:10

oh Jammy next!

All of those who thought I'd be the first - you owe me a fiver (Bumper!)

milkyJammy · 27/02/2008 14:12

Not sure about that Foxy, not just yet

LittleMissNorty · 27/02/2008 14:17

CONGRATULATIONS DAISY.....are you going to bugger off to a ante-natal thread now and leave us all ?

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 14:19

CONGRATULATIONS! You little minx! I'm sooo excited for you and v !

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 27/02/2008 14:24

foxy, I'm working on the principal that as we have talked about nothing else for the last week, he is as resigned as I am, but no I haven't actually told him. Don't want to phone and tell him or he might never come home again

Am I bad person for telling you guys first? I reckon that as you aren't likely to bump into him and blurt it out, I'm alright telling you all.

I do have a RL friend who MNs though. She might have seen this

norty, I'm not going anywhere, at least for the time being, although I may have to sign up to the knicker checkers annonymous thread again.

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 14:39

oh no Daisy! You are absolutely right to tell us first!

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 14:42

Daisy, we are all very excited for you, but I know there is a worry there for you. So if you want us (um, probably mean 'me' there) to shut up about it at any time, say so.

Equally, we are (by which I mean all of this lovely lot) here for you if you want to bang on about it continuously!

annobal · 27/02/2008 14:44

Daisy, I'm sooooo happy for you , and yes, dare I say it, . Better go and make it up with DH .

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 27/02/2008 14:56

I echo foxy in the telling us to shut up if you don't want to talk about it all the time! And yes, you were so right to tell us first !

It is all very exciting!

Right...I'm taking bets on the next one to get knocked up. I shall be about 1000000-1, after all there has only ever been one immaculate conception! The smart money's on fury atm with foxy coming a close second!

Seriously though daisy, we all know it is a worrying time for you and you ever need to let off steam or moan this is the place to do it.

I HEART DAISY!!!

LittleMissNorty · 27/02/2008 14:58

mmm I'm a bit as well....

Well, when's the due date?

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 15:01

Jammy
Norty
Annobal (only cos shes got to get sorted in Oz)

annobal · 27/02/2008 15:03

Absolutely agree. I will shut up now!

I'm with you Holly - smart money is tied on Fury and Foxy with Jammy close behind!

milkyJammy · 27/02/2008 15:04

You and your wishful thinking Foxy
You might be right about Fury though?

OP posts:
annobal · 27/02/2008 15:05

LOL Foxy - I guess we don't have to be talking to make a baby (just sent you an email...)

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 15:05

You just made my tea come out of my nose! no no no no no no no no no

4 digital tests can't be wrong!

LittleMissNorty · 27/02/2008 15:14

I wish......trouble is, I'd have to let DH come near me

I did miss 4/7 pills last week

Seriously, I'm in the same position as fury - £1000 per month for nursery.......don't think so!

Daisy....sorted out your work issues....can you straight from one mat leave to the next?

foxythesnowman · 27/02/2008 15:18

Norty has just jumped to the top of the list

LittleMissNorty · 27/02/2008 15:21

No I haven't - I've still got the hump with him

FairyFay · 27/02/2008 15:36

congratulations daisy

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 27/02/2008 15:39

not that I've checked or anything norty, but we're looking at early November. They always move my dates forward a week though, so probably end October....and if I have an elective....27th October at 10:16 am

Now someone else needs to join me....

Jammy, your nappies are on there way! Typically after waiting in for the courier all day, he came when I went out for half an hour to pick DS up from school. My nice neighbour dealt ith it for me though.

FairyFay · 27/02/2008 15:44

it definitely won't be me. My moneys om foxy or fury
