I have been paid, but the paper my payslip was made out of was worth more than the money they paid into my account - my fault - I'm am on nil pay so it was a tax rebate gesture!!!!!!!

hi all

meant to pop in last night but was rushed off my feet! there was a bit of a disaster in that the foal that belongs to a lady where I keep my horses cut it's leg very badly last night - all the way through to the bone it was really nasty and first thought was that she would have to be destroyed but they took her to the vets and he had a closer look and said that it actually looks much worse than it is as there is no joint/ tendon damage and baby animals usually heal quite well so he said it's worth seeing how she goes.....he couldn't stitch it as it is such a mess, but has dressed it and will come and check on it today - fingers crossed she doesn't get an infection or anything - she really is such a sweetie
so anyway as she had to rush off to the vets, I had to feed,skip water and hay 12 horses (including my 2) which is quite good fun with 5 children in tow!

on a lighter note, today is my 10 year wedding anniversary
