Hi folks, God I haven't been on for at least a day!

MJ, your poor ds. Is it just a virus do you think? Sounds hellish. Hope he is on the mend soon and the rest of you avoid it.

Leaky, hope G is better soon too. Poor mite. Did you find anything to get the smell of vomit out?

Pesha, felt so sad reading your post about N. I am glad you have approached the teachers about it. It is heartbreakng isn't it when you hear them say such things.

Has been a mad few days - worked Monday and Tuesday and then this morning we went to see B in her school play. She was a donkey! She was a bit naffed off, as all the other girls were angels or stars. She was delighted to see us tho, and kept waving!

K seems back to normal thankfully. We are now keeping a food diary, just to see if there is anything that sets her tummy off. She ate NOTHING at nursery yesterday! Polished off a load of tea tho and has eaten well again today, topped off by a 2 hour sleep - bloody wonderful!

Got called for an interview for a job I applied for, but have pulled out - jut too much going on atm to consider it.

Hope everyone is ok, and not too poorly. Need to run, as have to pick up B from school.

Well was going to pop out into town on the train this afternoon, but S has been really unsettled. She's now gone back to bed, so hopefully she'll be happier later. Poor little mites, these bugs really drag them down.

Is he still using his inhaler IMBM? Sounds almost asthma like if the cold is making his cough worse. I know the cold is always a trigger for me. Poor little boy, really hope he turns the corner and starts to get back to his normal self soon xx

SOL, I have got an interview on Friday but am going to pull out of that too. Have had no time to really prepare this week as ds has been home too. I know exactly what you mean about having too much going on without that on top! Glad you enjoyed the concert

We're getting there with the house...have cleaned carpets and some furniture is getting into the right positions. DH becoming a fantastic decorator, which considering his diy skills were only marginally better than mine is a good thing!

well I have two sick babies who either eat their food and threw it up again or refuse it altogether, they are so complaining and I am knackered as am poorly myself, I only have a cold but it is affecting my asthma and I am struggling to sleep and breathe.

Quick pop in, has been a mad, mad, mad day - been on the go non-stop since 5.30am and feel wired but exchausted. Off out for a drink with a good friend at 8 - ridiculously excited!!

Hope everyone is doing ok - Great to "see" Dooby, thank you for popping by honey - Hope all goes well for wee Milo with his leg braces - I had leg braces for hip dys. as a baby and mine was caught late too (about 3 months) - I never had to have any ops and all is pretty much ok - as long I don't do too much () Was a bit of a prob when I was PG; but that's not something your little man every has to worry about!! xx

Morning everyone, it´s been so long, or so it feels anyway.. I don´t know where the time goes everything around the house just seems to take so long and between that and my little ball of energy I just don´t seem to have time to check on you all.

Imustbemad - sorry J isn´t 100% but glad he´s on the mend, it must have been such a hard time for you

Pesha - poor N, I can understand your worries but think you´re being really proactive at tackling them on it so hopefully you´ll make them more aware of their behaviour towards him

WO - yay for your friend! What wonderful news in time for xmas.

Sympathies to all mummies and babies with colds, sniffles and other seasonal ailments. The vomiting/diarrhea bug that went around here passed from dh to my mum to my dad but completely missed me out (YAY) and N seems constantly snotty but otherwise fine.

Sleepwise 2 nights ago he only woke once, at 3am, and then the night before last he slept from 7pm - 5.30am with no waking! Miracle of miracles. But then yesterday he only slept about 1.5 hours all day (compared to 4 the day before) and last night went to bed at 7pm, woke at 10pm, wouldn´t settle, came to bed and moaned and groaned on and off til about 3am when I got up with him until 5am. Fully awake the little monster. And then slept for another couple of hours. So yesterday he had a grand total of about 5 hours sleep?! What is that all about? Hoping it´s a one off.

Morning! Feeling a bit sick and a bit rough this am - stayed out with friend til 1am drinking Sherry (!!!!?) Didn't have a lot to drink, but enough, iykwim!!? Late late night didn't help either - yuk! T'was worth it though, soooo nice to see my friend and do something non-mummyish.

Great to catch up with your latest, Maveta - Glad N is sleeping a bit better, hoping it continues to improve.
