mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 18:04

I hate phones too.

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 18:05

Purple clothes to wear.

Mummy's friend Laura (no amount of correcting is fixing that) wears purple.

I've not even pondered lunch...

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 18:31

We'll prob eat on the train, as a time filling activity

Er., not sure I have purple really, except that one top. Which I'm wearing now, and its in tatters!

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 18:34

bah!

EachPeachPearMum · 02/01/2008 20:57

Hah mrm- do you have a red hat that doesn't go, and doesn't suit you either?

CSWS for the day to yourself, but not the cp!

DontDreamItBeIt · 02/01/2008 21:11

for cp. More for mr csws then dd tbh.
DP was terrified of getting it when the dds had it, but it took him two weeks to ring his mother and find out he had had it and forgotten.

We went bath shopping today We may even go back and buy one tomorrow
DSfell asleep in the car though, and is still up (again)

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 21:13

Whats wrong with your bath? Did I mis ssomethig?

Bag packed; very odd to not have nappies!!

DontDreamItBeIt · 02/01/2008 21:18

We are ipping out the old bathroom and putting a new one in the smaller room as part of thebig "make an exra bedroom " plan. Old one is too big (and chipped)to fit where we wan it, and we really want a shower bath as there won' be room for a seperate shower.

Are those berry plush ok? (Keep forgetting to ask.)

EPPM

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 21:30

oops. I know you are. I read that in a real hurry because dh got home an was whittering in my ear. And for some reason I assumed that was Flame posting

Can decide what to wear tomorrow, because I cant quite believe it'll be cold! I want to wear jeans and heeled boots on the outside and a short sleeved top, and a cardy under my coat which I couldntpossibly be seen in once I take coat off. Whjat I should wear is my sensible furry boots and something warmer on the top half. Or my skirt that I always wear whwn csws comes, with a long coat and fury boots. But the only bit of purple would be in the firtst outfit, the unsernsible one!!

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 21:38

Lol, you don;t have to be cold just to wear purple! I'm sure she'll forgive you... we may just have to put a purple spot on your hand

At the rate the weather is going we'll be spending the day in my house drinking coffee so warmth is only a train worry.

Psycho seemed miffed that she wasn't seeing you so there may be a trip there too.

Frizbe · 02/01/2008 21:47

can't believe it'll be cold, have you not been outside today woman??? its rite nippy up 'ere, brrrrrrrr
Have fun tomorrow girls

Jas, yay for baths, I was just absentmindedly looking at them on B&Q website, as I chipped our sink last year in the ensuite and need to replace it(huge crack down whole bowl from dropping perfume bottle onto it), but oh, shock, nothing in mushroom, so needs whole new suite am also contemplating a cupboard for utility room, as far too much stuff in random piles in there

CSWS for dd and dh, hope they don't itch too much for there sake and yours.

Phoenix for still bleeding.

We got heat and hot water and a small bill for £55....for putting the earthing wire back onto the bit it had fallen off behind the circuit board apparently......let's hope it was just that and it doesn't go again eh.

Bad mother award goes to me today too, lost rag at dd1 this am, her constant pestering got her a sponge mini roll thrown at her must remember not to lower myself to her level I did apologise to her, after she said sorry for nagging me, when I was trying to sort the banking out bad mother.....

dd2 was happy though, got a whole swimming lesson to herself, as no one else turned up just us two and the swim teacher....it would have benifited dd1 more somehow me thinks

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 22:12

MRM - advanced warning. My house is not going to be tidy. It might be cleanish. I am not getting on to well with my whole cleaning plan .

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 22:19

I prefer a lived-house... you've been here you know!

Ds1 will be gutted if he cant see the seaside. Seriously. Whatever the weather. Although he is being sidetracked since he found out you have bunkbeds!!

Oh, sod it. I'm wearing the same top and jeans I aalwayswear, and I'll see qabout the boots. Might be able to finf a purple scarf!

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 22:26

Your house is CLEAN though. Mine is currently a health hazard

Seaside will be done. Even if it is brief and we end up drenched! I will have clothes to fit him - Psycho gives me the stuff she loooooooves on DS2 as soon as he grows out of it, so I have his size stuff

The bunch beds are very appealing to everyone - especially because the knobs come off Will throw their toys in boxes tomorrow - their room is easy.

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 22:27

I guess you diidnt look very hard at our house then
I've put sparetrousers in the bag, but thats it. Cant fit anything else! I really want to travel light, l9ke anadult for a change! Apart from 3 activity books for the train of course.

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 22:28

Coping from another thread of mine... you may be amused

One of my children has been sneakily eating chocolate coins.... DS is the most likely suspect as the wrappers are scattered under the table, but his dexterity to do it is dubious plus the lack of chocolate smeared face (unless he found a babywipe which he does like to do ) - DD has the dexterity, but she would be more likely to eat them in the lounge or throw away the evidence.

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 22:32

Our choccie coins are very very hgh up.

I really wish we had a laptop. I want to watch theweird-baby-dolls programme and be on here.

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 22:33

BTW, is ther eonly one way out of the station? Need to know where you'll be! Or I really can find my own way somewhere if you give me good directions you know!

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 22:39

Arse! Forgot it was on!

Just come out the main doors on the side you are on. I aim to be on the station waiting, but my time keeping can leave a lot to be desired

My mum is worrying about us all being in my car I think she wants to be taxi driver all day rather than have B sat in the middle... shame I can't convince her she wants DS all day I'm happy with the seating which is surely what matters???

CantSleepWontSleep · 02/01/2008 22:56

Have fun tomorrow ladies. Guess it will be quiet on here when I'm housebound Florence Nightingale all day!

mustmakeyouamanmore · 02/01/2008 22:58

Are you happy with it? Can I just get a bus/walk somewhere to make it easier for you?

FlameNFurter · 02/01/2008 23:20

I'm perfectly happy

DontDreamItBeIt · 03/01/2008 08:14

Have fun

I might be aroound csws.
Depends on bath shopping.

CantSleepWontSleep · 03/01/2008 08:27

.

I've been up since 5:30 today .
Dh was sleeping with dd on a single mattress on her floor from 2am. I really hope it's the cp stopping her from sleeping properly, but I fear it isn't, as she doesn't seem bothered by it otherwise, despite being covered in lots more spots today. They are both off to the docs later this morning. Figured dd may as well go as dh is!

Phoenix · 03/01/2008 09:08

csws for early rising and ill children . I'll probably be around most of the day cos i'm off sick from work.

Flame and MRM - Have a good day at the seaside

We've had a bit of snow in the night and its just been snowing a bit now
