I feel brand new too - had a wonderful day at the spa with SIL and ds is finally back taking solids after his vomiting so finally back to only one night feed - hurrah!

Glad Joe got seen and sorted, I'm sure he'll be back to his old self in no time.

What's everyone up to this weekend? DH is off so some quality family time here hopefully before another load of late and night shifts next week.

I feel brand new too Yay for the good nights! DS AND DD slept for 12 hours the first time in since the pox broke out in our house. DS now coming out the otherside of the pox as his spots are mainly scabby So yep me and dh went to bed at just before 9 because we both felt tired and crap and dd woke us at 6.30 so all in all a very good night, oh and ds only woke me once at about 11, so

DH off this weekend and we have a car so not sure what we'll do it'll probably involve soft play(or something for dd to get her worn out) and a car show room or 2 But first I need to pursade dh that we need a better car than we'll get off the insurance pay out so we need to borrow money

Going to decorate our tree here, it has stood naked in the corner all week because I have not had time to do it or when I have had time the dcs have been in bed.

Then tonight one of the ladies where I live is hosting our christmas party and I am dragging GMM with me
So I will probably spend tomorrow recovering and getting ready for another week.

Tis a pITA but as my Dad said when i called him crying yesturday no-one has died so it's not that bad! Which is true and I am not normally that bad but I hadn't had much sleep so felt like the end of the world! (that's to myself!) I should know better, much much worse things happen

Yey for good sleep, spas, Christmas Parties, decorating trees, making cake etc etc .....

Everyone sounds on top form today.

Feel good here too. Went to bed at 10.00 and slept until 8.00. B was awake at 5.00 but back to sleep quickly, and then they both slept until 8.00.

Dh feeling crap tho today, but of course being of the male species, he is 10 times worse than me!

Also going to the hairdressers today, and spending the day doing christmas tree and stuff.

Weather absolutely shocking here today. Got to be out of the house by 11am as someone is coming round here to view, so popping over to the PILs for lunch (well, I'm hoping I can scrounge some lunch out of them). DH working this w/e and pretty much solidly up to Christmas, and then right through New Year . Always makes me feel as we have so much Christmassy stuff that needs doing, some of which I can't do on my own (like get the tree and put it up ready to be decorated). I think he's got next Sunday off, so we won't get a tree until then.

Got a lovely box of chocolates through the post from a work friend this morning, with a sweet note about looking forward to me coming back to work. Bless her.
