May 07 - 6mths on...........Oh I can't think of a witty title, 6mths is obviously not long enough to have regained some brain cells.....

Morning all.....

Thought I'd start a new thread as the other was huge.

Bit late now but big hug to Beau..... hope you went back to sleep little man.

J & M still asleep, it's one good thing about having Mum & Dad around, I don't have to wake the girls up to do the school run.

LOL

i am we are awful

juliewoolie · 06/12/2007 20:49

I was just about to say PJ, I am sure L is fine. I am amazed A has not fallen off the bed yet we are always walking out he room forgetting he is on there.

Didnt get Kylie, J had a meeting and couldnt log on to buy them - damn this career thing he does.

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 20:50

bugger! she has released more dates i think...

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 20:53

nope all sold out. what a shame

Pinkjenny · 06/12/2007 21:07

I'm not sure about Kylie any more. I went to the Showgirls tour just before she was diagnosed and it was amazing.

She seems to have morphed into 'Whatever happened to Baby Jane'.

I am in bed with Season 2 of Beverly Hills 90210. Sad, me? No. Reliving all my yesterdays. And resulting in very graphic dreams about Luke Perry. Which is odd, as Brandon was always my favourite. Same with Take That, I always loved Mark, but now I'd kick him out of bed for Jason any day.

I seem to be on heat tonight.

SKYTVADDICT · 06/12/2007 21:13

Sorry not me ! and I have a DP not a DH. Have done a test this week tho but it was negative and AF came 2 days later.

Mrsjollyballs · 06/12/2007 21:13

It's those hormones PJ,

I have to say, I'm sorry AM but I did chuckle when suggested it was you.

Okay I admit it it's ME!!!

Mrsjollyballs · 06/12/2007 21:14

NOT

cameroonmama · 06/12/2007 21:35

tut tut MrsJB, you got my heart racing there for a minute.

You are still a contender though me thinks

barelymorethantwelvemonthgap · 06/12/2007 21:46

Well April, you're a more astute woman than I. I take my hat off to you.

I only thought about doing the test because DD just got her second period and I realised I hadn't had one since before her first. Then it dawned on me that I have been REALLY tired for the last couple of weeks and it was only after I did the test that I realised my boobs were huge. Ho hum.

Well DH is thrilled. We weren't using contraception, so I shouldn't be shocked really. (Mind you, we haven't exactly been busy in that department either, hence my confusion... ) I think I just assumed there'd be a bigger gap.

Have no idea whatsoever when it happened and knowing that periods are all off after breastfeeding it's a bit of a mystery. LMP was 12 Oct, so could be 8 weeks, could be only three.

Was probably duffed when I was out getting wasted with my mates last month. Oops.

Can't even join a "Due in..." thread becuase I have no idea. Hahaha. Actually, I'd feel like I was cheating on you lot if I joined another thread.

Pinkjenny · 06/12/2007 21:47

Who is it!!!!!!!!!

And should I have taken Lexie to A & E?

Pinkjenny · 06/12/2007 21:48

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

barelymorethantwelvemonthgap · 06/12/2007 21:55

Thanks PJ.

I don't think it's necessary to take Lexie to A&E unless you're worried about her. If she seems fine and has been all day, then she most likely is. Babies are always bumping their heads when they're crawling and learning to sit.

Pinkjenny · 06/12/2007 21:56

Are you thrilled? Or in shock?

juliewoolie · 06/12/2007 21:57

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TYG Am so chuffed for you.

juliewoolie · 06/12/2007 22:00

Unless Lexie has been throwing up eyes rolling giganticus bump on her head she will be fine. Dont worry.

cameroonmama · 06/12/2007 22:05

ooo TYG, thats so exciting, massive congratulations! I'm sure some others will not be far behind you, eh Julie

Pink, Lexie will be just fine, babies bounce dont you know

Mrsjollyballs · 06/12/2007 22:12

WOW

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 22:25

Congrats TYG, I am really pleased for you. If you hadnt mentioned your booby size then i might not have put at the top of my list!

Also the fact that i am quite a super sleuth

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 22:29

I should mention that i did do a little dance when MrsJB text me to tell me that i had been right

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 22:30

Do I win a prize????

barelymorethantwelvemonthgap · 06/12/2007 22:40

I feel a bit weird. It's nice that it was "in the lap of the Gods" as it were. It's kinf of a surprise, but a nice surprise. I am a bit miffed that I'll be HUGE for my 30th birthday and I'll be up the duff for our trip to Australia at Easter. I was thinking about getting a coil (spot on Julie) so that I could wait til after both those things. Oh well. It's lovely really. A will have a little friend.

I really, seriously, all joking aside, have to stop eating cake. I mean it. I'm going to have to spend the next 8 months being super healthy and walking loads or I will never, ever shift this weight. There's no way I can gain 3 stone again. I'll be the size of a cow and I won't be able to walk. It was uncomfortable enough last time.

I suppose I should actually go and get this pregnancy confirmed and see a midwife and all that before I take this any further in my head.

juliewoolie · 06/12/2007 22:44

blimey I reckon we could set up our own detective agency.

You can keep making the cakes TYG and then bring them over to mine I am more than happy to eat them for you.

charleymouse · 06/12/2007 22:46

Massive congratulations Barelymorethantwelvemonthgap . Am so happy for you.

Off to catch up again.

[Must try harder smiley]

AChristmasMeadow · 06/12/2007 22:50

TYG, i dont think you will put on as much as you have A to chase! I put on 3st+ with J and only managed 1.5st with E - I was eating loads. How exciting for you! How did D take the news? So you should be due in August or there abouts.....
