Warmed the milk? I know you're meant to, but admit it's not something we've ever done. If it's been in the fridge we might let it come back up to room temp, but she has been known to take it not far off fridge temp. Oh what bad parents we are

Trace I really admire your strength through all this, it must be so scary. Take care.

Nice boots Annobal. I think a new pair of boots is obligatory at this point for everyone on this thread

annobalthebignosereindeer · 08/11/2007 20:40

Yes but it is stocked in my neal's yard and is listed in the tricia allen book (bible) as the remedy. I have loads that i am not using - text me your address and i will send it to you tomorrow.

annobalthebignosereindeer · 08/11/2007 20:42

Oops, just bought the boots

DynamiteDaisy · 08/11/2007 20:44

sorry foxy, I mean reheat it again.

And.....I sent Ria a message on facebook and just heard from her. she says Hi and she's missing everyone, but her DH broke the computer when she was away and she's having trouble logging on and can't get any of her e-mails.

holly, she asked could you send her a facebook message about the secret santa.

Sorry trace, been busy with clingy little soldier all afternoon so haven't sent e-mail yet, but I'm definately still on for Monday. Sorry that the pead couldn't give you any answers today, and hope that they comeup with something soon. I'm looking forward to meeting her .....and you of course

Sputnik · 08/11/2007 20:45

Jammy, if she'll take it cold I think thats a plus point, not bad parenting

DynamiteDaisy · 08/11/2007 20:53

oh, I agree with Sputnik. DS had an asbestos tongue and always took it really hot. It was a real bugger if we were out anywhere as I had to take along a flask of hot water and the powder rather than made up bottles.

trace...I've sent you a facebook message.

where's fury this week? she's not been around for what seems like ages.

DynamiteDaisy · 08/11/2007 20:58

DH has just come in from the garden all giddy and excited. He was sat quietly in the dark having a cigar and a fox came through the hedge into our garden and passes about 15 feet away from him. He's gone back to sit out there waiting for it to come back

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 08/11/2007 20:58

Just seen a msg from fury on facebook, she's on her hols in the US

flashbangfoxy · 08/11/2007 20:58

she went on holiday yesterday morning. And she's been plagued by crap events, bad luck, illness and disaster. I hope she has a good time!

Sputnik · 08/11/2007 21:03

Just checked fb, Fury is in Wisconsin

annobalthebignosereindeer · 08/11/2007 21:06

Ooh, forgot to say that I saw Christian Slater just outside Charing X station today. I love him

DynamiteDaisy · 08/11/2007 21:06

what crap events, illness, bad luck and disaster?

I'd forgotten about her holiday.

DynamiteDaisy · 08/11/2007 21:07

annobalthebignosereindeer · 08/11/2007 21:08

Sputnik · 08/11/2007 21:08

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 08/11/2007 21:21

Hi jammy,

Holly, sorry for your shitty (literally) day!

Foxy, hope things are better for you today. Kellymom says you can reheat milk once.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 08/11/2007 21:33

well, I'm heading for bed. I need to go upstairs to the loo and am too tired to come back down afterwards!

OP posts:
annobalthebignosereindeer · 08/11/2007 21:34

N'night lovely ladies. Off to dream of Christian

flashbangfoxy · 08/11/2007 21:53

Thanks Bumper

Isawbumperkissingsantaclaus · 08/11/2007 22:19

No problemo foxy, right, off to eat some ice cream before bed. I've decided that waking up at 5am this morning may be because I went to bed at 9.30 so need to stay up a bit later!

Night all xxx

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 09/11/2007 08:25

Bah!

Wake up 1 12.30 - 12.50 (change & feed)
Wake up 2a 4.05 - 4.25 (change & feed)
Wake up 2b 4.30 - 4.50 (decided she hadn't actually had enough milk)
Wake up 2c 4.55 - 5.00 (cat wanted feeding too)
Wake up 3 6.15-6.30 (feed)
Final wake up 6.40 (Big pooey nappy) then came into our bed until 7.15 then DH took her downstairs for a bit, so I got another half hour's sleep.

I really, really hope today goes better
