LOL Jammy. Red is definitely the way to go .

Evening Derlor.

Evening Derlor......

Blimey, I turn up at work sometimes looking dreadful...unless I have a lecture or something....but if I'm stuck in front of a microscope all day....who cares! That will be even more relevant soon!

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 07/11/2007 20:57

We can get away with a certain level of slackness if we're just sitting in front of the computer. But there are days when we have meetings with external customers etc, or give lectures or presentations, and then we have to look smart.

I'm not sure that even a good bra is going to help me much - am currently resembling fried eggs

Evening FF

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:05

Foxy if i can be of any assistance to you please feel free to text, call or email me x

HaveYourselfaNortyLittleXmas · 07/11/2007 21:06

Evening Fairy....

Blimey, busy on here tonight...makes a change

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:09

i'm ok thanks

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 07/11/2007 21:11

It;s nice there being so many people around again. It's been soooo quiet recently. I am doing a course too annobal, just an evening one though - an intro to digital SLR photography, starting in January. Just need to decide which camera to get now....

HaveYourselfaNortyLittleXmas · 07/11/2007 21:16

It is nice to see plenty of people about - thought everyone except me was getting a RL tho ....I rely on you lot to know what to do with my LO !!!

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:16

Fairy, i guess peoples' lives are just returning to normal???
i know i am certainly now getting on with life again. I am just to darn stressed busy with 3 kids to be spending as much time on here as i was before!!

annobalthebignosereindeer · 07/11/2007 21:17

That sounds great FF. Is it something you want to do professionally. I'm an enthusiastic amateur - I'm really crap but prolific - I go on the policy that if I take loads, one must be half way decent.

flashbangfoxy · 07/11/2007 21:17

Aw, thanks Derlor. You are a love. If you have any other ideas I'd be glad to hear them. What are these galactagogues I'm hearing about? Is that the general name for things meant to increase supply - oats & fenugreek I know of - any others?

Good for you FairyFay, I'm very impressed.

Swap my pitta breads for your fried eggs Annobal!

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:19

here foxy

annobalthebignosereindeer · 07/11/2007 21:20

Derlor. I don't think I can remember what normal is??

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:21

well when i said normal i really meant chaos

upsyderlor · 07/11/2007 21:22

at the pita breads Foxy - i've got 2 melons i'd gladly trade as well!!!!

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 07/11/2007 21:25

I would love to do it professionally but I doubt I'll be good enough. It's something I've been wanting to do more seriously for ages so am finally getting off my arse and doing it.

I'm a bit of people getting more of a RL. I suppose things are moving on a bit here but we still spend a lot of time at home, mostly because DD gets so exhausted after playgroup or nursery that she's a bit of a nightmare to take out in the afternoons on those days. I am taking up the photography as something to do for ME as I don't seem to be able to do very much of that at all these days. I am fed up of my life seeming to consist mostly of ferrying children around and waging a never ending war against clutter.

HaveYourselfaNortyLittleXmas · 07/11/2007 21:26

I'm off to spend 10 mins with DH before bed....night everyone x

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 07/11/2007 21:27

Depending on time of day you'll find little clementines or rather large grapefruit up my jumper . Not as big as melons though.
