I am full of cold too. Bleurgh!
I cant taste anything at all its really weird.

Mrs C - is Country Animals a library book you had borrowed? Or were they a collection of small creatures you were looking after for the library?!!

LaL - £5 bra! Bargain!

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:25

laughalot · 22/10/2007 15:29

Eah im fine thanks just a bit fed up with this cold, also just so tired with the kids waking up every 2 minutes but they cant help being ill. I have cheered myself up today been out and bought wrapping paper to wrap e and h presents . I love pink disney princess wrapping paper.

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:31

You don't really have one like that do you?

(am I missing the point?!)

I use you as my inspiration for being organised. One day I will do something which you will be really impressed by, but at the moment I am just copying you! ...was thinking I needed to get a log book for something then!

eandh · 22/10/2007 15:31

damn you as you are more organised than me still thinking about a and l's although going to london wednesday so will ave a look for something then

tasha21 · 22/10/2007 15:31

ive just realised that im on the wrong tread ive done that alot in the past 24 hours lol but there isn't anyone in august so ive come back

eandh · 22/10/2007 15:37

lizzyou you do need a christmas spreadsheet with names, budget, bought, total columns etc!!

Also as first year I am doing christmas lunch have made food list so some of the longer life stuff I can buy when I do my fornightly shop.

Also have a notebook downstairs which I write any odd jobs etc I need to do (am a list freak) and outlook on my computer has all birthdays/anniversars etc so I dont forget anyone

Lastly when its the middle of the month always look at the next calender month write a note down of all birthdays etc and then go and buy all cards/presents. Write card etc and then its ready to post a couple of days before it needs to be there

tasha21 · 22/10/2007 15:39

my eldest is throwing a full on tantrum here because he cant have my keys how do you explain to a 3 year old that he cant have keys lol ive bought him loads of toy ones but just not good enough

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:39

I HAVE A PROBLEM!

I think we have moths, I am doing the ironing, and have found 3 moth holes in things. Anyone know any techniques for getting rid of them that work? (apart from a bug man)

eandh · 22/10/2007 15:41

tash cant help as my 3 year old throws tantrums only thing I do is ignore her or put her in her room.

LIZZ sorry can't help but I'll google for you if you want?

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:42

I am in awe of you EaH!
I am going to write a list of the things which you do so I can be as organised as you!

Tash - Sorry I can't help with 3 year old tantrums. 9 month old ones on the other hand just make me laugh...I am an evil mum!

tasha21 · 22/10/2007 15:44

eandh- yea thats wat i do too think it just comes with the age

eandh · 22/10/2007 15:45

eandh feels all proud of herself

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:49

Does anyone use one of those mum organiser diary things? Are you pleased with it if you do? Am thinking about getting one.

Oooh..also, dunno if your town has an information office, but Eastbourne does, and if you buy your train tickets there, you can get a special £10 ticket which means you can travel anywhere on the Southern train network. I'm so excited. When payday comes I may go to London (its normally over £20!) xmas shopping!

ps - I am a little bit organised. I have a selection of xmas presents already, but they are also all for my little girl cousins...and not for anyone else. I love buying little girl presents! I got some fab skipping ropes from Monsoon, with fairies on the handles! (I so wish I was 7 years old again!)

eandh · 22/10/2007 15:56

i have my trusty notebook/diary/calender and outlook but have ben tempted by those organised mum diaries as loads of school stuff now

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:57

They start in September too - which I guess would be useful for you.

I keep looking at the website and I cant decide which one to go for.

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 15:58

here
yes, I am a wanna be EaH!

eandh · 22/10/2007 16:50

I am going to order this on Thursday so my thing! (can't do till thursday as its pay day!)

eandh · 22/10/2007 16:51

I could bore you if you really want me to how I run the house day to day which means there is never a pile of ironing (well more than 30mins worth) always something for dinner and the house is clean and tidy!!

WeeWitchyWilkie · 22/10/2007 16:57

Christ almighty - I pop off for a poo and you all start yabbering. Not really, I went last night

Work was MANIC today and I am shattered. Hav my weigh in at WW tonight - eek. Hopefully the D&V bug will have helped rather than hindered things.

Jodie - god how awful, you are having rotten luck ATM

Tash - welcome

Lizz - Go to Ann Summers - my Rabbit has bust and I need a new one but they are mega expensive. Think I killed the old one from over-use

Not much to report other than my job may be in jeaopardy from redundancy in the new year. Perfect eh?? Fine if DH finds a job but not so good if we are still stuck in Lincoln.

eandh · 22/10/2007 17:01

oh poo wilkie thats crap especially with new year -although you could persuade dh to move down south!!

Lizzzombie · 22/10/2007 17:25

Come south! There are 3 golf courses in Eastbourne! And a big posh one just outside on the A22.

Ok - what are you giving you Lo's for their coughs?
Medised/Calpol are not touching the sides.
He has his appetite back now thank goodness, but he cant eat much as he regurgitates it all back up again through coughing.

eandh · 22/10/2007 17:33
