Hi all, we made it safely to Alaska finally yesterday afternoon - am 9 hours behind the UK so it's 10.30. D slept lots yesterday during the day as it still on London time, and not so much overnight (day time in London), glad to say he seems to have adjusted now, and accepted being put to bed at 7 pm here. He loves the attention of having lots of people coming up to talk to him, he's a real extrovert baby (takes after daddy there). He's had lots of pics taken, hope I get to see some of them myself!
We're in a real tourist trap area, lots of fun t shirts and bizarre souvenirs, limited practical stuff of any kind. dp had to get a taxi as speed of nappy use took us by surprise - I also didn't really understand length of journey in real time therefore need for more nappies!
CD, could you not apply for that nappy job yourself? I suppose hours make it difficult, hope you find a solution.
Pillock, lol at M, he sounds lovely. We used to have a monkey living round the corner from us in Leeds and I took baby brother for lots of walks to see it. Understandably my mum and stepdad didn't believe me at all until I took them to see for themselves.
Pillock and Pesha, hope you have a great time again.
Am really tired myself though from combination of delayed onset jetlag, wakeful baby and busy time. Still thinking of you all, not awake enough to respond.
