Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

He's at Wickes now Frizbe. He went to proper work yesterday and has been prating around here pissing me off the rest of the time Very little progress being made. If I disappear it is because I have killed him and been arrested.

CantSleepWontSleep · 16/09/2007 16:45

DD slept through - hurrah!!! She's now having a rather late in-car nap, so best go and wake her up in a minute.

How did you do mrm? Most importantly, did you enjoy it?

Hope the date goes well Kel. Not sure if you meant 'tomorrow Sunday' or 'tomorrow Monday', but we shall expect a full report afterwards!

2boysmacca · 16/09/2007 20:33

MRM how did it go?

I got my work books through yesterday. Yikes! "Name each and every muscle in Arnold below" "On the images below locate the interior angle, acromion process and coracoid process" "explain the structure of th vertebral column remembering the different sections and which vertebrae make up each section' A lot to learn....

mustrunmore · 16/09/2007 20:37

I did enjoy it, in a peverse way, given that I was tanked up on lemsip and had to walk a km of it Ds1 loved wearing my medal though, and having a hot dog with daddy while I was in progress!

Jas · 16/09/2007 20:43

Maybe running for pleasure is the way to go, instead of looking at times. I'm glad you enjoyed it any way.

My mum and dad dropped in on their way back from Austalia this evening It was nice to have them home.

2boysmacca · 16/09/2007 20:45

Def! Since I gave up watching my time, I've found running far more enjoyable. First 1.5 miles is still horrendous though

How long have they been in Aus for?

2boysmacca · 16/09/2007 20:46

You've got guts MRM! I cannot stomach lempsip, makes me wanna chuck

Ok so now I am a heroes fan. Watched lst nights catch up, will record tonights. Who wants to tell me when and where I can continue watching?????

Frizbe · 16/09/2007 21:25

Continue this Wed!!! that's why they've done the catch up now!! bbc2 9pm another recruit!

Mmmm Meridian has brought down her fab peach desert this evening bang goes my diet! lol

Kel, good luck for date

MRM, good run?

Jas, has he done the work then? (listens to the silence)

Macca, are you doing the PT thing then? did I miss that bit?

CSWS, hurrah for sleep!!

2boysmacca · 16/09/2007 21:40

Yup! Start in 2 weeks, will qualify end of April

Off to bed, dh is shouting me!

KelBelle · 16/09/2007 23:46

Well done on the run MRM, I'm doing my 8 mile walk for the heart foundation next Sunday. So far I have sponsors over £50 but still got lots to get so fingers crossed!!

Well the date went well, we went to see "Run Fat Boy Run" and he brought his son along for me to meet who is 11. We had a fab time at the cinema and the film was funny then we dropped his son off to his mums and then came back here and he left about 11pm. Ex DH dropped DS off at 8pm and I hid him upstairs I dont want any kind of confrontation or bad feelings so it was easier this way and Richard didnt mind anyway. So after the "friend" incident a few months back I plan to take this very slowly and see how we get on although I am starting to like him a lot.

CSWS - yay for Pippa sleeping!!!!

Jas · 17/09/2007 06:47

macca - I'm not convinced "acromion process and coracoid process" is even in English. I have no idea what it says. Goodluck with the studying!

Glad the date went well, Kel. I think keeping the ex in the dark re your personal life is a good move, as it is none of his business anyway.

Frizbe - ......... no comment on the amount of stuff dp achieved this weekend. My post would probably be deleted due to the bad languag.

My back aches, the dds are still not well(school decision not made yet) and ds was up in the night. I have loads of errands to do today. Shoe shopping for ds may get bumped down the list.

Flamesparrow · 17/09/2007 07:43

Hurrah for date!

Flamesparrow · 17/09/2007 08:14

I didn't tell you about my poor deprived child and her idea of treats

Went shopping yesterday, told her I would bring something nice back as a treat for first week at school and a week of dry nights... Various food shopping done, offers in the yoghurt aisles etc... as I was unloading the bags she got really excited and said thank you for her treat (which I hadn't found yet) - turns out that she had seen a pack of frubes and thought they were her treat!!!

The look of joy on her face when she saw the pack of smarties that actually was her treat (and she didn't realise they were chocolate until she ate one) was soooo sweet.

I'm not entirely sure how she didn't know what a smartie was

mustrunmore · 17/09/2007 08:35

I'd have stuck with the frubes and eaten the smarties myself later!

Head pounding. Nose dripping. Lemsip is a placebo. First bad bedtime for ds1 for about a week. And we now seem to be in a routine of him coming into aour bed in the early hours, falling askeep, ds2 wakes a bit later on, dh lifts ds1 back into his own bed so i can put ds2 in ours So we only have our bed to ourselves from 10 till 2ish; so it doesnt mattr if dh gets the all clear from his sample, as thre's never any time to be alone anyway! Mum going home today; I do love her, but Fri till Mon really is the limit!
