lol. Dont worry about it! I'm on a budget , big time, and we already went to Knebworth today! It'd be nice to say hello if we were in central London though. But its only csws that stalks me to Willows; no noe else does things like that on this thread

Frizbe · 06/08/2007 23:26

Found ya, trying to escape me again were you!!
Kel for ds not wanting to go with dh, guess he's forming attachments to his primary carer
for the poorly babies, hope they're better soon
MRM hope dh's back better soon too!
CSWS oh mum's must remember things more......isn't there a harvey nicks within a 50 mile drive? its an emergency right!
Had a lovely indian head massage today, as I'd not had one before was shocked to find it also consisted of a back massage too which was good as needed my shoulders clicking after all this weekends driving

Frizbe · 06/08/2007 23:28

www.mumsnet.com/Talk?rn=89174&topicid=49&threadid=255310&redir=89174 CSWS Wendy11's got twin girls!!

FlameBatfink · 07/08/2007 07:54

Makeup isn't the main thing CSWS - did you remember towels???

Sooooooooooooo tired - DD was not right all yesterday, DS then bit her . He was up in the night, I had bad dreams... so right now I feel like I'm sleepwalking!!!

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 08:24

Well, last night I dreamt that the only 3 people left in the world were me, ds1 and a man I didnt know. There was some kind of explosion, and I was worrying because ds1 had on his scooby doo tshirt which I dont like very much. And the man still had a big truck.

Mind you, I'm glad I had time to dream.. ds2 vomit from 7 till 8, ds1 up till 10, ds2 awake again 12, ds1 in our bed 3, ds1 wetting our bed 3.10, ds2 up for the day at 5.

Chloe55 · 07/08/2007 08:42

Ds was so tired about an hour ago so I tried to put him down for a nap before mum comes and takes him today whilst I work and then he'ss never get a sleep. He is currently playing ah......boo! with his teddies in his cot and not doing much sleeping - oh well at least he's having fun and he started to perk up yesterday. I feel better today - dh was worried it was morning sickness

I nick mum's makeup if I forget mine but then she has more expensive makeup than me so I actually forget it on purpous (is that spelt right, it looks weird now?)

mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 08:45

purpose! Just had to get in there before csws does

FlameBatfink · 07/08/2007 08:46

purpose

for feeling better today... MS can come and go though

Hey Kel, did you find any discounts for the aquarium, i'm off there on friday. we did the science and natural history museum yesterday. I'm off for a lonesome shop in 15 mins, can't decide on wimbledon or head into oxford street.

mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 09:40

Urgh, I seem to be the only person that finds fish either dull or repulsive!

I really owuoldnt bother with Oxford Street in this heat.you'll just end up traipsing and sweating and regretting it!

FlameBatfink · 07/08/2007 09:46

I can't get overly excited by fish either

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 09:55

Monkeys, on the other hand....

Phoenix · 07/08/2007 10:01

I could change your mind about fish or at least fish tanks. My local pet store had a pirate fish tank

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/08/2007 10:02

We like fish.

Another one with a terrible night here. DD asleep 8:50pm. Awake 3:30am. Back to sleep 5:45am, in bed with me, latched on, after already having a full feed, and saying boooooobeeeeeeeee 1867 times . I was on a single mattress as it was, as I brought one of mine (the one Phoenix used) up with me, because mum's are so uncomfortable! I didn't bring towels though . And I feel totally vindicated for my towel concern, because MIL phoned up to say that she was coming round on Sunday night, because dh had apparently left with one of her towels! See, she obviously doesn't have enough .

Mum has now taken dd into town on the bus, so that she can see how the common folk travel .

Right - off to check out Wendy's thread!

FlameBatfink · 07/08/2007 10:12

@ the towel shortage, and teaching Pippa about the common folk. Is she going to take her into Asda on the trip, or is that taking things that step too far?

OP posts:
CantSleepWontSleep · 07/08/2007 10:12

Definitely a step too far.....

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/08/2007 10:14

mrm - I need you to tell me reasons why a trip to Warwick Castle would be good at dd's age. In a way that I can tell my mum please, because she's not convinced.

Have any of you been to West Mids Safari Park btw? Mum is all set on us going there, but realised it means dd sitting in the car for the safari part, and not sure if she'll like it or not at this age.

FlameBatfink · 07/08/2007 10:32

accountant/reference issues help needed - Frizbe maybe??

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 14:34

Flame, fancy having csws and not making use of her, even just on paper . You nutter.

Warwick Castle >:
1.There are lots of wide open spaces to run round and get nicley tired
2.There are lots of actors dressed up wandering, including a jester that does a little thing with kids teaching them plate spinnnig and wearing funny hats, very hands on
3.There are lots of stairs, so pippa will get tired and go to bed nicely
4.falconry displays
4. Knights and jousting, all very pretty and shiny
6.Great place for a picnic
7.Cute bit in the armoury where you can try helmets on and some interactive stuff(lifting flaps etc)
8.A place that isnt desperately dull for grown ups, so you and Mum would have a nice time too!
9. You can see the figure of MrLodger (in the Kingmaker part, up a ladder as a peasant)
10. I like the gift shop!

mustrunmore · 07/08/2007 14:36

BTw, went to the West Mid as a child and loved it, but prob alot diff now. She wouldnt need to be strapped in as you only go at 2cm an hr round there and one of you could sit with her anyway, and I think it'd hold her attention enough to enjoy it personally. Can you go round as many time asa you like like other similar places? If so, you could split it into 2; car, run round part, car again.

Jas · 07/08/2007 14:50

DP got up early this morning, did lots of shed building, and got a job to start this week

(Just wanted to share, as I always moan about him, but this week he has been lovely.)

Well done MrJas!

2boysmacca · 07/08/2007 16:19

I did OXford St. then came back to meet the boys in the park, I'm knackered. Off to meet friends in town tonight, well in exactly 1.5 hours so nan and grandad will have to put the boys to bed!

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/08/2007 20:51

Is it possible to get separation anxiety only at night?
