Point taken but i think until she has her period she'll never be 100%

We're off to Willows in a few weeks. let me know if it's worth the money (especially if it is raining), they'll be 4 adults and 2 kids!

ds2's bum is much much better but very chaffed. He had lots of nappy free time yesterday but then he pooped in his vest (5 mins after he'd done one in anppy) so I had pull his vest down ratehr than over hsi head. Not easy when they are getting too small anyway!

I just got soaked getting boys into and out of car. It's depressing knowing that this could be it, summer over...

FlameBatfink · 22/08/2007 13:47

Shall e all start missing out "'s" too to make Jas feel better about eirdy posts?

Chloe55 · 22/08/2007 16:03

I have booked a doc appointment for this evening, surely it isn't right to feel so crappy/tired/nauseous/crampy anyway so as I'm not pg I want to kow what the bloody hell is wrong with me! I am seeing one of those 'get 'em in, get 'em out' type of docs though coz he was the only one available so I'm sure he'll just fob me off and send me on my way regardless, bit pointless going really.

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/08/2007 17:02

lol flame - I read that at first as we should all post without the letter 's', and my first thought was that my name will end up being shortened to just 'c', so I won't realise that anyone is speaking to me!

Think I'm going to be in for a difficult time getting dd to bed tonight. She went to sleep in car about 3:45, and when I got her out at 4:20 she cried, so I bf her, and she's now fast asleep on my lap still - aaaaargh! Haven't even had a chance to put her clothes in to clean. She went out with white socks, but came home with black ones, and soaked shoes, and hideously dirty jeans, but she did have a ball jumping in puddles! . Thanks for letting me join you and your posh but not as posh as me friend mrm.

Chloe55 · 22/08/2007 18:22

Well now I am even more confused!!!!!

I told doc the whole story and he said, well it sounds like you are pg. I said that it was impossible because I had took 3 tests all showing negative and I am 9dys late so surely I would have shown positive by now if I was. He said that I might not have a clue when my ovulation date was since being on the pill so there was always the possibilty I could be over the next couple of weeks. I kinda see what he's saying but we have only had sex 4 times this month and 2 of those were in what I thought was my ovulation period so the liklihood of me catching that time again with the other couple of sessions is minimal.

He also said that although you can skip periods after coming off the pill it was more common with the mini, not the combination pill and even if that was the case it wouldn't explain my tiredness.

He said the only other explanation is a virus and that I will just have to retest, after the holiday, if I haven't come on by then. If it is negative then, then I have simply just missed a period and have a virus at the mo.

Bloody hell, why's my body so bloody complicated!

There's someone nearly as posh as you CSWS? No way!

2boysmacca · 22/08/2007 18:57

What makes you think you were ovulating at that point? It wouldn't necessarily be 14 days after your last period, since you weren't ovulating whilst on the pill.

Why don't you take a pick-me-up remedy, St John's wart etc might help you if it is a virus.

2boysmacca · 22/08/2007 18:58

Actually, knock that on the head, I'm not sure you can take that if you are pregnant

FlameBatfink · 22/08/2007 19:36

F*cking evil money

Wales is most likely cancelled - can't afford it. B will be devastated, I am miserable. It's all just crappy.

When were you supposed to be going flame?

Phoenix · 22/08/2007 20:32

csws is dd in bed cos ds certainly isn't. He's been in bed but I ended up bringing him back down cos he was getting so upset in his cot.

I went up to him once and picked him up to give him a cuddle and he was fine while i had him then as soon as i went to lower him back into his cot he started really crying again, tears and everything but i left him anyway but had to go back up to him a few mins later cos he was so upset again. Dh shouted up 'if he's wide awake just bring him down' so i did. He's full of life now running around while dh is trying to watch the footie

We keep saying to him 'are you off to bed now?' and he just shakes his head and looks really So god knows what time he'll be off to bed.

Phoenix · 22/08/2007 20:36

for Wales Flame. We're off to Cornwall in 3 weeks and Lewis has had to offer us some of his money for our spend cos we're super skint too (we're only borrowing his money it will be going back in his account once we're straightened round )

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/08/2007 20:39

She is indeed, and I think she might even have just gone to sleep, as the banging of her stacking cups has just stopped!

Am knackered and planning a bit of tv, mn then early night (in amongst doing laudry), but have just got off phone to dh, and noticed that I'm supposed to be having reflexology tonight . Woman isn't here yet, but guess she could be running a bit late, unless she's forgotten too. Aaarrrrgh!

mustrunmore · 22/08/2007 20:59

Phoenix, its very similar in our house. Did some phonics stuff with ds1 before bed, then dh took him; okish until Mrlodger arrived at same time, so he stayed up 10 mins extra. Then he went up. Then came down and decided he 'just loves' football mrlodger said he could stay up till it was finished... ds1 agreed... half time 2 mins later

2boysmacca · 22/08/2007 21:02

ds2 came down this evening too. I put him to bed at 6.45 and at 7.30 he was still crying, so i brought him down. He got to see daddy, did a few moonwalks then dh put him to bed about 8.15. Straight off!!

Jas · 22/08/2007 21:09

Mine are all sleeping
But ds as up at 5 this morning.

for holiday Flame (can't type ales, it just looks silly) e are consistently spending more than dp earns lately, too.

DP has been at his job for almost 2 eeks, and has no idea ho much he ill get paid, or hen I am spending the last of our tax savings (bill to pay soon) at the moment.

DD2 has had her stitches out, and looks good, but ds kept falling over at my friends house this pm, and has bruises on his cheek, eye, and chin no.

FlameBatfink · 22/08/2007 21:17

Slightly calmer, will update in a bit

Phoenix · 22/08/2007 21:26

He went back up to bed at 9 and is asleep now

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/08/2007 22:09

She arrived as I hit post! Now all relaxed from massage .

Does dp have steady work again now Jas, even if he doesn't know when he'll be paid for it?

So what's the story flame. Thought things were going a bit better?

FlameBatfink · 22/08/2007 22:22

Sorry back, things were getting better... then the tyre, the money for the re-referencing etc, and it already being a tight month due to me galavanting round the countryside was just all too much.

He is taking them out both days for me to decorate, but still will have to cook for them, no idea where my girly night stands etc...

Jas · 23/08/2007 06:35

mustrunmore · 23/08/2007 06:57

Er, so that'll be a day indoors then Jas !!Ds1 woke up today asking if he could have telly toady(depends on bedtime the night before!) , saying 'but I did go to bed nicely, its just that I needed a wee and then I wanted to watch football with [mrlodger]'

Chloe55 · 23/08/2007 08:06

Bloody well, how weird is that? My ds came downstairs to watch some footie last night too!! , dh let him because he is trying his hardest to make him the biggest footie nut in the world!

I actually have some Bachs Rescue Remedy which you have just reminded me about Macca so I think I will start using that today - I bought it for when I was in labour.

DH bought me some lovely Bodyshop products last night and I had a lovely bath and went to bed at 8.30pm, I got up this morning at 7am I think he is a little upset that it didn't make me super happy mummy though.

FlameBatfink · 23/08/2007 10:27

They say we still need a guarantor! On experien now looking at our credit reports

OP posts:
FlameBatfink · 23/08/2007 10:30

It must be me that has wrecked it with being self employed - the credit report shows me as excellent, Boy as "good" and a low risk borrower. So the only thing I can see being a problem is me being self employed I couldn't not tell them about that because if it had come up later on somewhere they could have used it against us.

So pissed off. Sending them all the receipts for paint and demanding they pay, and calling them about every little problem from now on.
