Seems it isn't just my DD1 who depicts the "odd" behaviour - DD2 is now frantically scribbling on a piece of paper with the wrong end of a Biro shouting: "Not working, Not working!!" at the top of her voice.

normabutty · 09/07/2007 13:57

oh dippy (((((hugs))))

i have all this to come...how do i work ebay???

elkiedee · 09/07/2007 14:11

CD, sorry your little monsters, um, darlings are being so testing.

nutty, are you trying to buy or sell on ebay, and what are you needing to work out how to do? It might be worth checking out the threads dedicated to talking about ebay here too.

time to change nappy and pack the pram bag, I'm outta here for a while. see you later, if you're not all on msn.

JoMa · 09/07/2007 15:16

maveta · 09/07/2007 16:05

Hellooo.. can´t keep up with convos but hope you are all okay albeit being driven insane by your older children

Did see that ECA is looking at cloth! YAY! You´ve already had fab advice so I won´t confuse the issue but if you want to ask for opinions or whatever once you seen the Lollipop lady do ask, love talking cloth! Or even ask on the nappy board where you´ll get every opinion under the sun! lol - happy shopping!

I've put socks on T for the second time evr today, he keeps lifting his feet up and staring at them, as though he's trying to figure out why his feet have gone a funny stripey colour, it's so funny

Kneehighinnappies · 09/07/2007 16:32

Thank god the weather stayed good for a bit, i chucked dd1 outside and turned the hose on her
forgot all about her nappy which ended up weighing about a tone.

She is so funny, her lips had gone blue and she was shiverring so much, I asked her if she was cold, bless her in a tiny little voice she said "no".
[Hmm]

I am withyou sokl def want to sell dd1, lets do a car boot sale.
dare to join us CD[HMM]

Party w/e here too. DD is 3 and having a gym party with 25 kids ages from 2 - 7. I have opted for the party food box option as easier than carting a prepared buffet over, only got to make a couple of sarnies that way and the rest I have bought. Also not doing party bags but kids will have pencil case with flashing pen as hate all that crap and is easy option yet again

Katy44 · 09/07/2007 20:04

What's happened dippy?

Emmymummy · 09/07/2007 20:20

Dippy - why do you hate men?

JoMa · 09/07/2007 20:30

oooggs · 09/07/2007 21:45

no posts for over an hour....... Have I killed this thread or have you all just gotta life

zazas · 09/07/2007 21:47

Excuse me for not reading what everyone has been doing but I just needed to get this off my chest - as I sit down with my trice rewarmed cup of tea that I originally made at 4.30pm! Although I did read that CD hates men !

So DP is bathing baby before bed and me feeding her. The phone rings, my ex H is passing through town (he lives nearly 2 hours away!) and wants to see the children. Out we go and then he proceeds to tell me how stupid and selfish I am for booking a short break at Centre Parcs with the kids at at the end of August knowing that he is taking them to a Centre Parcs in Holland next week for 10 days . How I have ruined everything, he would cancel but can't and if he had known I was going to do this he would not have bothered . I just don't get it.... We only booked last week as we have all 5 kids for over 2 weeks in August and we aren't going away but would go crazy if we stayed home all the time - just need a short break. Camping too much faff with baby this year and we didn't want to travel away (The CP's we are going to is about 25 mins away ) - what else could we do. What does it matter and at the end of the day - the kids will have a great time with him and with us and surely that is what is important? Please tell me he is making a big deal out of nothing.

Meanwhile I can hear DP yelling for me, rush inside and find him holding a sobbing baby as apparently she put her face in the water, choked and then peed on him when he got her out because she was so distraught And it is my fault for not being there!!!!!!!

Seriously MEN - give me over tired, bickering, tantrum throwing children any day over irrational males.

Now I will catch up!
