Wilkie the choice of food is either chicken nuggets/fishfingers/sausage served with chips and beans followed by ice cream (have decided to just have stuff they'd actually eat!)and at J (Ellie put erself to bed at 6pm because 'I'm just to tired Mummy!' and Hattie conked out at 5.50pm because she only had short afternoon nap)

I have made a princess cake and a pirate cake before for dc's. We have one of those annoying woman's own cake books and about six months before their birthday they look through all the picture and I come up with something that looks (a bit) like it Had a photo of dd's cake up here for a bit a while back, will see if I can dig it out.

I can't have weetabix but I can have... OATIBIX it's new, and almost the same, but ranko with rice milk so I don't bother. I expect I will give some to F though, maybe with a bit of maple syrup, that's what the others have on cereal here.

Angel Delight We used to have that loads as kids, can't stand the stuff now, sloppy foamy slightly powdery even though it's wet tasting swill Sorry, Wilkie, hope you, um, enjoy it.

I am feeling a little annoyed by facebook too. I avoided it at first, then got into it and thought, great, all these people I haven't seen for ages, then I thought WHY haven't I seen them for ages, what exactly is the point of it?

Wedding thing. One invite requested ladies wear hats and blokes wear morning suits. So for once, I decided to oblige. Brown and cream with a few feathery bits. To match a Hobbs brown linen skirt and cream linen top.

Wilkie - YHA is youth hostel. It's a cheap way of staying over when you just need a bed rather than luxury IYKWIM. We have a 4 bedded room, bunks though!! Any marital shenanigans will be interesting on the bottom bunk with Ellen in her travel cot too!!!! Oh well. Ennerdale is a lake, my info says its the least visited lake (cos its the one furthest away!) and we've found a walkround it that looks gorgeous.

Oh and I just give E weetabix and formula, I use half a weetabix and 2oz milk. Not mixed in fruit yet but she wolfed down heinz poridge with apple puree today. Gonna get ready brek once porridge eaten.

Given up on facebook. i tried and failed to make my browser work with it and fed up with it now. You'll have to carry on chatting on MN to get hold of me!!

Hi all - remember me? I've been lurking around but tbh I lost the plot of what was happening after being away on holiday for a week. Well that was about 5 weeks ago now so I really need to just jump back in and I'm sure I'll catch up.

Anyway dd3 is coming along fine. Started weaning but she's really not interested. Still sleeps most of the afternoon but now doesn't sleep through anymore

Back from the ILs at the weekend and not a minute too soon! Week is def too long! Luke was grumpy the whole week which I think was a combination of feeling crappy with his cold, not sleeping properly on a blow up bed (readybeds are rubbish!) and me and DH being stressed out by the constanty contracticting us and total refusal to give them tea on time (which ment he couldnt eat as he was so tired and stressed and then woulndt go to bed properly which is not like him).

DH had another interview on monday and he has the job!! Hurray! Starts on monday.

Appart form that not much news. The week was not too bad and Luke got to play on the beach lots and with his cousin too. Is is bad that I am secretly quite pleased that Luke can flatten him
