Hi guys
DH still out (will be blotto by now). G fnally settled 21.45 and I've been throwing up since then. Think my lovely Italian lunch must have had something quite unlovely in it. Memories of morning sickness flooding back.

Tropical world and Roundhay Park are better than Temple Newsham IMO. I was disappointed by TN. Tropical World will be fab for any older dcs coming along.

I had pasta with mushrooms, chicken, sundried tomato and creamy pesto. My bowel is feeling iffy too. Hope it's not going to be an all-nighter.

Just seen news about Glasgow airport

DH just come in, so I'll say goodnight.

Pesha · 30/06/2007 22:32

Nathans in my bed cos daddy put him to bed so lets him do what he wants despite me specifically telling N in front of dp that he's not allowed in my bed anymore Great way to undermine and he wonders why he cant get nath to sleep!

And i wouldnt mind him in my bed if he just slept but he mucks around with all my stuff, spread my very nice body butter all over the f**ing windows!

And sun 5th (or any day that weekend) no good as will be having party for nath

JoMa · 30/06/2007 22:34

OP posts:
Pesha · 30/06/2007 22:34

And now dylans waking up!

DP def dont wanna come meet up. Dont know if i could drive all that way on my own with 3 kids, might have to get a train which complicates things abit.

JoMa · 30/06/2007 22:37

roundhay park is public transport accesible pesha
or maybe drive and meet me on the way up?

OP posts:
JoMa · 30/06/2007 22:38

OP posts:
JoMa · 30/06/2007 22:39

anyway, must go to bed, will talk details later, post on other thread which dates you can/can't do

OP posts:
Pesha · 30/06/2007 22:39

FFS now he says maybe! Think will have to try and get him to talk to me before i say anything else about it!!

elkiedee · 30/06/2007 22:39

Ellie, thanks for your research, the choice of 3 dates sounds like a good suggestion.

School holidays in this borough apparently run from Tuesday 24 July to Friday 31 August (looked up local council website for precise dates) does that sound similar to those of you with kids in school?

Presumably the August bank holiday falls on Monday 27 August (and roads/fares would be busier/more expensive around then).
