You can't use flash if you use e-cloth, Rgee, it has to be lemons, or ecover at the very least...

jamie18 · 04/07/2007 21:10

everyone pics are so cute.
finely nice to have people to share min with to :0

RGee · 04/07/2007 21:11

Yes I am a woman of many contradictions. E-cloth for kitchen, but flash in the bathroom; disposable nappies but prefer to walk than use the car...

jamie18 · 04/07/2007 21:12

thank you eandh i hope she has a good night to

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:12

Everyone loves to show of their pics here, jamie, and we all love to see them.

I haven't put any recent ones up for a while though, must get on with it, can't find the cable though.

eandh · 04/07/2007 21:13

jamie18 · 04/07/2007 21:17

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:21

god, are you not hounded in town by middle aged ladies with clipboards trying to give you leaflets for photo offers? They always seem to make a beeline for me.

I haven't had them done this time, other two dc's were done at the Coop, they were quite good. Some people on here have had nice ones. Eah, where were yours done?

jamie18 · 04/07/2007 21:21

dose anyone know much about lacto intolarence? because brooke is and most the foods i make her she sicks bk up? dose anyone know and resipcs?

Wilkie · 04/07/2007 21:23

Jamie - Pixifoto in Mothercare is excellent. They do sessions in Boots two on certain dates (check with yours if you don't have a Mothercare)

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:24

explain more, Jamie, has she been diagnosed? what foods could be causing it, as opposed to her milk if you see what I mean. Lactose is milk sugar.

Wilkie · 04/07/2007 21:25

Jamie - J has reflux, very very sicky baby. Are you sure it's lactose intolerance?

RGee · 04/07/2007 21:28

Just put a couple of new photos up (don't want to get behind ).
Please post your gushing comments about how gorgeous she is to massage my growing ego. Thank you.

Shimmer · 04/07/2007 21:29

Welcome Jamie and Welcome Back Wilkie too!!!!

I'm just sitting with my feet up (on our old sofas So Eah!) watching Big Brother

Spoke to work today about coming back and i've finally decided that i'll start back 3 days a week in October. Still not sure exactly what i'll be doing, as i can't do my old job part-time, but actually making the decision to go back in October is a weight off my mind. I'll have to start thinking about what to do with Freddie though. I'm hoping he might be able to be with family at least 1, maybe 2 days, so maybe nursery or childminder for the other 1/2. TBH the thought of leaving him with strangers even for 1 day scares the poo out of me... but it's gotta be done i spose

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:33

there's no 'got to be done' about it, Shimmer, it's the right decision if you want it to be, but you have to be happy about it.

I personally was never happy with nurseries before 2/3, when they could tell me about their day. But I was lucky in that I had friends and family to share childcare with, never full time, though I appreciate it's not a choice for some people.

Shimmer · 04/07/2007 21:33

Booootiful RGee

theUrbanDryad · 04/07/2007 21:36

MrsC i am so not a lentil weaver! well, maybe a bit. maybe a bit of a tree hugger and placard waver as well

Jamie - Brooke is v cute! are these her last jabs? my lo was quite unsettled after his last ones, mainly cause of the stoopid hv! are you breast or bottlefeeding?

RGee · 04/07/2007 21:36

Why thank you Shimmer

Glad you have your work sorted. You need EaH to set up a childminding service in London!

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:39

sorry, UD, just trying not to be the lonely lentil

what's the difference between lentil weaver and tree hugger? Never heard of weavers before anyway, round here we call them the brown rice brigade!!

theUrbanDryad · 04/07/2007 21:47

we call them yoghurt weavers. i, of course, weave yoghurt from my own leg hair. anyway, i'm an urban tree hugger. they need more hugs, the ones outside our house have plastic bags in their branches and have been graffitied i hate living where i live. i want to live in a converted barn and keep chickens. and a goat.

bah.

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:48

and a sheep, and a pot bellied vietnames pig?

theUrbanDryad · 04/07/2007 21:51

yes, or possibly a house by the seaside, although the two don't have to be mutually exclusive.

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:53

I love the sea, lived in Southwold for a while.

theUrbanDryad · 04/07/2007 21:56

i want to live in Cornwall.

MrsCarrot · 04/07/2007 21:56
