Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I've been busy all day, and helping at brownies/rainbows this evening. My parents baby sat, but they have just made us the best offer ever I need to sort out practical details but if it works I will be a very happy Jas

mrm - you can bring him over any old weekday to visit

Milk - I don't know in ounces.
He has 1/2 pint at 6 or whenever he wakes,
breakfat some time between 7 and 8
Small snack/lunch/more milk some time during the day depending on what we are doing and when he sleeps
Huge tea at 5
1/2 pint milk at 7, then bed.

Sometimes his daytime milk is 4pm and he still eats tea and drinks more at bed time.

Come here and I will feed you....

Flame · 27/06/2007 21:05

Sooo busy still, and oodles of work still left to do.

Does anyone fancy doing a brief summary of yesterday and today and emailing it to me???

Jas · 27/06/2007 21:20

done

Jas · 27/06/2007 21:22

dp has fixed his old phone which has the only pics of ds as a newborn on it. They have been lost for months. I need to get them onto the computer but don't know how to do it

Very happy to find they are not lost forever though

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2007 21:53

I don't suppose the phone has bluetooth does it Jas? I can do it if it does. Or you can message them to me, and I'll do it from my phone, but I guess it will cost you then to send the message, so not ideal.

Jas · 27/06/2007 21:55

Yes it does, but our computer doesn't (have bluetooth)

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2007 21:59

Then I'll have to bring a laptop next time I come down (plus some instructions from MrCSWS!).

KelBelle · 27/06/2007 22:26

CSWS - DS has a whole bottle of milk in the morning first thing and wont have breakfast hardly ever. This morning I tried to not give him the milk and he was really upset - mind you I cant eat when I get up either. He sometimes has lunch and his best meal is dinner - they are very frustrating.

Well you know those paints I bought for DS yesterday, well today I logged on here about 2pm and DS came in to me and showed me his finger which had a tiny speck of paint on and then he showed me the EMPTY paint pot in his other hand carpet in a terrible state, have called insurance company and they are sending someone to have a look on Friday but I'm hoping they will say they cant clean it and give me another one. I did pour some extra paint on after making the claim to see if it helps my case!!!! DS managed to get the paints off the sideboard and unscrew them!!! Think I'm going to have to move things a lot higher!!

I also caught DS drinking diet coke out of my glass today so I think he may be getting ready for an open top cup too. He only has milk in a bottle now.

Phoenix - glad your ceiling is getting sorted.

Weather has been terrible here today, I have to go outside in my PJ's in a bit to put the rubbish out and it is pouring!!!

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2007 22:29

Kel - the paints will be washable, so your insurance company will probably send a firm of cleaners out rather than replace the carpet - sorry!

KelBelle · 27/06/2007 22:34

It says on the pack that they do stain, I did try and get it out of one patch and it wouldnt budge. I'm hoping if it dries on it will be worse, I did scrub it with an upholstry cleaner and then with the mop and it's still there.

mustrunmore · 27/06/2007 22:36

Kel, you're in good company. I had to go up the garden in the reain injamas to get ds1's raincoat incase he needs it tomorrow

Have spent hours doing my ipod. Got plenty of running stuff for now, and will add to itas and when. Am excited about doing a run tomorrow!!

The csws family really can do everything , cant you??

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2007 22:42

Blimey - surprised they sell staining paints for such young children. Yes, you're probably right that it will set in harder when dry then. New carpet ahoy!

I still want to know what tracks you have on your ipod mrm. Just tell me a few to give me the gist.

mustrunmore · 27/06/2007 22:49

The gist is.. Mika (but you wont be familiar), a few Queen, a few Robbie, Aerosmith, The Darkness (thnig called love), Westworls (sonic boom boy), Mel and Kim (trust me, its good to run to!), Fatboy Slim, shakira, S Express, Motorhead, Iggy Pop, 4 non Blondes, MARRS(pump up the volume), Europe (final countdown), Toto Coelo(i eat cannivals), Yello (the race). Get the gist??? Its a bit varied!! I think I've got about 3 hours on there now. There's a few I need to track down on itunes, that I just dont have on cd but I love.

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/06/2007 22:58

Oh yes, Sonic Boom Boy is fabbo!

mustrunmore · 27/06/2007 23:18

There's the original, and the jazzed up one, which actually isnt so good. See, we do have some simllar tastes! Great for running. Do you remember Male Stripper by Man 2 Man meets Man Parrish? And Clouds across the Moon by the Rah Band? I really need to get Spirit in the Sky on it, and Mickey (Toni Basil), and a few more Queens (Freddie is ds1's new obsession BTW). I'v got TATU on there too, and chumbawumba. Wish I could be bothered to type out a ful llist for you really! But I cant be bothered, esp at this time of night, with this typing!!

Alot if it isnt very tasteful, but good for runnnig

ChasingSquirrels · 27/06/2007 23:20

ohh spirit in the sky, that takes me back, and chumbawumba stayed in our house - my bro organised a gig for them in our home town and the kipped down for the night - wayyyyyy befor ethey were famous though, am probably talking early 80's

mustrunmore · 27/06/2007 23:23

Cool! I cant top thatreally. except my neighbour was photogrphing Sporticus today; does that count?! And dh has seen lots of famous people in their undies?

ChasingSquirrels · 27/06/2007 23:28

snapping sporticus - wow and WHY is your dh seeing famous folks in their undies.....

Flame · 27/06/2007 23:41

I was only thinking about TATU the other day - they disappeared with a fizzle didn't they

Flame · 27/06/2007 23:42

ChasingSquirrels · 27/06/2007 23:43

ChasingSquirrels · 27/06/2007 23:44

Flame · 28/06/2007 07:47

Rocky Horror Show...

F*cking DH.

I'm fed up of this. The last 3 nights I have picked him up from work, fed everyone (ok, Tuesday I just fed kids), gone to demo/babysat/spent from 7.30-11pm working. Yesterday - got up to take him to work for 7.25am. Got home, dressed and fed small children, took DD to school. Took a teeny bit of time for me to have coffee with Psycho, did some work, collected DD, fed them both lunch whilst doing more work, took them to playgroup, got home, DS slept, DD played whilst I worked, got DH from work, slept for 20 mins (it was that or pass out), prepared and fed us all a decent meal, put children to bed, worked solidly from 7.30-11pm (as you can tell from sod all chat on here!), then had to have a bath.

He did - got up, got himself ready for work (and then glared at us for being late), came home from work, played on the computer with DD whilst ignoring DS, threw a handful of toys into the box to make room for the dinner, f*cked off to the toilet for 40 mins at the end of pudding so I was left to clean small children and get them to bed, huffed when I asked him to take DS a bottle, spent the night on the computer.

Dinner dishes still covering the kitchen, lounge still set up for dinner (which I had asked him to sort before bed), washing needing to be put round to dry.

It doesn't seem to matter how much I tell him I need help, he still does f*ck all.

Tired and getting to the stage that I would get more time to get sorted if he wasn't here because he would at least take them out every now and then!
