Good afternoon. lo is now officialy cruising in fact I am watching him go very slowly along the edge of the sofa as I type. He stops occasionaly to see what it tastes like
Not sure about movements Rumpel but when I first wake up and lay on my back I feel something down there whether its my uterus re centralising but I am 13 weeks now and started to feel lo about now too.
Good luck with your interview youngmum. What is it for?
samsam do you eat anything between tea and bedtime? I find a bowl of cereal lasts till breakfast as it staves off the hunger for a while. Im pleased to say Im just passed the realy exhausted stage now.
My cousin rang this morning to tell me shes 8 weeks pregnant with her second child. She is soooooo poorly from ms poor woman

I've come on here for a rant, I have been asking the doctor about LO's left eye for months and he kept saying it was fine. blah, blah, blah. Neurotic mother I thought!

Now because the HV noticed there was something wrong she sent me in to the doctor and now LO has been referred to paediatric eye consultant. Arghhhhhhhh.

I don't eat anything after tea at 5pm- I sit with a cup of tea at about 8pm and think of food and just can't face it. Maybe I'll try some shreddies, it works in the mornings! Even LO had a bowl of her own this morning.

Sorry to hear that Samsmam: at least you have a referral now. What do they think the problem is?

He said maybe a squint- these people don't listen to the mother knows best thing!!

On the eating front I also found cornish wafers with a bit of marge on them and a cold glass of water did the trick. I love them anyway yummy......

Just a quick question does anyones lo rock of music is played? Edward 'dances' to everything even some adverts on the tele

Samsmam: sure they'll sort it. I think squints are hard to diagnose in the early months as most babies squint to start with

Gingeme: DS bounces to the music he likes. Dh plays him lots of early ragtime which he loves (my attempts to get him into Tom Waits have been a bit of a failure )

Anna is really fast crawling now! she zooms about lol. she is doing the cruising to (didnt realise it was called that)

lol wuzzle niether did my dh and he thought lo was off on holiday.
lo's getting good at it now he went from our sofa to the coffee table this morning. Only a tiny gap between the two but even so. I reckon hes going to be walking before hes 1. Then well be in trouble Wow talking about 1st birthdays. Where has the time gone?

DS can stand up pretty well now hanging on to the sofa (or the side of the cot - new trick). He;s not v happy at the moment (nor am I) as we have a nasty cold. Went to the GO as he was getting a bit wheezy and have some baby nurofen so we'll see what drugs can do . He's started objecting to Medised (tried it as he was v snotty) but the nurofen is orange flavoured which he seems to prefer .

Weather was very british in france, did not even go on beach or swimming pool went to lots of things like aquariums/safari parks, etc, eventually ran out of cold weather things to do, and sacked it and went to Disney! Cost an arm and a leg but dd loved it, lo even went on some rides and was gobsmacked by it all.

Lo decided on holiday that he'd like to be fed at 3am every morning - grr. He has finally learned how to eat and has defo put on weight as trousers no longer fall off. Hopefully will get off 2nd centile now. Also he has come home with two bottom teeth . No crawling here, and he can roll but can't be bothered. Just likes being upright all the time

Youngmum - hope it all works out on job front.

LOL gingeme!

I'm here! Been feeling a bit ill for last 24hrs!
Been up since 3am- LO decided to wake up- not been there since she was 3 months old! Then 4am she decides that she wasn't going back to sleep (after much rocking!) so I gave her some milk- finally asleep at 4.30am then the shop underneath us gets burgled. Arghhhhhhh, I called the police then they turn up make a noise chatting amongst themselves.

Lets hope LO has lots of naps today!

Oh samsam hope your Friday improves. Our night, well early morning was like that yesterday. Ds3 coughing because of his tonsils again woke lo up at 4am. ds3 was easy to put back to sleep but lo decided it was time to get up. As you say after much rocking and shushing gave him a bottle about 4.30 where he decided to sod about with and finaly went back to sleep about 5.15 am
Try to enjoy your shopping trip today.
Im off to the dentist at 10. Only a check up this time.

Probably will not be around much myself for next few weeks as we move on Monday and no phone/internet as yet. In mad panic as still lots to do and the weather is abysmal - was hoping to get some garden tidying done.

Must go - A is away to in-laws for the day so we can crack on with the work!

Rumple all the very best with your move. Hope it all goes swimingly. Rather you than me. I have to do a bit of moving around tommorrow. Have to fit 4 beds into a room made for 2 beds. Might be a bit of a squeeze but atleast it will be cosy

Thankyou babyducky. Ive just about got on the pc for 5 seconds thats the boys arent on it.
lo has 2 moreteeth popped through either side of his top two. That explains why hes been a bit off colour lately.
Had a brill weekend. Won a 14" dvd tv combi yesterday at our community fete. Dont know where we are going to put it though.Well hope you are all well.
samsam how did the wedding go? How are you feeling? I was terribly sick last night. Finaly fell asleep about 3am feel drained today.
Ho hum.......

Been feeling rough today- maybe it was the magnum ice cream? I really have gone off chocolate. It may be because I slept for an hour this afternoon- sometimes I regret sleeping for waking up feeling rough. I am generally really tired. Wish I could get a whole nights sleep!

Wedding was good, I decided Saturday morning my outfit didn't look good so I made a big dash to town and bought another outfit! Then I ended up wearing the new skirt but a top I alreay had. Hope the picture postings work. You can see my outfit in the distance of a picture- its a black and red skirt and red top.
