Chloe I've just checked my emails and I forwarded one to you on 10 Jan. I couldn't get it to work as my mac wouldn't do the layout properly. I can send it again if yu want.

I just write a list of main meals each week, shop for those meals and stick to them.

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/04/2007 09:18

Morning ladies. Odd old night here. Lots of wakes with self-settling, but one big wake which took nurofen, bf and then another hour to settle from. Am assuming teething, but she seems fine this morning, and slept late to make up for the disturbance.

mrm - am only bringing food for p because she can be so fussy, but will keep it just as a back up. Will have portable high chair with me, but she actually eats best outdoors if left to wander around food in hand!

No meal planning, life planning etc at all here - I like to live life on the edge and fly by the seat of my pants!

for last bf Jelley.
CR - you are still bf aren't you, so I'm not alone any more?

I may have some R&P 32Fs from my smaller days flame, but not sure where they would be. Will send dh to have a rummage in the loft next time he's feeling amenable (might have a long wait ).

Right, nearly finished my coffee, so better go shower, or we'll never get to mrm's!

Chloe55 · 12/04/2007 09:39

Oh sorry Jelley! I do remember you sending me that , my printer broke on me though and I never printed it out and have since deleted it along with the 50,000 SPAM emails I get sent to that address, I just did a 'delete all' and it must have included your plan, sorry! Would really appreciate it if you could send it to me again andc I promise to be more organised this time and actually use it

Chloe55 · 12/04/2007 09:42

Have you got any 34E's CSWS - it would be my ultimate dream to own a R&P bra one day, even if it is second hand - I'll pay you for them obviously if you have any going spare?

mustrunmore · 12/04/2007 09:53

Back off; the 34e's would be mine!!!!

PhoenixGirl · 12/04/2007 10:23

DH went in to get Lewis out of his cot this morning and was met with a hell of a smell. Another leaky nappy. It had come out of the nappy, through his vest, through his grobag onto the sheet and a little bit through to the mattress aaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhh.

We stripped him off in his cot and i carried him straight to the bath and dh just bundled his sheet, grobag and vest up and threw them in the washer. And opened the window for the stink.

God knows how long he'd been sat in it He'd woke up about half an hour earlier and just played as he normally does so we didn't think anything. He didn't cry or anything, i think i'd have cried if i'd been sat in that stink and wetness

PhoenixGirl · 12/04/2007 10:31

Ok i've read it all now

Flame - Hope all is ok in Wales.

csws & mrm - Have a good day

Chloe - We're really bad with cooking crap too. We're guilty of giving Lewis frozen burgers with veg, chicken dippers with veg and tinned spagetti or beans occasionally . We've bought a slow cooker to try encourage us to cook more meals.

PhoenixGirl · 12/04/2007 10:33

Oh and for your ds' leaky nappy too. they're not good are they

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/04/2007 10:40

mrm - leaving now - reckon about 40 mins

2boysmacca · 12/04/2007 12:17

pg

So what's with the big boob brigade? I was always an A cup but now between a B and C

In Leicestershire now, chaos! Better go prepare lunch for me and my dad

PhoenixGirl · 12/04/2007 12:42

its 12.41 and i'm just about to put nappy no. 6 on. It's just yellow watery poo in them every time (sorry for tmi) and he's hardly eating again so i'm thinking its a bug.

Big boobs here too

2boysmacca · 12/04/2007 13:35

steer clear of dairy and keep up wit the fluids. Apple is good for upset tummy's too

Chloe55 · 12/04/2007 17:51

Hmmm yeah does sound more than just teething, I hope he gets better soon PG.

PMSL at big boob brigade.

KelBelle · 12/04/2007 18:23

Hope he feels better soon PG, doesnt sound nice.

Smaller boobs here - 36C!! E's and F's are just a dream away!!!

Had to go back to docs today re depression and was told I will be on the tablets for about 9 months, seems they recommend you stay on them for 6 months after feeling better.

Cant remember who asked about DS's constipation - the doctor has given me lactulose on prescription and basically I have to give him double the recommended dose. He is still not right though, I may have to switch him back to cow and gate but I dont really want to after all these months of being on cows milk. I handed him a plum earlier and he bit some off but he isnt a big fruit eater.

Oxygen · 12/04/2007 19:54

Belive me - F's ain't fun!!

No "talk" yet (run away to "check shop emails" ). We are meeting Boy's mum tomorrow though...not seen her since DD was about 4 months !

I really should get back

Scanned most of that and have forgotten all..being sneaky and taking things in don't go well!!!

Porbbaly back on tomorrow . No-one has any wireless round here, let alone unsecured, so late night sneaky mn-ing on laptop is out!

Jelley · 12/04/2007 20:23

No envy at the f cup here. I reached the dizzy heights of a B cup in late pregnancy/early bf days. I'm back to my a/aa size now

Did you have a nice day out csws/mrm?

Is Lewis any better this evening pg?

Chloe - do I send it to the same address?

Jelley · 12/04/2007 20:24

Does anyone do online Tesco shopping? I have a code for £5 off a £50 order...

Chloe55 · 12/04/2007 20:27

Yes please Jelley, I have emptied my inbox again, ta very much.

Chloe55 · 12/04/2007 20:27

Bloody hell! I don't believe, I have literally just done my order through Tescos - unbelievable!!!!!

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/04/2007 20:46

I think that Tesco have changed their systems so that you can only use codes that were issued to you personally, as they got wise to everyone passing them around. I've stopped using online for the time being as can't check ingredients for milk that way .

Definitely sounds like a bug PG - try and keep him on the BRAT diet if you can (Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast).

Gets more and more intriguing with meeting his mum as well flame. Hope it goes ok, whatever the announcement is.

Lovely day with mrm. Her ds1 was next door for most of the time, but had 'Baby Pippa' (as he always calls her) in stitches when he was there, which was lovely. Bram has gone all blond since we last saw him , but wasn't having a good day today. Pippa sympathetically grabbed and smacked him til he got up to play . Did he settle in the end mrm?

ChasingRabbits · 12/04/2007 20:50

pg - poor lewis with that nappy, and poor you having to clear it up. T had 4 of them today, not sure what is up with him.

cwsw - yup still feeding, only did to about 9mo with ds1 and was mixed feeding from around 6mo with going back to work. T wasn't going near a bottle and as I was having a year off I didn't push it. He has a cup with meals or snacks and usually 3bf's a day - early morning (aiming at 6am but often earlier), 2pm ish and bedtime. Vut with being ill last week I have been feeding pretty constantly and getting him to cut back is a pain, especially with him being all over me in the afternoon because I am out at work in the morning. We went to a friend's for 2 hours yesterday afternoon and I think I fed him 4 (or 5) times while we were there! We only did 3 in total today though so that's better.

and (I think) at the boobs, I was a B pre-pg (1st one) and am a C now, and that's WITH feeding. Most I ever went upto was a D in the early feeding days. Not disclosing the no. cos that will make me even more and .

What's frozen kid food? stuff you make yourself and freeze or brought pre-made stuff? I do a mixture of our food, bits and pieces (sandwiches or toast, pieces of apple, grapes, raisins, hard boiled egg, cheese), easy nursery food (scrambled egggs, fishfingers & veg etc) and jars. As I am cooking for ds1 anyway ds2 just goes with the flow.
AND - they probably have cereal for tea once a week cos it easy and they like it

Jelley · 12/04/2007 20:52

It's a single use code I got free with the local paper today, so I assume its ok.

Menu plans sent Chloe.

@ sympathetic grabbing. Hope Bram is ok

My next door neighbour had her broken fence replaced with one which is almost 6 foot today Our gardens are small and narrow, and the shade will cover almost all of it in anything but the middle of summer

ChasingRabbits · 12/04/2007 20:53

cwsw - wtf am i on - sorry - cSWS!!

they always have good tesco codes on here, I haven't had any problems using them on my account, had a £12 off £80 the other day, and a £6 off £40. The 500 points on £50 are good aswell, as you can then use them for £20 of deals.

Jelley · 12/04/2007 20:55

I meant the pre made cr*p like smiley faces that my dds used to get occasionally. I cook and freeze meals like lasagne but count that as proper food

ChasingRabbits · 12/04/2007 20:58

ah ok that sort of frozen kid food, I was imagining those pre-made individual portions of food that you can get and pay a fortune for. Does fishfingers count with the smilies? Have never brought the smilies (or other shaped stuff like that) we do like fishfingers (personally I mean - its the only fish I eat) so the kids get them aswell. They get other fish aswell, I just don't do it for me.
