He may have given DS the antibiotics because of his chest too though CSWS, if I get green snot it is generally green on my chest!!!!! YUK!!!! See how she goes though, if it persists she may have infected sinuses (sinusitis - I've had that before too!!!)

mustrunmore · 24/11/2006 23:21

I'll just go to bed then, shall i?

FrivolentDemon · 25/11/2006 01:52

That there is a lovely lady who sends my babies clothes.... meet MRM, who also sends my babies clothes

Soooooooooo tired. He is NOT coming in my bed. I am NOT feeding/rocking/singing him to sleep.

CC sucks.

Oh - MRM... DD used the word "ghoster" today

FrivolentDemon · 25/11/2006 04:16

Jas - I set up a new forum, let me know if you can't get into the old one, and I will email you the addy.

dewmeadow · 25/11/2006 09:06

hi all!

My god but you've been busy - far too much to reply to, and in my present state of wreckedness and up the duffness, my memory is crap.

Demon - Ive got a pincher too!! WE do exactly the same as you. But boy is it sore!

DS has now 6, nearly 7 or 8 teeth - he's just constantly teething. No wonder he isnt a magical sleeping through baby! Not my fault at all.

DD is 3 today She had a wee party type play date yesterday with the twins she plays with at the childminders. Toys everywhere but what the hell - good crack was had by all. Except the wee bitches didnt like K's birthday cake - how dare they! Im liking it far too much!

3k · 25/11/2006 15:31

Blimey it's quiet on here today!!

I have just made a Christmas cake for PIL, going to do one for my mum and a few others as gifts. It's in the oven now so my house will be smelling lovely and fruity soon.

Have done some book-keeping today, just going to try and get DS down for a late nap and then I'm going for one too!!!

mustrunmore · 25/11/2006 20:38

I'm here but feeling crap. Went to yoga but my nose kept squeaking with the deep breathing
ds1 has made 2 xmas cards (cutting out his hand shape many times and using it to be a xmas tree collage, then decorating it).
Went to Tescos on the way home, but it was packed... surely it cant be xmas shoppers already?

FrivolentDemon · 25/11/2006 20:50

I've been around ranting a bit

mustrunmore · 25/11/2006 20:52

Have you? What did I miss?

FrivolentDemon · 25/11/2006 20:53

Look for "f*ckin DH" in relationships

mustrunmore · 25/11/2006 20:58

Just have done and replied

Calm, calm, calm...

Flamesparrow · 25/11/2006 21:04

X Factor

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/11/2006 21:30

Ah flame - just had a read. Think it's 'just' the tiredness getting to you. I'd be delighted if dh would do even half of what your dh managed without me prompting.

Are you doing full on cc now then - have you got a thread for that too?

Also had a pants night last night - got about 3.5hrs sleep. Couldn't resettle myself when I got back to bed for the last time at 4am, so was still awake when DD got up at 6:30. Tried to nap when she did this morning but couldn't settle then either. Def having an early night tonight.

Had a good afternoon round at the in-laws though. DD was being adorable, and actually ate really well and stayed in her high chair (still eating) all the way through us having lunch, which was a long affair as they had other friends there too.

Took her a while to settle tonight though, so hoping we're not in for a repeat of last night.

Flamesparrow · 26/11/2006 10:17

All sorted again

We're doing a cross between CC and laying him back down every 2 seconds... tis great fun I have various sleep threads about - one about "a long night" in sleep, and on and off convs with Scootermum (she's having problems too).

He woke at 1.30 last night, fed and went down again fine... then woke about 4.30 (I think - I was a bit dopey), I fed him despite my intentions to make him go a minimum of 4.5 hrs... then DH did CC for a while until he fell asleep.

Tis just me in charge tongiht though as DH has work tomorrow.

Its p*ssing it down - DH has just walked DS to the shop for the first time ever... with no raincover!! Poor little mite is gonna be drenched!

Ice skating today at a temp ice rink (aka plastic)... should be interesting to see DD Gonna take loads of photos in the hopes of finding some full face ones to send off to agencies (turns out all our recent ones are side or obscured )

How is everyone??

Did you know that MrsD had puppies??? (well, MrsD's dog... not her... that would be odd... and a VERY long thread...)

mustrunmore · 26/11/2006 11:42

I've just ordered 2 poster sized prints of the boys (from those ones that Hub took); BOGOF with Photobox. So everything else is coming down off the walls! We already cleared the mantlepiece to put the Venture ones on!

Flamesparrow · 26/11/2006 15:54
Grin
CantSleepWontSleep · 26/11/2006 17:27

How was skating flame? Did Emrys have a go?

MrsD said further down this thread that she thought she was having puppies soon, but didn't know she'd now got them. From her own dog, or bought ones?

mrm - which pics have you had enlarged?

We had a better night last night. Didn't have to get up to her at all in the end. Made it half way out of bed once, but then she went silent again. Think I managed 7 hours sleep, and woke half an hour before DD even did!

Very quiet on here again today.

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 26/11/2006 18:32

7 hours sleep

Getting the one of ds1 tree hugging (but it was close run between that and the one with the leaves across his face) ,and ds2 on the tree stump with the funny look on his face.

mustrunmore · 26/11/2006 18:33

And they were only £10 something for both, with the offer on!

Flamesparrow · 26/11/2006 18:55

@ photos

@ the 7 hours... I would have had about 3 I think, but MRM got me thinking pirates again, so sleep got abandoned

B loved the skating - only fell over a few times. We left Emrys to sit on Gran's lap and have cuddles. It was a bit of a let down really - it was pretty much impossible to skate on the stuff, just sort of shuffle along on blades

The puppies were her own dog giving birth.

Jelley · 26/11/2006 19:59

Bargain for the photos, mrm.

Flame. I've tried the links in the new email, and it still wants me to sign up for msn. I already have, but it isn't giving me an option to sign in or anything. I even tried following the link and opening a new account, but it won't let me without a new email, as the other one is already registered. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.(Quite likely)?

So tired today, I went back to bed when ds went to sleep at 3.30, and when I woke at 6, he was still asleep (but roast dinner was ready for me). He's up and wide awake now, though.

Flamesparrow · 26/11/2006 20:05

Escape You should just need to choose a u/n and password

CantSleepWontSleep · 26/11/2006 21:34

Where on earth is everyone?!

mustrunmore · 26/11/2006 21:39

Hey you Flamey thing, dont blame me for your goings on!!!

Just got my matching email for the xmas thing, so I really want to go and package and organise, but its all under the bed in our room where ds2 is, luckily, asleep.

I've still got a really bad face ache, but am dosed up on Lemsip.

Let me also just tell you an update on our ghosters, if thats what it was. I've seen nothing else since that once, and ds1 doesnt mention it so much anymore.Anyhow, today in the kitchen I heard something just like really highpitched, fast talking, without any breathes being taken. I listened for ages, but in the end put it down to the dehumidifier, which has been playing up and squeaking etc, although it did nt sound from that direction. Later at teatime, with it switched off, ds1 says 'whats that talking?' I said I didnt hear talking, but had earlier. Dh says 'I dont want to worry you, but I heard that a day or two ago, but thought it was just my ears'. So whats that all about then??
