Floss is beautiful!

Still teething here too, is it weird that DD is getting her back ones before her fangs?

LetThereBeCupcakes · 03/05/2014 09:15

lolli I think they usually get half of their molars before they get the canines. DS has his first molar just starting to poke through.

Who was asking about books? We're enjoying the Tony Mitten books at the moment. DS loves poking his fingers through the holes in Hungry Caterpillar.

TooManyBubbas · 04/05/2014 15:02

juniper dan sounds like my ds2. Very outgoing and frankly a little dangerous, was a regular in a&e when he was 3/4 :)

Ivy is pretty calm but bigger than most 1 year olds and used to dealing with older dc who are wrapped rpund her little finger so assumes she can do what she likes, may have to work on that!

oohquack 'pointy' teeth comingin here but don't seem to be a problem thankfully.

Hope everyone enjoyinh their weekend. Have turfed my lot outinto the garden :)

TooManyBubbas · 04/05/2014 15:04

Sorry apples here trying out a new name

my 4th since friday not sure who i am.anymore!

JuniperTisane · 04/05/2014 16:03

Went to the Zoo yesterday where DS1 tells us he saw a sheep, a camel and a dinosaur Smile So thats nice.

Hey Bubba! Always wanted to say that to someone. No pointy teeth here yet, still working on the lower molars. Got lots of green snot-candles today Hmm. Mine are flaked out at the moment, overdid it yesterday obviously.

fourlegstwolegs · 04/05/2014 17:40

Hello all! Here's mine :)

OohQuack · 04/05/2014 19:01

We have definate row rows for as in rowing gently down a stream :-D cute

meringue33 · 04/05/2014 20:56

Aw but Apples I love your original NN. Pascha and Octane too :(

We have a danger mouse here too, he seems completely fearless. Today at soft play he was throwing himself down the slide head first.

DP bedridden with flu and upset tummy :( Hoping it doesn't get passed around :(

salt1 · 04/05/2014 23:08

just back from a&e. had to call ambulance for floss as had a convulsion due to high temperature. so bloody scary, especially as still questions over dh's cause of death and if it could be genetical. I feel like I am living someone elses life. sorry for the moaning xx

OohQuack · 04/05/2014 23:11

Oh my good god salt! I wouldnt know what to do if that happened so well done for keeping it together. Did they say what gave her such a high temp?

salt1 · 04/05/2014 23:37

viral throat infection x

Birdies · 05/05/2014 07:10

salt you poor thing, how scary and on top of everything else too. You are very entitled to moan. So glad it didn't turn out to be anything worse xx

Birdies · 05/05/2014 07:12

He looks so cute fourlegs!

meringue I liked their old names too, keep nearly using them!!

meringue33 · 05/05/2014 07:23

Thank goodness she's ok Salt. Use us as much as you can, things must be really tough.

Forgot to say, DS is gorgeous Fourlegs

mrsbug · 05/05/2014 07:58

Salt how scary for you, especially on top of everything else which has happened. A friend's ds used to have febrile convulsions, I think it's quite common and not necessarily anything sinister.

Dd has been a bit grumpy all weekend and has refused boob since Friday morning so I think this could be the end of bf for us Sad

mrsbug · 05/05/2014 07:59

Four legs he is gorgeous and so grown up looking!

fourlegstwolegs · 05/05/2014 08:00

Salt you poor thing - what stress you must be under.

Thanks Meringue and Birdies. Obviously I agree! ;)

Maybe I'll go back to my original name soon, I'm feeling a bit better about life in general post-breakup!

JuniperTisane · 05/05/2014 09:04

Oh Salt! I hope Floss is better this morning? Febrile convulsions usually occur because the temp rises too quickly, rather than the actual height it reaches. Its actually a fairly common toddler thing to happen and mostly it never happens again.

Fourlegs I read a thread of yours about cars a week or two ago and now I understand your previous NN! Not that I'm Envy of you (much), although I suspect DH would be. If we ever meet up I will hide my x-reg focus round the back!

CreepyCrawly · 05/05/2014 10:10

How frightening salt! Hope you're both alright this morning.

Pleased to hear you're feeling better fourlegs.

All these new names! I'll stick with mine for as long as possible I think.

CreepyCrawly · 05/05/2014 10:11

A photo of Nancy too, from a wedding on Saturday. We certainly have a gorgeous bunch don't we?!

BuntyCollocks · 05/05/2014 11:22

Hello all, sorry have been mia, having a terrible time with c's reflux. However, on and up.

Beautiful bunch.

salt I hope you're doing as well as possible, and how scary with poor floss. My love to you both.

We're moving home to Scotland! End of July. Can't wait!

A little pic of my little lady a few weeks ago at a wedding.

All the toddlers look so cute and grown up, where did all our babies go?!

bunty hope reflux gettting better. and wow on moving back to scotland.

meringue33 · 05/05/2014 18:32

Good news, Fourlegs!

Cutesters, Nancy & Cameron

Exciting news about the move, Bunty. Maybe we'll have the chance to meet up sometime :)

meringue33 · 05/05/2014 19:27

Just realised LO knows the word for milk! Asked him if he was ready for his milk and he straight away got up from his toys, started grizzling and pointing to the kitchen!

glorious · 05/05/2014 21:23

Oh salt how awful, I'm so glad she's ok, it must have been so scary. As juniper says I do know they're pretty common, but still awful the first time you see one.

All these lovely toddlers, they're so so gorgeous. almost making me broody despite the lack of sleep

bunty really sorry that reflux is playing up again. But the move sounds exciting.

creepy I love that little fluffy cardie, sooo cute!

meringue it's amazing what they understand now isn't it.

Here's a couple of Ellen enjoying her new sandpit. The first because I think it's the best likeness, and the second because it's a bit more cheerful Grin
