Pikz I read that as happy bums!

PetiteRaleuse · 25/01/2014 19:11

It's worse than the sodding amoxycillin (which was very sticky this morning kyz ) It's fermented milk ffs. I have scrubbed it with bleach. Needed a good clean anyway. Rubber gloves were used.

StormyIsles · 25/01/2014 19:14

anyone else thinking pr needs a steam cleaner?

Pikz · 25/01/2014 19:16

Happy bums too!

Maybe you should rename DH VQ as FH like GT.

That's a lot of initials.

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 19:23

FTCWBH Grin

PR needs to move before it starts to stink Confused

I am very pissed off with my lot today. Grumpy kids and Hs but at least the ABs and Yoghurt are where they should be, and I do not have any pets with pus or stringy bums.

PetiteRaleuse · 25/01/2014 19:41

Saturday night intensive scrubbing. Life on the edge.

BigPigLittlePig · 25/01/2014 19:44

Good grief pr, your poor house and nasal passages have been through the mill the past 2 days!

VQ I hope your day has been vom free. And that grumpy guts cheers up.

Lily would potatoes have done he job? Suspect mr snowman has been built now though - hope you had fun!

Kyz Sad news about the rat. Hope it all goes ok - when will you know whether he will keep his leg or not?

YW I sympathise with the boob/bottle transition. I struggled too with F, as she hated bottles, no matter what the content. She was much younger, but I just started by switching the 2nd feed of the day to a bottle, and not offering anything else. She soon got the message Sad. The last one to go was the bedtime feed, and she was already night weaned by that point.

Pottered round town this afternoon, had a couple of fab charity shop finds for F including a beautiful cream woolen dress which I have fallen in love with. Plus a new coat for nursery which has a zip - oodles of fun if you're 14mo!

And todays new trick is stroking the cat properly whilst simultaneously saying aaaaaah and giggling madly.

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 19:44

Just spent my pocket money at Dotcomgiftshop. Up to 90% off, and code MSEDOT10 gives 10% more off. Lovely vintage stuff and bits for party bags etc. More for those with older kids. Too good not to share it with you guys x

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 19:46

Yes BP. Vom free so far apart from huge lumps of chewy mucus.

Pikz · 25/01/2014 19:50

I'm eaaaaating....ewwwww

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 19:52

Sorry Pikz Blush

Evilwater · 25/01/2014 19:55

Well I'm knackered.
n has played up all day, and didn't want any naps at ALL. Sad I've only just stopped now to have a cuppa.
I feel bad cause, he's been so all over the place. I feel we've not a Quailty play time, but I've tried.

My Saturday night...... Cleaning the littler tray. Then organising my work bay, and making sandwiches.

I'm not eating and that's still gross.

I have to work tomorrow, 13 hrs. And the same on Monday. Yuck.

Evilwater · 25/01/2014 20:12

big. Ditto but I only have to work 12.

PetiteRaleuse · 25/01/2014 20:13

Quality Play Time Evil ? Don't beat yourself up. Toddlers don't appreciate quality. They just want to roam all over tge place and throw stuff.

BigPigLittlePig · 25/01/2014 20:24

Ha, so true pr. Also wished I could like that comment, also have been spending too much time on fb, looking at blummin wedding pics.

YellowWellies · 25/01/2014 20:26

PR too right about the play time. Good luck with the scrubbing. Makes me want to yell "Scrubberrrrrrrrrrrrs" out of the window a la Withnail and I.

This last week in Castle Wellies has been sponsored by "dat? DAT!!!!!!!" / maniacal dictatorial hand gesturing as J has realised its a way of getting me to teach him new words. I've just transferred him from one boob to t'other and 95% asleep he's just slurred and pointed "dat... dat zzzzz" Grin

Burns supper was lush. You know you have a fab (and distinctly under utilised) whisky collection when you use a 12 year old Talisker as a cooking whisky. Orkney spoiled me. I hope the bear likes the plateful we saved for him for tomo. He was greedily robbing my plate using his "DAT! DAT!" battle cry. Envy

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2014 20:35

Evening. Happy Saturday evening.

P was lots better today, thanks stunt although still not quite her usual self completely. Think it is molars as she is struggling to eat. Tucked up in bed now though

Let's hope that J continues to get better vq.

Poor wee rat kyz! Pets are an expensive business! Ageing pussy is going on medication on Monday so fingers crossed that sorts her out.

stunt I think your own telly is an excellent idea! And I understand your worries about sugar. It's so hard to make sure kids get what they need.

And yy to just wanting run to around and fling stuff! I was getting Angry looks today in sainsbury's because p was trying to run about. She is amazingly fast and there is no logic to her path either. We met our neighbours who have just had baby number 4. Their older 3 were so chilled out and proud - I offered a wee swap.

We have a friend over for lunch tomorrow and I hope that p can be slightly more chilled out. Just 5 minutes of peace would be good.

We are currently watching the following. Pretty good but quite gruesome

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2014 20:39

Haha! P does "dat dat!" As well. Weirdly some words she finds hilarious.

Conversations go
"dat! Dat!"
"Ehm. Curtains"
"Dat! Dat!"
"Hairbrush"
"Dat! Dat!"
Err. Rain, I think"
"Dat! Dat!"
"A giraffe"
"Ahahahahahahahahahahahahaha"

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 20:45

The Following is pretty gross in parts. I have just discovered a new season of Greys Anatomy so I am a little happier.

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2014 20:47

I had a little nap this afternoon and dreamed I bought a 6ft wide TV. I also remember trying to decide if I would be a boy or a girl. Odd.

Evilwater · 25/01/2014 20:49

All bags are packed, and it's only 20:47. So do I wash my hair now,or risk it tomorrow when it will look better?

BigPigLittlePig · 25/01/2014 21:06

Tough one to call evil.

Do we know how flouncy got on this morning?

Am already in bed. Ooooh the glamour.

PetiteRaleuse · 25/01/2014 21:09

The Following. Not started season 2 yet. Looking forward to it.

Greys. Am up to date and waiting for the February second half of the season

Person of Interest is ongoing. I love that show but v disappointed by a recent event

Evilwater · 25/01/2014 21:12
