Happy new year PR & other lurking quichesters!

ReindeerIsles · 01/01/2014 00:59

Fuck 3 bottles and a couple of vodkas I don't drink vodka ffs I have become that awful drunk who cannot handle their drink BlushI left the party about 30mins ago and got home and vommed on my feet Envy sobered up very quickly I am mortified and dying

and I got chatted up by a pilot tonight. P was distinctly unimpressed and is still at said party....

PetiteRaleuse · 01/01/2014 01:04

Still here, trying to remember when I last had vodka. Sympathies isles vom is never good, drunk or not.

PetiteRaleuse · 01/01/2014 01:04

But tell us more about the pilot...

ReindeerIsles · 01/01/2014 01:07

He was very fit. About my age. Lived in Spain. His mother was a dreadful drunk host and made me look sober Grin

I hate hate hate being sick. I really feel like shit, not entirely sure it is all drink related as had a bouncing headache since Sunday Sad

Passmethecrisps · 01/01/2014 01:08

Tell us abouthr pilot!

I am in bed. DH is downstairs Witt out new mac book pro. The geek in me says "Gan on yersel!". But frankly I would like a shag

PetiteRaleuse · 01/01/2014 01:17

wellieboots · 01/01/2014 01:29

Happy new year quiche! Lots of love to you all. It's been some year for all of us, I don't want to compare this year with last year as it would make me cry. Here's hoping that 2014 brings us joy and happiness.

YellowWellies · 01/01/2014 04:54

Isles we started 2014 with food poisoning from a dodgy Chinese!!!! So you has my sympathies. But boo to P for letting you leave the party on your own especially if worse for wear (even if possibly booze related!) however yey to pilot man!

I did a. Long rambly wine fueled post about how wonderful you all are but it wouldn't post. Angry so rest assured I think you are all wonderful and having you in my lives has helped sustain in during our move away from all my family and friends.

Lovely night was had by all and I did see midnight for the first time in about 8 years. Feel v tired now though. Me and O are up but DS1and DH still asleep. What is all that about? DS1 was asleep by 8. He does seem quite tried actually maybe he is coming down with some thing.

evil I hope you had a great nit you deserve it.

lily, chasing I hope you enjoyed you monopoly date.

vq I was a great day yesterday a brilliant way to end 2013. I feel a tradition coming on!! Wink

Lily311 · 01/01/2014 08:06

Boo for food poisoning. We slept through the fireworks. Little girl woke in an awful mood so put her back to sleep.

Now what to do today? Playground? Chill out? I don't do lazy days.

Sophiathemistletoefairy · 01/01/2014 08:08

isles in your cupboard you should have Molkasan Vitality for when you have a stomach bug, food poisoning etc. It is brilliant it replaces all the lost important bacteria and stuff in your tummy. We were advised to get some a couple of years ago as DH had a year of tummy flues and norovirus it was brilliant. So I always keep it in now.

You can get it on Amazon.

Sophiathemistletoefairy · 01/01/2014 08:11

this stuff

PetiteRaleuse · 01/01/2014 08:44

Happy New Year quiche Smile hello 2014, good riddance 2013.

Boo to food poisoning Sad

Lazy day here today. Taking the tree down and having some quality mummy and Oscar time.

fruitpastilles · 01/01/2014 09:05

Morning quiche! Once again happy new year. I managed to get S back in her cot last night so could see in the new year with dp......... She stayed there until 6:30, come in our bed for cuddles and I was expecting to start the day as per, and she went back to sleep until 8!
Boo to food poisoning I can't believe so many of you have it, that sucks!
Did ils wake you *

fruitpastilles · 01/01/2014 09:07

Ooops S pressed post then before I'd finished.

Did ils wake you pr?

I took our tree down the day after Boxing Day, as was driving me mad with it, she just would not leave it alone. Please tell me she will be better with it next year?

Lazy day here too, I might not even get dressed, might just shower and put a nice cosy onesie on Smile

YellowWellies · 01/01/2014 09:26

Thankfully my food poisoning was brief (just one hurried unlatching of Jonas and dash to the loo in the wee small hours) and given I only had one wee cherry vodka at midnight I feel far better than I have on many other New Year's days, historically! It must just have been a dodgy prawn or squid Sad .

PurplePidjin · 01/01/2014 09:33

Morning Brew my new year resolution for R came true, after a 4am nappy change and turning the monitor off while he chuntered he slept till 8 Shock
